I received a haircut today around 4 pm, my stylist was a young, hair died blonde, glasses, thin and very friendly. I wish I could remember her name so if it is possible to fund that out and post it here for people to see so they can request her services.I havent had a haircut in 7 months and was in desperate need, I had just moved here to Colorado Springs two days ago so I am still very tired from. Driving over 15 hours and over a thousand miles so I might have been direct (not mean or rude in my opinion, but everyone is different) and am definitely uneducated about hair cuting terms.We had some communication issues ( aka muffled by masks ) so what I wanted and what she was doing were not the same thing, I dont think I over reacted but it is my hair. Once we figured it out and were both on the same page. I then received the nicest, cleanest haircut I have ever gotten in my life.I am so sorry to the young lady and didnt mean to make her cry. I personally am a father with two daughters and it pulled at my heart strings. I tried to lighten up the conversation but the haircut was coming to an end.So... I apologize young lady and I hope the $100 dollar tip made up for it and if youre not too upset with me Id love for you to cut my hair again when needed. If not, I understand and an truly sorry.Thank you Cost Cutters for giving people the opportunity to get a salon cut and or style at the price of a barber shop.

Every time I go into this cost cutters I see a clean space that keeps up with cleaning up after each hair cut, the staff is fun to talk to (if your a talkative person) and its not hard to get a laugh here while getting your haircut here either, Ive gone here about 3 times and I bet ima continue for quite a while

I never got her name, only that she was from AZ and have a dog. Sheep dog if memory is correct. Any how she did amazing and was fantastic conversation.

The two ladies that cut my boys hair tonight stayed late did an amazing job and had a very clean environment I would highly recommend them to anyone great job cost cutters

The barbers there did not know how to cut teenage boys hair is or how to fade correctly and the cleanup was very dirty they left their with hair in their mouth all of their head very bad experience would definitely not take your kids there

These folks know how to cut hair your way. I have always been pleased with every visit, and the courtesy of the staff is wonderful. My wife gets her hair cut at Cost Cutters and is always pleased with the results. I have rated Cost Cutters before and it always ends up as 5-Stars. Why? Its a combination of service and people. The people tip the scales positively.

Bent over backwards to accommodate me!

My wife and I stopped in on a Sunday morning for her to get a cut and we were not even greeted when we entered. The stylist seemed to be too occupied chatting with someone to even be bothered seeing what we wanted. Eventually without even turning around she rudely said Can I help you? It was clearly in a tone that she had no desire to be bothered helping anyone. My wife asked about getting a cut and was told it would be 12:30pm before she could get to her. Really? There was one customer and it was only 11:00am! If you work in a business that heavily relies on tips for part of your income then get an attitude adjustment before dealing with the public. FYI, we tried another Cost Cutters about a mile or so down the road and received that same spirit of who cares about the customers! Avoid this place as Colorado Springs has plenty of places who will appreciate your business....it is just Cost Cutters that does not.

I was long over due for a haircut and reached out to Brittany Robinson for some help. I follow her Facebook page Beauty by Brittany! She sent me some ideas for hairstyles and was very patient with me in deciding what I wanted to get and when I wanted to get it done. I had an enjoyable experience with her on a Saturday morning when things were slow, as I prefer to not be in crowded areas. She chopped off my long locks and gave me a fun new haircut to lighten the load on my shoulders and neck. I have VERY heavy hair! I am super happy with how it turned out and we had fun chats while she was working on my new do. Im excited to see her again when it is time for a touch up or a new look!

This is one of the best salons in colorado. The prices and service were great. My family and I usually come in to get a cut. Love this place!! Definitely recommend.

I went in for an appt that I made over the phone. Once there I walked in was greeted in a tone that said they were annoyed I was was even there and made the appointment. Upon sitting in the chair I asked for a mid length with long layers. Not only did she cut it shorter than I wanted, but her layers were a complete hack job right in the middle of my back. I dont think you can even call what she did layers. If I could share a photo I would. Between the snooty attitude and the rush to get me out, my experience was not a good one and will be going somewhere else.

Omg! Im in shock. The stylist was told to clean up what the hair he hasShe asked if he styled it and she was told no. For some odd reason she felt the the to SHAVE HIS HEAD!Senior photos were in 3 hours. Have to cancel that until his hair grows back.Never again would i go here... heck i wouldnt take my dog!They had been open 2 hours and Deann said she was having a day. A DAY!!!And they charged for the haircut. Im so angry. He had beautiful hair and now its all gone.Dont dont dont go here!

I have never been able to find a stylist that i go back to over and over. I was a groupon or Living Social stylist jumper until I came here and met Sydney. No one has ever been able to give the color that I wanted and Sydney got it on the first try. I have been going back to Sydney for over a year now and my hair is in the best condition that it has ever been and the color is AMAZING!!

I went here based on a friends recommendation. I had no idea it was Cost Cutters, not that that matters. The stylist, Sara, who cut and dyed my hair did an excellent job!!! She listened to what I wanted and was sensitive to my concerns, I have difficult hair to cut. I got there at 1:00, my appointment time, she took me straight back and then spent 4 hours doing my hair. After spending that much time with me I was expecting to pay $150 or more. Sarah gave me the total of $80 and I was speechless. She did a great job for me and I WILL be going back and I will be taking my teenage girls with me. Thanks Sara!!!

Always a great haircut, but always extremely unorganized. Was told to come back in 1 hour at 2:51. At 3:58 they said they couldnt see me till 6:30. Always like this but I love my haircuts from here so I keep coming back. I just wish at 2:51 they told me 6:30.... stylist clocking out and leaving with a waiting room full of people.

I received a great haircut this will be the place that I continue to go to. Jasmine is wonderful, she really took her time and gave me a better cut than Ive had at some expensive salons.

Anna is the only person I trust with my hair. If you want an amazing cut and especially a mind blowing fade hit her up for all your hair needs.

A couple months ago they re-staff this cost cutters. All the girls that were in there are no longer there. I really miss Jasmine. We were coming to this cost cutters for years but since they re-staffed the ladies and there seem to not have good customer service and skills as a hairstylist.

My husband went in to get his neck trimmed up and a trim of the whips around his ears. To start, the stylist did not talk directly to my husband, but instead spoke to me about him. Then the stylist shaved too much off. When he said he did not like it, she made excuses and called her manager over. The employee then continued to make excuses even when the manager stated that the trim had been uneven and shaved too high. The manager then took over in an attempt to salvage what was left of my husbands hair which had taken 2 years to grow to its length. Throughout the whole process the stylist was heard making rude and inappropriate comments such as You have got to be kidding me whenever my husband would try to find a way to fix it and give up because it looked wrong no matter what we tried to do to even it out on both sides and trim it better. When we were finally leaving after over an hour of trying to fix what the stylist had done we heard the stylist say to her new client, look at the size of that guy. What a big baby. Which could be heard over the hairdryer. When she was confronted about what she had said she denied saying anything and instead snidely stated Have a nice day with a taunting finger wave. The stylist in question was a horrible human being, not to mention, a terrible hair stylist. The manager did everything in her power to handle the situation professionally and a trainee attempted to help with fixing what the original stylist had screwed up. I would not recommend this establishment so long as the stylist in question remains.

Got my haircut by Anna. Shes great! Not only is she super nice but actually takes her time getting it perfect.

Went there on 07/15/2019 at approx 6:30 pm (they close at 8pm) and they had their doors locked. one stylist and one customer in there, knocked on window and door. stylist completely ignored us, intentionally locked everything up 1 1/2 hours early. Stay away.

Manager gave me the worst hair cut ever. She tried twice to fix it then gave up. One side of my hair is way shorter than the other but she said the right is always longer !

Please do yourself a favor and NEVER let the stylist Amber cut your hair. She is rude, inconsiderate, and all together incompetent. If you are going to subject yourself to going to Cost Cutters in the first place, just do NOT let Amber touch your hair. She cut 2 more inches off of mine than I asked, not to mention the sides were atleast an inch different in length. Again, NEVER LET AMBER TOUCH YOUR HAIR!

We went in for too kids cuts they wernt busy and told me because my daughters hair had knots that they would have to charge my twice as much were very rude and she went and sat in car crying i will be calling the corporate office today
