Unless u want to be screwed over don’t go here. Ask them 3 times if there was something wrong with my engine, I was told no and to pay 1,000 to fix the water pump. MY CAR DIDNT EVEN MAKE IT A WEEK BEFORE IT DIED. Dirty liars it’s okay though because god saw and that’s what matters.

Took my car here for a 40-point check up through AAA a while back. Car worked perfectly fine until they lifted it, checked it out, and gave it back to me. As soon as I got in my car, the brakes were completely gone... They totally crushed and cracked the brake line when they lifted it, didnt say a word, and took no responsibility. I called multiple times only to listen to the manager dodge the responsible route and navigate his way off the the road of responsibility and onto the back road of well it wasnt really our fault blvd... 0/10 recommend :(

The seven Hills Conrad’s does great work. I needed 4 new tires and an oil change. Decided to try them because they are near my new job. Jeff and his crew were professional and responsive. The work didn’t take too long and the price was reasonable. I will definitely be back.

Always great service. Manager Ed was very kind and efficient. I feel bad though he was working so hard and has a ghost crew. Get it together Conrads you need to keep workers like him.

Stay away from this place. Dont actually care about taking care of you. I specifically called and scheduled an appointment requesting 10W30 oil change, the worker told me that it was no problem and scheduled the appointment. I show up to the appointment which was the next day after scheduling and they wanted an additional $40+ for the oil change as they dont carry that weight oil. Would have been nice to know before wasting my time and having to drive up there just to go back home. Explicitly explaining what you want clearly means nothing to them. I will make sure no one I know continues to go here.

Spent over $2000 still have my engine light on iev gone here for over 2 years they lost a loyal customer sad.

Easily got my 4 new tires. Set up an appointment online and dropped my car off the night before. Jeff handled my tires at the Seven Hills location. He called me and let me know the tires I had picked out would be the best bang for my buck and said they do have other tires that would not be as good for my car. Jeff also remembered to look at my old tires to see why the one was losing so much psi. From the time I had been called that work was starting to when they were done was less than an hour. 10/10 would recommend.

My gf set up a 9am appointment to get her car looked at and hopefully fixed, it’s 12:35 and they still haven’t taken the car in the shop yet? Was also told they don’t have a technician on staff to fix the car but they would look at it? So they can’t fix cars??

Took my older car here for oil change and tire rotation, turns out they didn’t put my tire on correctly. Causing me 1700$ in damages to my car. Never going back

Im really happy with the service at the Seven Hill Conrads. I had to drop my car there late Sunday, unannounced due to a nail in my tire.Jeff took care of everything. He called me early, had a price range to quote me for new tires, and got all taken care of, same day.Great service!

The service was a simple oil change.The service was fine and it was done quickly.The service was supposed to include a tire rotation. The advisor tried to sell me tires and indicated that there was no point in rotating because of the condition of the tires.That was fine, however even though the low tire indicator light was on the tire pressure must not have been checked and filled since the indicator light is still on and no mention of it was made to me.I’m not sure if they did any of the other services were completed that were supposed to be part of the package since the pressure issue wasn’t addressedI was still charged the same amount for the oil change even though the other services were not performed.

If it were possible to rate 0 stars I would. I’ve been here 5 times to fix the same problem on my car and it is STILL not fixed. Even a routine oil change is a hassle. I needed my tire repaired because the rim was leaking air and also wanted to get an oil change. They claimed to fix the tire but the tire only lasted 2 days until it started to leak air again. Then they said they rotated the tires which would be impossible because the leaky tire was in the exact same spot. Who knows if they even gave me an oil change. I went to my dealer to fix the tire and I have not had a problem since. The customer service was rude and unapologetic that they wasted my time and money and I will never come back here again.

They were fantastic. I was sent a video of what needed to be repaired. What a great option for their customers. I got to see exactly what was wrong and why. Also, they checked multiple items. Fixed what was wrong, and told me that the others didnt need work. I appreciated that very much.

I can’t believe that this company is just so fantastic. Honestly I know I was well over due for an oil change and with my kids, husband, work and a trip I was preparing to take has been keeping me so busy I didn’t have the time. But I actually booked a five o clock appointment and I took my car in and in less that twenty minutes (what it seemed to me) my car was ready to get back on the road. And the men there were all so friendly and patient. Thank goodness they were there and had me back on the road in no time. And of course their lobby was immaculate and I had a wonderful cold beverage while I waited. I definitely will be returning

Tire Warranty!Another great experience!I just purchased some new rear tires for my 15 Mustang, just around a week ago. Today, I found a nail in one of my new tires. It was fixed and repaired at a dealership since I was across town. I then took my receipt to my neighborhood Conrads. I was not sure how the process would work, thinking that I would need to file a case. To my surprise, I gave them the receipt and they gave me the amount of the repair in cash. Totally blown away. Keep up the great work!

My tire had a nail in it. I dropped it off after hours, and then was sent a video showing what was going on at 10am the next morning. Tire was plugged and my car was ready to go by 11:30am. They charged 23 dollars for everything which I thought was amazing.

Jeff was great! I called the afternoon before dropping my car off for an estimate. He was able to give me price and the next morning when they checked put my car the estimate was actually a little less. They had my car done in about half a day. I will definitely bring my car back!

Everyone is pleasant, nice service, clean place. I had my oil changed there once, and I came back because I liked their service.However I took my car for oil change, tire rotation because I had a coupon for $27. I ended by paying $1,000 and some, as they told me I dont have any break, although I didnt really feel any major issues with my break.They offered to place them, I asked for an estimate, they gave $ 1,000 and some. I had to go for it because I was already there, they already had the car on the lift. The tech told me I basically have no break, so I had no choice but to go for it.Tech Vicki was very nice, she came took me back and showed me the current break,she didnt try to force anything on me, pressure me. She was very respectful to me and my time, even offered me a ride home. Had Branden one of the mangers take me home, he was very pleasant, nice. Thanks to you both for going the extra mile :-)Overall I am happy with the service, the place and everyone. However not so much with the price I was charged, I honestly dont know, if the price I was charged was a fair price?$1,000, how many hours of work would that be, for someone who gets paid a minimum wage? Very sad :-(I feel bad for people who cant afford a new car, and soon wont be able to afford to fix their car either. God have mercy on us.

I purchased my tires online and set up an appointment to have my tires replaced on Conrads website. Unfortunately, the menu that allows you to choose tires for your make, model, year and trim level was not accurate, and I didnt check the inside of the drivers door first. Consequently, this was discovered after they took the car back to put it up on the lift. They reordered the correct tires, and completed the job today. Overall, very courteous and helpful staff. I would advise checking your tires first before ordering online.

Came in this morning with my psi reading 14! They were able to take my car in with no appointment and get it back to me at noon. The team was very professional and understanding of my concern and was able to patch the tire. Will definitely be back for further services and with my other 2 vehicles.

The workers at this location are some of the greatest people I’ve met. I had a flat tire and was late to work. They immediately came to my aid found the foreign object in my tire and patched it up within 20 minutes. I’m so beyond grateful for the workers and management helping me. Emergency, walk-in. No appointment. But was taken care of anyway.This location was busy but still professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The manager at this location made right what another location left that was hazardous and potentially deadly.Read on for details....The reason for todays visit is I went to the Macedonia location yesterday for oil change, tire rotation, alignment, fluid check....in prep for a trip to Columbus, Ohio today.On the way home yesterday, my car didnt feel right actually the alignment felt worse than before I brought it in. Second time in a row my car hasnt handled right after leaving the Macedonia location.It turns out my front left tire has a broken steel beltHmmm, yesterday after my service, I asked and was told that my tires looked good. They rotated that tire from the rear to the front yesterday, assuming they rotated my tires like they have on my invoice.The broken belt is what I was feeling and now hearing. Today I purchased two new front tires from this location, Seven Hills.I only returned to the Macedonia location yesterday because as compensation for my last bad experience I was given 2 free oil changes that dont expire.The first issue with the Macedonia location was having to bring my car back the next day after doing front and rear brakes and replacing the front struts.Safety is my primary concern with my vehicle and I no longer trust the Macedonia location.

The sales/customer service guys up front were fantastic! Both were very friendly and helpful! Would have been 5 stars except the low tire pressure light came on during the short ride home. I had to add air to all 4 tires. My pressure gauge was showing between 25-28psi in all 4 tires.

I drove by early this morning and noticed a sign that said something about being under new management. I thought I would give the place a try. So I made an appointment for 11 a.m. this morning. I had a problem the last time so I was reluctant to go to Conrads again.Troy was behind the front desk. Very friendly greeting. I gave him my info and he said it might take a bit longer since the central appointment folks had double booked them. But he said they would get me in and out as quickly as possible.I presented a coupon for $17.95. No problem. Coupon accepted. Waited about 45 minutes. Total bill came to $21.14. They did notify with a problem with the front end alignment. No hard sell. Just the facts.I was totally pleased with this visit. But here is what impressed me most. A lady in line ahead of me brought her car back and complained about an oil change problem from last October. She said she had taken it to Quick Lube this morning (a couple doors down from Conrads) and stated they had told her whomever changed the oil the last time has put in the wrong size plug or something like that. She was a bit upset. And she said it had messed up something in her engine. Troy listened intently and when she was finished he said When can you bring your car in. We will make everything right. No argument. No comment about her taking her car elsewhere for her oil change. Just perfect customer service.I like the new management. Much better than previous management.

Went for oil change and tire rotation on a Toyota Prius. When completed I walked around the car and found two hubcaps ready to fall off. I notified the manager and the technician came out and fixed both. They would have fallen off if I had not noticed the problem. Hubcaps had oil prints all over them. Asked manager if they checked air pressure and he said they would. Got home and checked air pressure only to find they never checked them as they were low. No oil in the caps so I’m sure they never checked them. Wondering if they even put in synthetic oil. Paid $10 more then other stores. Next time I won’t use Conrad or believe their commercials. B

Conrads in Seven Hills always treats me - and my car - really well. Theyre friendly, professional, efficient and reasonably priced. They keep an eye out for issues with my car but dont try to oversell any parts or services. I am a well-pleased customer.

Ive been using this Conrads location for more than 10 years. It is incredibly convenient since I live within walking distance. I never feel like I am being talked down to and dont feel like they are trying to sell me more service than I need. With regular coupons and rewards and discounts for AAA membership I feel they are very reasonably priced. Ive had work as small as a tire repair (today) and oil changes to complete brake repair/replacement and tune up. I would trust them with any work on my car.

What a find!I hit a curb and blew out one of my front tires, which needed to be replaced anyway. After hobbling to Conrad’s on Broadview, I was treated with the best possible service and was so impressed with Jim’s determination to remedy my problem as quickly as possible.Jason followed up with that to let me know of a problem that I was aware of, but explained exactly what was happening to my vehicle by not having it repaired. If I could give a zero, I would. We dropped our car off on Wednesday night and because we were going out of town, we were picking it up on Saturday. They had my phone number and were instructed to call if there were any issues. The cars windshield wiper fluid was not operating. We had the fuse tested at an auto parts store and was told that the fuse was fine. We told Conrads that information and that it must be the motor. Contrary to what Conrads said today they never mentioned a diagnostic test . We relied on their honesty and good business policy as we dont know anything about working on cars. This morning at approximately 8:00 am I called and was told that the car would be finished in 10 mins. I told them we were still out of town and would be back about 12:30 /1:00. We were told no problem and drive safe. When we arrived at Conrads we were told they installed the motor ( $173) but that wasnt the problem! Nothing was mentioned at 8:00 am about this. They then told us that the master tech would not be there until Tuesday to do a diagnostic. And the test would cost over $100!! Trust me if we were told that we could possibly be paying $173 for no reason dont you think we wouldve taken their advice?!?! I have been bringing my vehicles to Conrads ( at least 4) for approximately 10 years. Why wasnt I called at any point by them?!?! I will never take my car to Conrads ever again and will be calling their corporate office first thing Monday morning.

Bob and the garage team unloaded my summer tires and rims without question. New rims were clean, no hand prints. Work was done on time, and winter rims were loaded back into my SUV. GREAT JOB. I will always return.

The service and quality of work done here are excellent. I had an oil change, radiator replaced, starter replaced and new tires installed.

They damaged my rims. I repaired them and have not been reimbursed. this place is a joke. not only did they damage my rims, but they didnt tell me about the damage that was very clear to see. good thing i looked at them after they brought the car down in the parking lot. its been over 2 months and they still have yet to come even close to a response on reimbursing me. BTW it cost me 500 dollars to repair my rims and they still charged me 60 for mounting and an attempt to balance them

Great service nice salespeople. But the interior of the car was full of greasy dirty fingerprints and marks when returned. Really? In 2019? Had to clean it when I got home. Sad. Dirty filthy mechanics getting into your car with a light tan interior. I will not go back. This happened twice now.

Brought my car in for an oil change and got a video from the tech on what was wrong with my car in addition to the oil change. I can respect Conrads looking out for my safety to make sure I understand whats going on with my car. We had called them to discuss what was wrong and get a price. Needless to say, a $50 oil change was soon said to be a $1000.00 visit if we chose Conrads to perform the work. The shop down the street quoted less than $500.00Convenient for an oil change, yes. Every time weve needed anything else (tires, brakes, rotors), they are the highest priced place on the block.
