Was recommended to come here after a bad experience at another salon. Hugh didnt disappoint at all he did an amazing job and above and beyond on the picture I showed him. Even fixed the crooked nail from the last place without even taking my set off. Ill definitely be back.

Ive been coming to this salon off and on for about 12 years, and they are by far the best Ive ever been too. The nail techs are so fun and easy to talk to, they take great care in doing your nails correctly and beautifully. Dont think Ill ever go anywhere else again!

Not the place for eyelashes went there 3 days ago an hour after getting them done one on my inside corners started to peel up went back he acted like I had weird eyelids or lash growth but he patched it so it looked decent then the next day otherside started today I thought about just going in but said nah I will just take them off it looked like he used too much glue and clumped em too close together so the glue was hard and brittle

IHad a pedicure they didn’t clean their tools right I am now on anabiotic’s for an infection they gave them my foot my foot is really swollen I will never go here again

Nails are SUPER thin... One Nail has already cracked in half because its not protected by acrylic.. only had my nails done for a week and on day two theyve already started lifting from the cuticle area.. guy doing my nails answer a phone call in the middle of doing my nails and stop to have a conversation for like 5 minutes.. unfortunately my regular nail salon has been closed and its still closed because of covid.. this place charged me $65 for something that my regular nail salon would have done for 45...ive only got designs tips and they charged me $65 when they didnt have to paint my nails or anything

I have not been here since the early 90’s, due mainly to economics but I’m so glad I decided to go just recently. While I was originally disappointed at the lack of nail art and design displays, I certainly need not to have as you just simply pull up a picture on your smart device of the nails you are hoping to achieve and go from there! My two daughters and I are very happy with our nails and they absolutely ‘nailed’ it when t came to achieving the style/design we showed them.....color and all! There was a small wait but it was certainly worth it as they work very quickly and are definitely competitively priced - I’m finally home!!!! ❤️

I have been coming to these guys for my nails every two weeks for the last two years, and I love them! My mom has been going here for a long as I can remember and growing up I went with her all the time! The staff are amazing! And I have never gotten a manicure/ pedicure/ new set/ waxing that wasn’t great! I love the designs that I get and the quality over all! They have done my nails for every holiday, special event, and birthday for as long as I can remember!

Very cute, clean and friendly family business. Everyone was very kind and the daughter of the business did my pedicure and it was one of the best ones I’ve had plus she helped me pick and color and didn’t make me feel rushed which I appreciated. It is $35 for a gel pedicure and worth every penny. Definitely recommend coming here.

The chick was nice but she charged me $67 for a mani pedi and it was terrible. She just scraped the top of my nail a little and clipped it a little bit (a quick little run not a massage ) and didn’t even clean under the nails or clip them evenly. Way too much $$$ for that!

Such a great place! Family-run, accommodating, extremely kind staff, and all services are done very well! If its any Indication of my loyalty to this salon, I drive 3 hours (one way!) to have my nails done here! So very worth it!

Ive been coming here since I was in highschool (which was a long time ago) I have gone other places but always go back. They always do an amazing job! From waxing, nails, feet they are amazing! They better not retire I wont know what to do if they do.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!This place is awful!!!! I had a full set put on and three days later three of the nails fell off. I went back in thinking they were going to replace/fix them at no charge and the owner refused to fix them. Said there would be a charge. I asked again just to be clear, and he said he would not fix them. So sad your willing to loose a customer because of a 10 dollar charge. Not only did you loose me but everyone I speak to. Know you need to take care of your customers they will come back when you do, and the referrals to other future customers. LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE 101.

This place is awesome. Just went and got a full set and pedi. They are great priced and my nails are perfect and exactly what I asked for where as other shops have told me it could not be done that way. Great conversation as well!!!

California Hollywood Nails is the best place to get your nails done they are Pleasant people and they do a great job on your nails. If you are displeased with something they will make sure they help you to get what you want and they wont let you leave without being satisfied.

I asked her to simply clean up my eyebrows and she took off so much that they now look like a single line with no shape. Then, she went to tweeze the remaining hairs and couldnt grab them with the tweezers and she just kept stabbing me with them. DO NOT get your eyebrows done here. I wouldve been better off shaving them off and drawing a line with an eyebrow pencil. What a horrible experience.

I love this place! Have been going here awhile now, they always do an amazing job! Never have had any complaints. I will not go anywhere else. Seiha is amazing, so is everyone else that works there.

Not personablel,rude, took customers they knew first regardless of when they came in... Nails looked like my 3 year old grandson painted them...Response:I know what happened,why would I lie on you?too many nail shops to really even care, why would I sit there any longer then I had to and see if someone could fix them I had enough I wanted out quickly as possible... I dont care if you been in business 30 years I had a bad experience there point blank, thats my opinion and my right to say so true, yay 20 years your doing good so why worry about my opinion...

I see all these negative reviews about how their nails fell off or they were rude or theu were this. To the nail salon and the older lady who dis my nails i love them. They havent fallen off like others claim. They looked and still look wonderful. I will be coming to see what your wedding specials are though.

Ive been in Colorado Springs 8 years. ANY time Ive ever gone anywhere else, Ive been disappointed. Sometimes VERY disappointed. I always go to them to fix any mistakes and the only reason Ive gone somewhere else is if its a Sunday (theyre closed) or Im in a different area. Hopefully Ive learned my lesion because its not worth going anywhere else. I love all of them there. Youre guaranteed a great job.

Got my nails done for my wedding...didnt like the look of them. Too thick and they were bumpy. My cousin got hers done at the same time and hers looked great.

Me and my lil sister have been going her for a while now and we love it I always see Sehia ! Shes the best My fingers are messed up because of eczema And they break out, Ive been to other places and they think its somthing they can cacth they dont want to do my nails. But when I came here I sat down ans explained it to her and told her If she wanted to wear gloves or didnt want to do them I would Understand and Ever since then shes been the best ! We talk we laugh and my nails always Look amazing !!!!!! And if there somthing I dont like, which is very rare, she will always fix it right there with no promblem !!!! I love that place !

Weren’t very friendly and didn’t do a very good job and the chairs for pedicures were not very clean they had a bunch of stuff in the bottom of where you put your feet.

Horrible experience I was looking for a new nail salon so I came here. It took her 2.5 hrs just to change out my gel nails, manicure and new gel and i was over charged 40.00 really never going bacl there again worst service ive had and my gel was all over my cuticles and she didnt know how to put gel glitter vertically on my tips wow so inexperienced

I used to swear by this place ..for my eyebrows. Pedis are ok....nothing special. I went this Friday (the 17th) and I wont be coming back... ever.To begin with... my nails (full set acrylic) already look like they need a fill because she used the little nail saw to push back my cuticles then cover it in polish.. even tho I asked her not to do it so far back because obviously im going to need a fill before its time- guess thats the point tho.Second I was quoted one price (25 for full set 5 for design.. by my math that would be 30.00)..The older lady in there (I think shes the mom or whatever) did my nails.. my right hand pointer finger acrylic is crooked. When I mentioned it, she talked under her breath and sawed it with her tool a little on one side.. not fixing it..I wanted a design..but I wasnt sure of what.. I said any type of cute design would be fine..(ive seen other nail shops freehand designs that are super cute)..She did a design on one finger to see if id like it...It was a flower with little lines that intersect.. (my grandma had flowers like that on her nails when I was 12...so I told her I didnt like it.) She looked funny.. started talking in their language under her breath.. took the polish off and another guy came to do my design. The design was ok.. nothing special but I couldnt complain because I just ended up showing him a pic I pulled up on google so I could get done and get out of there already mad about their sub par work..He finishes my nails and sits me under the untimed dryer..and.they all disappear to the back..except the old lady. It was close to closing time so im assuming they were finishing the end of day stuff. After about 20 mins of just sitting under there.. and no one coming back to check on me or tell me how long to sit.. I just turned it off and got up to pay.I stood at the desk for about 45 seconds before she even looked up to acknowledge me... she then told me it costs 35 dollars.. when I told her no.. I was quoted 35.. she told me no.. that was a misunderstanding and she was saying 5 extra dollars for white tip nails (which I did ask about and already knew).. I told her specifically that she said 5.00 D E S I G N. She goes into an explanation.. Saying.. well.. it does take a lot of work.. and the products being used etc. I didnt cause I scene.. I paid.. I didnt tip.. and I left.My gut tells me granny was mad that I didnt like her design and charged me 5 for her one finger design and 5 for the design I left with.3 days later my design is smeared.. my polish is already fading and underneath my nails there are still thick clumps of unsawed acrylic near the edges.DONT EVER go here. save your money. I wouldnt mind paying that price for QUALITY.. but since ill be in another nail shop by the end of this week to get another fill.. CA Hollywood nails wont be getting another dime of my money...not even for my brows.

My daughter went to this place on Saturday two hours after she got home one of her nails broke, they only took 25 mins to put on a full set very poor quality not filed right and barley any acrylic was used. They told her $25 and then charged her extra. NEVER AGAIN WILL SHE GO TO THIS PLACE!!! Dont even want to give them one star but have to to post this review
