Much thanks to Damon and his crew for all their help and advice. We now have a nice level backyard for all the kids to play in. We knew nothing about what tools and equipment were needed. Damon took us right under his wing and gave us great advice and support. He even went above and beyond by recommending garden and rock suppliers that we could go to. All the work crew at our house send a great big THANKS! out to Damon. We couldnt have done it without you!

Bills is excellent. They have knowledgeable sales staff who work hard to help and make sure you get what you need

I discovered Bills Tool Rental after another rental company did not honor my 4 month old reservation for one of the out of town Hail Storm lots. I have been impressed with the price, the way Damon is always hustling to figure out a way to take care of your needs. We rent lights for our home football games, and I swear Damon is a Magician when it comes to getting enough light towers for all his customers.

Amazing Service! I went in today to top off my propaint and the gentleman at the counter was super helpful and so friendly. Got it done faster than i expected. I would definitely go back and recommend to all my friends and family!!

Damon and his boys are beyond fantastic to sum it up they are amazing . I work for a company know as Boos and sons . Ive worked for Butch for two years. Im now running a lot of the company .Damon at bills tool rental has always met our needs above and beyond what we needed. Damon at Volmer Rd. Bills Tool Rental was extremely helpful and made my Boy Scout Eagle Project a great success. The small skid we rented saved us tons of time. Wish I could give less than one star. Expect to be overcharged, treated rudely and given incorrect info. As a woman, I will not return. Have never had a positive experience there. Know that if you have to go there, your day will be worse afterwards. Other Bills locations are great. It is just this one that has horrid customer service.

Bo is awesome!! He has always been extremely, helpful, polite and knowledgeable! We have rented from this location multiple time (tree stump grinder, wheel loader, and skid) and he also always been so flexible and accomodating!

I have been renting from Bills Tool rental for several years and have always been impressed by the quality of their equipment as well as their response times when things do break down. They are very fairs and honest to work with and I appreciate knowing I can count on them.

Rented a chipper in July 2013 from them. Had issues with the feed wheel not feeding correctly. Advised them of the issue.Rented the same chipper mid August 2013, the feed wheel was not replaced or repaired. In addition, the blades were not sharpened, and the bolts holding the flywheel cover were not original. During the course of using it for a day, the bolts on both sides vibrated out (an extremely dangerous condition). We spent 2 hours fixing their chipper, and then they didnt even have the courtesy to give us a break on the price.Would not ever rent from them again, Ill be making the drive south.

I have rented from bills tool rental since 2007 for business and personnel use. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Especially Damon and his crew at the north store they have always gone over and beyond to take care of their customers.

Went to top off propane and went in the Sloppy big dude was sitting there trying to get us taken care of well I’m standing there and didn’t notice the no phone at the counter sign and he made a point to show us the sign and make a fuss mind you i wasn’t making a phone call just changing my music. The point I’m getting at is it’s a business where customer service is everything... I will never personally go back and being in the construction business I’ll let everyone I know to not rent anything from them... I can’t be on my phone but they should all be on diets and look and act more professional..
