Complete and total RIP OFF!!!!!! Don’t waste your time or money here. Trust me, there’s plenty of other places to go to rent a Uhaul. I made the terrible mistake of coming here and spending $100 more AFTER bringing the truck back. They all just pocket the money from customers and give them BS reasons to charge you more. The worker I spoke to consistently got an attitude right off the bat and had a HORRIBLE attitude, snatching things out of my hands, COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, when confronting him as to why I was also charged for GAS when I just filled it up.

Even hundreds of miles away, EZ Ship was able to secure a rental that I desperately needed. Great service, quick and painless. I will do business again 100%

Store hours posted for Sundays are 8am-noon. Went there today, Sunday, at 10am and it was closed with no explanation on door. Bad business practice.

Can’t believe this place, it’s absolutely ridiculous. The customer service is a joke, I don’t even know how they got a job there they were so rude to me. Overcharged me, condescending and definitely not the place to go.

I rented a U-Haul from here and it was phenomenal experience. It was super easy super quick to drop off was really nice the people were really helpful and friendly. I even left my wallet in the truck by accident and the guy very kindly fetched it for me and got it to me it was a great experience all around.( this message was voice to text)

Owner yelled at me for asking for a my packages which apartenly I owed $6 for the last packages I picked up. I asked as a courtesy of he could give me them as I was in a rush and one of the packages had medicine in it. He refused and was extremely aggressive.... I spent 30 minutes trying to do the payment on the online account as he couldnt accept payment in person.... I also explained Ive paid every other time and I couldnt understand why I couldnt pay when I get home as I had every other time when I was told I owed money. Very unprofessional and out right rude. My other mail boxes through I postal are. Very professional and nice everyone except this guy.

I recently opened two shops and have been mailing multiple packages on a weekly basis. Kevin is SUPER helpful and always so friendly. I love taking my business here. Thanks so much for all you do!

EzShip is amazing, my life was falling apart all because I had no way to receive vital documents and every other mail place in town is obsurd with pricing, certain package restrictions and they really dont are how NOT receiving mail can affect your life, the owner was compassionate helpful and you get a text when you receive a package!! Save money on gas and precious time!!

I pick up wish items here but they have some amazing little things you can buy up front plus pack and ship mail/packages as well.

Not Recommended to visit here, highly Unprofessional and sold the box twice the price shown online :(I will never ever visit this Store, bad experience :(

These guys are great. Customer service, pricing, atmosphere... everything is as it should be. Well this place absolutely amazes me, I dont know how they do it but if you order something from wish its here in less than a month I have received quite a few packages through them now and every time I go in there the folks that work there are super friendly nice wonderful smiles through their mask and are very helpful and knowledgeable about what theyre doing there. If it means Im going to get my wish order 3 months in advance from, how long it used to take to ship from wish, well Im on board.....

Some company. My package “shipped” from their store to the post office allegedly and was never contacted until 2 months later when I called them and was informed my package was at their store. So I went to pick it up and never not my money back ( $108)With all companies that I have ever worked for you only charge customers if the job has been done and if it isn’t done you give the customers the money back because it wasn’t a job done.

After buying too many souvenirs on a trip I had to look for a way to get them all home. Stopped in here to check out my options. Kevin and Misty are great, super friendly local family, helped me make sure everything was packed safely and let me know what options I had. I had no worries about leaving my package there or that it would ship as promised. Recieved my package on time and all in one piece.

Had a reservation several weeks out for a moving truck. They called me the night before to tell me they didnt have a truck and I have to drive thirty minutes out of my way to get one plus paying extra mileage. Zero customer service or willingness to help fix THEIR mistake.

The owner of the shop is great he was awesome to talk to and he did a pretty good job packing I wish that they had some styrofoam some peanuts some more packing materials but the owner is an awesome guy we talked for a long time and he cares about his business. Is there an extra 10% off just because he can and its his store LOL that was very generous of him. I do wish they offered quotes from UPS as well however.
