Scheduled an appointment and got canceled and moved showed up to that appointment and they told me she wasnt even there and my appointment was canceled again with no heads up. Terrible way to run a business will definitely tell people to not waste their time with them

They great cuts but, theyre a little on the pricey side. Around $20 before tip. I take my haircuts seriously so coming here is an option for me. They do a great job and are consistent. Emphasis on consistent. The wait can be long on a Saturday afternoon and they dont have a ticket rung so its first come first serve. You can make an appointment on a case-by-case basis with one of the barbers but they will only cut your hair on Sundays so, the earlier the better. I normally get a high skin fade with 1.5 on top.

Definitely a refreshing barbershop to discover in Colorado Springs. Focus did an amazing job with my hair in a very short amount of time. Its also super affordable and has great vibes. I definitely recommend it!

I took my son in here on Sunday, and he looks like a rock star!!! I cant stop looking at his hair. Ronnie did a great job on him, and took his time on giving my 14 year old a cut that really matured and cleaned him up. You can make an appointment through the app vagaro, and Id strongly suggest you make an appointment with Ronnie. He cuts my husbands hair and now my sons hair, and each time they look like a million bucks. You cannot find another barbershop like this one in town, Ive searched. Worth the time and the cost.

Great haircut every time. The wait can be killer. Sometimes youll only have to wait a half hour, other times youll have to wait for two. Only reason i cant give five stars is because there is no option for appointments.

The only shop in town I get my haircut at. Its always busy, but the barbers are always on point and I never feel slighted with my cut. Classic barbershop feel walk in and wait to be cut. Definitely recommended for anyone wanting a clean cut.

It was ok, a little pricey for what the offer. They made us wait a long time & do not put on the doors or advertise that its mostly by pre arranged appt only & Its CASH ONLY which is really inconvenient because there is no ATM. They do walk ins too, But you wait a long time for Subpar service. I was not impressed, So if you have another choice, then I would go somewhere else for a haircut & shave.

Waited 56 minutes with 3 kids just to be told when we thought we were next that this location is APPOINTMENT only. I told the guy what we needed when we walked in the building. Complete waste of time.... Never felt more uncomfortable in my life. I will unfortunately not recommend.

This place has totally gone down hill. Our regular babrber was booked, so decided to come back to Superior since we had dealt with them in the past. Was not even acknowledged when we walked in by any of the three barbers. We waited and when the next barber came available he left, when he came back he told the other barber he didnt want to cut my sons hair. The other barber told us if we didnt have an appt she wouldnt be available til 7pm. I wish they would have said something ahead of time. Especially since it clearly states walk ins welcome wont be back.
