Customer since 1992 ended today. Watch out when refilling propane tanks as theyve been ripping me off. Turns out theyve been requiring I exchange propane tanks (5 over past year) even though tanks are less than 12 years old and good shape per Federal law instead of refilling them. Brought it to staff attention today that they had a training issue and they said not their problem and that I should have brought it to their attn (instead of trusting their refill staff!) Took no responsibility and would do nothing about this. Im done with this place!

I appreciate All Rental Center- in any and all business sometimes there can miscommunication. It happens. What I truly appreciate about All Rental, is at the end of the day they will listen to you and work to find balance. That is a rarity to find. I will do all my tool rentals through All Rental Center from here on out. Everything about this place is wonderful. The inside is clean. The employees, especially Scott, are knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. I was able to reserve an MT 55 and utilize it as soon as the store opened. Thank you for being a useful business.

Went to rent an impact hammer, and was told they cannot start any account for someone without a drivers license despite the fact that the hand store requires no drivers license to use. When I said that was odd, they laughed at me and told me that if my car was impounded their tools would be in pounded as well, ignore the fact that some people can walk, get a ride, or hire an Uber to get to and from their store. Staff was rude, and that kind of policy is classist.

My experience with this company was terrible . My contractor and I did a three way call because I wanted to know why I had to pay $400 to rent a machine for 24 hrs. I was under the impression when you rent a machine that a deposit was required to assure that the company gets its equipment back. Lesson learn: Always check out a company before doing business with them. I feel that I got ripped off..NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Wanted to rent a mower was talked down to like I was less than.. got no information on what I did need even though I knew what I needed but the man that talked to me clearly wasn’t interested In renting to a black woman... will be filing charges

After trial and error around town, this is my go-to equipment rental place. I’ve rented with them several times and have always been treated great. As a DIYer who doesn’t want to buy expensive equipment to use once, I plan on using All Rental for everything I need going forward.

I initially had a reservation issue. I figured I could use a shorter ladder and they delivered and picked up the ladder when done. They definitely made a bad situation better.

They were the only ones in town to have the tool that I was needing and at a really fair price as well. I was extremely happy with the level of service and was surprised at the amount of inventory that they have in stock.

I just love coming here not only do they have everything that youll ever need its well-maintained and taken care of. The yard staff that help you get loaded up are super awesome they explain everything very thoroughly and last but not least the admin staff inside a superb they make sure that theres no problems with your charges. Had my information stored multiple times. They never save it for some reason. I can never juts send my employees to pick up stuff for work because all rental always loses my info some how. So I have to stop working and go and give them my credit card once again. Terrible customer service. Wont be using the company any more.

Every time I’ve been in they’ve been very nice and are able to help me with the piece of equipment I need to rent, they’re pricing is fair and They will show you how to operate the piece of equipment. If you need are deliver they are able to do so.

Best prices in town and awesome service. We happened to rent a piece of equipment the day before a big snow. We called the next morning and they allowed us to bring the equipment back when we could for no extra charge. That’s great service!

Professional service and great prices. I was going to rent from another company, but was not allowed to because my type of vehicle (Ford Explorer) had been blacklisted. That sent me on a search for another place to rent from, and I was very happy to find All Rental. I just wish I had discovered them sooner. They inspected the trailer I rented and made sure the tire pressure was correct. They did the full hookup quickly and professionally. A real pleasure to work with. Will definitely rent from them again. All Rental is now my #1 go-to place for trailer rentals in Colorado.

Equipment selection was limited, I was looking for a one type of equipment and all they had was a more expensive type of equipment. I requested some sort of consideration maybe a discount and was not given one. Counter staff were knowledgeable but could improve on their customer service skills. The workers that loaded and unloaded the equipment were courteous and helpful, they answered my questions on the operation of the equipment. I would rent from this place again.

Have rented here many times over the years for business and personal. This store is top notch! The people who run it have always been expeditious, informative and easy to get along with. Prices are reasonable and set in hour or day increments. Next project is to rototill, received a quote and found out a trailer is included in the quote. Very impressed.

I have used All Rental many times over several years and have always been satisfied with the level of professionalism and knowledge. Recently i rented a piece of landscape equipment, but due to weather i was unable to use the equipment. After i returned the equipment they noticed i had not used it and called me to verify. Because the equipment just sat there and went unused they worked with me and reduced the charges for the equipment. I expected to have to pay but was pleasantly surprised. I will continue to use them in the future.

This place is awesome!! Their customer service is great, and the rental equipment is top notch. I highly recommend the concrete grinder with the diamond plates for all concrete prep work!

Contracted for the rental of a tractor for $422.82 for 24 hours. Equipment was delivered on Saturday. Because of the time contracted for, I expected the equipment to be picked up the following Monday as they are closed on Sunday. A little over a week later, and this equipment had been on my property for that time, I got a call from Rick asking when I would be done with the tractor. I said I had finished with it over a week ago. He asked why I did not call to have it picked up. I stated that I had contracted for 24 hours and expected them to pick it up on Monday. Rick stated they do not work that way and that I was expected to call for pickup. I said I was not aware I would have to call as I had contracted for 24 hours. He said they do not work that way. As a result Rick charged my credit card with another $385.43 which was unauthorized and he did it without my consent. This, in my opinion, is fraudulent and unethical. I had contracted with this company several times in the past whereby they picked up the equipment after the period of time I contracted for without me having to call them. A few times they did not pick up for several days, but I was never charged for the extra time the equipment was on my property. I urge customers to watch their charges carefully as it probably, in my opinion, might have happened to someone else. With this type of business attitude, I will never do business with this company again.

These guys are understanding and actually care about their customers. Just about every business out there has someone with a complaint, but these guys really pave the way in Customer Service. I simply cant drop any one name because from the moment I pulled in to the parking lot to the moment I drove off, everyone sold me on coming back. Ive rented from them in the past, and will continue to do so, absolutely recommend.

All Rental had the best price for a lift rental. The equipment was in good shape. We accidentally broke one of the knobs off and they only charged us $25 extra. I highly recommend them!

Set me back 2 hours then when I rented again for a half day ( I actually used it for less than 2 hours) they wouldnt accommodate me on pricing. 2 stars on not making a return customer happy.

I am a professional contractor and have used the U-Cart concrete trailers on a few occasions. Just today I ordered a 1/2 yard of concrete but was only given 1/4 yard. After getting to the project and being short 1/4 yard I then had to go and buy bag mix to finish it up while my crew stood around. This cost me time and money but all rentals response was well I guess you screwed up your calculations Yea I am sure that is what happened. I personally do not like places that accuse me of lying and dont know how to work with a customer. They will not be getting my business ever again and I encourage you to do the same.

Awesome group of employees working here. A small error in booking could have been a real problem, but they jumped up, owned the error and had my equipment on site within an hour! Ive been a big fan of them for years and sorry for not getting up a positive review sooner. ALWAYS my go to place for rental equipment!

My experiance here was horrible not told about using a credit or debit card to make purchase i use cash for all of my transactions not a great start. Lied to about gas price on return of equipment and the people in the office are all on different pages quoted one price over the phone told a different price when i showed up to rent equipment. I WILL NEVER RENT EQUIPMENT FROM ALL RENTAL AGAIN. On a side note went to all rental in calhan years ago and had a great experiance but that office is closed now so again never renting from all rental again ill pay more to rent from bills at least they are honest about theyre prices

If they could be rated less I would rate them less. They don’t know their butt from their brain. My wife called in informed them of my truck size. I showed up took 15-20 minutes inside just to get the equipment number for the reservation. Then when I went out to the yard to pick up the equipment they tossed me between multiple trailers, then blamed my truck for a fuse when it worked on other trailers then said, “yeah that trailer is 2 years old”. When I complained about the service 4/5 yard guys verbally abuse me and say, “you’ve got a mouth on you.” HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

These guys are amazing! For two years in a row they have donated a generator to my company, PlayDate Behavioral Interventions. We are a local non-profit serving children and teens with developmental disabilities, primarily Autism. Each November our Teen Group builds a float for the Festival of Lights Parade held downtown every December as a vocational project. Our friends at All Rental ensure that our float is lit up for the world to see by donating a generator to power our float! Due to the fact that PlayDate provides services to families regardless of their ability to pay we depend on the communitys support. It is because of community partners like All Rental that we are able to provide our clients with a lot of special experiences!

Ive rented lots of different stuff from here, from sewer snake to a mini excavator, and its always in good shape, working well, and priced at a good value. Friendly people, and the process is quick and easy.

Very kindly told us that they wouldnt fill our propane tank, as it was too damaged.

First i called- excellent customer service over the phone. I explained that i wanted to rent a power-washer to pw a deck- but that id never used one before. He said it may be awkward to lift. I went in anyway. They loaded it up for me, showed me how to use it AND gave me a military discount. THESE GUYS ARE TOP NOTCH!

Will over charge you and wont explain why even with the invoice showing they overcharged. Wont be going back and would never recommend.

Despicable. On more than one occasion, but the last time especially All Rental inc. sent me out with a broken - non working dump trailer. This time the mechanic told me to rig jumper cables, etc. to get the trailer to work - which worked for a few dumps then, when loaded with concrete it didnt work. I called All Rental inc for assistance and they basically told me it was my problem and proceeded to charge me for any extra time to hand unload concrete. They also charged me for the skid loader which I couldnt put back in the dump trailer because of the debris. I had to fight with them to get any assistance. Had this been any other rental company - they would have sent out a mechanic to fix it on the spot and not charge me. Instead they left me in a bind - whereas my schedule is busy as well. Their service is only good when youre going to be paying them money - if their responsibility (their equipment) is a problem, they dont care about you one bit. A terrible business who will never receive mine again and I will be reporting them to the BBB as well.

All Rental is by far the best rental company in Colorado Springs! I have used them for years and tonight after hours the equipment I have rented broke down, which will happen. The owner came out himself to exchange the equipment. I will not use another rental company.
