Had a touchscreen installed for my Ford F150 recently and had a wonderful experience. The tech, Joseph, was very knowledgeable about the product and demo. Will go back again for any future installs.
They fixed my computer problem (needed a new hard drive). They worked with me to find the most affordable option. Make an appointment instead of walking in... it will make everything go more smoothly. Will use them again in the future.
Cant find products
I called this location, simply because I had a question, at 10am and was on hold for 20 minutes. The automated voice said a representative would be with me within 10 minutes. That didnt happen obviously... you cant tell me that a Geek Squad that literally just opened is so slammed that they cant take a call. By the reviews of this location, it mightve been a blessing in disguise because apparently this place is terrible. 3 stars is their best review people, move on and look somewhere else.
Geek Squad is a service I recommend to keep your devices in good running condition, free of malware & viruses. Customer Service is of excellent quality & experienced agents who will be patient and have a wonderful demeanor when servicing your computer needs.
These guys have an awesome clerk named, Breanna Swatzell. She not only helped me with the right SIM card adapter, but she also sent me the on-line address to actually purchase the adapter in an email. Breanna and Geek Squad ROCK!!!
I could not find the correct size bit locally to remove a fan from my laptop so I figure hey, I live close by, they can probably have it done in 2 min as the computer was all pulled apart ready for the fan, which I had, to be installed. I called and they said it was not a job they could do…………Geek Squad…….seriously…..3……3 screws. I refuse to buy anything at Best Buy but now I refuse to use anything attached to that franchise.
Friendly staff. They listened attentively to my issues and proposed a solution. Prices were a bit high to be honest. Was told it would take 3 to 4 days. Been a week and still waiting. If I hadnt had a backup computer it would be more irritating. Altogether, if theres a problem you just cant solve, ask them, but dont expect it done fast or cheap
Ive been here as a subscriber two large issues, and both were handled well. I find the staff very capable.
Horrible experience and terrible customer service. They wanted to charge me $100 to transfer data from one SD card to another. I cant imagine what their prices are for other services, probably cheaper to throw your electronic devices in the garbage.
They never can fix my tablet than I get it in this same place

On 10/5/21 I went back to return a Verizon phone since I was in my 30 day time frame. The snotty rude rep said we can’t do the refund since you dont have Verizon anymore. She and the mobile rep said you will have to go to Verizon. I said I’m going to N Academy store and the mobile rep said, they will tell you the same thing. WRONG: The mobile rep at the North Academy store was able to get me refunded for my Verizon phone and he called Verizon himself and got the mess cleared up. I was a happy customer. Your store has rude reps. I had great experiences with Best Buys in Denver also.
