Very friendly people. However, the way they book appointments is not okay. Reason I am saying this is because they book nail appointments then hair and then they start to feel rush. As you can see this was rush and not done correctly. I paid for gel and the polish was chipping. I went on Thursday to get these done and I told the lady that the nail polish was uneven and since she was busy I would come back Monday. They said okay no problem. I show up today and it is closed and sad part is I was really looking forward toGiving this place a good review. I am so all about supporting small businesses but this place needs to take appointments correctly so that we the. Customer don’t have to feel the rush on there quality.Very disappointed !

Tried to explain what I wanted got a whole education session about my nail bed when that wasn’t even the issue. Didn’t get what I asked for usually it’s customer satisfaction but it’s what they want to do. When I tried to explain he stopped trying my nails are uneven not even shaped the same and some are thicker than the other. This is ridiculous. Paid $45 for my nails to already look like they need a fill the sides look terribleThe acrylic isn’t even on properly just an awful job. And when I said I wanted long they said too long didn’t fix anything stopped trying and everything is bumpy had to file them myself Also don’t want to forget they talked about me right in front of me. You get what you pay for I definitely will rather go pay 100 for something I’ll be happy with them wasting money on nails that don’t even look better than the ones you buy in the store.

The first time I came here it was great but then again I was the only customer at the time... This second time I really did not like it I felt like I had to be telling Tina everything. First of all I had an appointment and the started with me late then they told me I was going to be out by 5:30 pm and I got out at 5:50 pm and she still did not do it correctly... And then she did not have the right colors the gold was basically see through... And I am posting this post exactly 20 min after I got them done and my nails already look grown out. I told Tina 15 min before leaving and she said she will fix it and she never did. I am really disappointed $45 for basically a horrible job. Also she did not put nail polish all over the nail... the sides are horrible. I will be posting a picture of what I wanted originally and what I actually got... I am so disappointed

Great place. I did my nails for my wedding Tina did a great job. Her and her husband are very kind, welcoming, and respectful. My fiancé at the time... Since I am now glad he is my husband ❤️🤵🏻👰🏻❤️. They told him to take a nap 😴 on the pedicure chairs with massage while I did my nails. That was very nice of them. Definitely coming here next time I get my nails done. Thank you Tina and Tim.

I don’t get my nails done often, but when I do, I’ll be coming here from now on! Tim was so kind and sweet talking with myself and my daughter as we got our nails done on a little “mommy and me” date. My daughter is preschool and had a hard time sitting still, so she messed up her nails a bit, and he was so good about fixing them. They look so great!! Such an awesome family and salon!

Tim and Tina both worked on my nails. Tina laid the acrylic out and Tim painted. The acrylic was thick and lumpy, my nails were not even close to how long I asked them to be. Then I explained to tim the paint I wanted which was just black and white tips and he didnt paint the sides of my nails and when you lay acryllic on that thick you have to. He only did one coat of paint and it was all messed up no straight lines just horrible. Then very next day I went to put my purse in my car and my nail just ripped off, the whole entire nail, not just the tip, the whole thing. Then my husband got a pedicure and he said the lady cut the top of his toes with the callus scraper. I paid $80 plus I still tipped them and the very next day I turned around and paid someone $30 to fix all my nails not just the one that broke.Horrible experience, will not go back, will not recommend. I paid double to get the mistakes fixed so disappointed.

I came in because this salon is close to my home and I loved the experience! Both Tina and Tim worked on my nails. The conversation was comfortable and genuine. I think a lot of nail salons miss that, the connections you make with clients are what keep them coming back. The two owners are excellent at building rapport with customers. Additionally, I love my nails! They look great and I feel great. The prices here are lower than their competitors which was surprising to me. They could easily charge more and honestly, I’d pay it! I’ll be back again and again. This was a wonderful experience. I wish I could post a photo, Tim did a great job! Tina started my full set and Tim took over when he finished with another client so Tina could continue with her hair client. I wasn’t made to feel like a burden or an inconvenience, they were pleasant and delightful the entire time. Thanks guys!

Good pedi that didn’t take up my whole afternoon. Very polite and friendly.

Went in for a gel manicure and I could still see my bare nail (not just from the cuticle but even the sides of my nails were bare). I asked her if she could fill them in and she ended up putting a layer of regular polish to hide some of the spaces. It looks decent but the whole point was to have a gel manicure and now I have a regular coat on top (and there are still some bare nail clearly visible). Its just a bummer because my nails grow super fast so I like having as much coverage as possible.

Horrible service and even worse nails, do not recommend. Told the man that my nails didn’t look right and he said they were fine, wish I could insert a picture. Asked for a second coat of polish and he rudely responded that the nail polish was expensive and was hesitant to put a second layer on. One older woman who works there was very rude when telling me to move seats, wish I had their names and could give a zero star rating. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!
