I’ve been getting my haircut here for a year now and I got zero complaints about it and all I can say is this place is amazing. The service here is phenomenal they make you feel like you’re right at home. Every single barber in this shop is official and very professional and passionate at what they do. I’ve been getting my haircut by breezy she’s real talented and always looks out for her clients, I’ve always been 100% satisfied every time I get off that chair I highly recommend her. I give it a star because booking the appointment was easy. I called, they answered right away. I scheduled two appointments for my kids. One was at 10am, the other 10:45. I received a text message confirming the appointment and a reminder the day of the application. Loved that!We arrived to the appointment 10minutes prior, the shop is nice, cool, and clean. We take our seats and we wait. We were greated, I provided the names of my children so that they were checked in. Around 10:20am one of the Barbers, I guess the guy we were scheduled with comes to me and apologize stating the appointment before us came in late and said it would only be a couple more minutes but it would be worth the wait. 10:45am comes around and neither of my children had haircuts. I had somewhere to be at noon and if it was taken an entire hour on one persons head I can imagine how long it would have taken on my boys head. I became impatient and decided to leave I was not happy at all with that service. I scheduled an appointment for a reason, if someone is late for their appointment then they should be placed at the back of the line. My time and my money is valuable but it didnt seem to matter. I would have spent $65 on haircuts for my sons not including tips. That to much money for me to get out of my bed early on a Saturday morning to make it to an appointment I scheduled around my already busy schedule to arrive and sit there and wait almost an entire hour while you service someone who couldnt make their appointment on time.

Nate gave me the best fade I’ve ever had. His attention to detail and experience he has is amazing. I was getting compliments about how good my hair looked! Thanks Nate, You are the go to! If you need a cut and want to look good, check him out, you won’t be disappointed.

I went in with no real goals or expectations, and if you dont give your barber direction, youre usually in for a bad time.Jeremy asked some basic questions about what I wanted, and proceded to give me the best haircut Ive ever had. He was honestly amazing. I walked out of there thinking I need to work out and make the rest of myself look great if hes going to make my hair look that good.Barber loyalty never really made sense to me, but now Im pretty bummed out that Ill probably never get my hair cut from him again (Im not from CO).

Rob did awesome with my four year olds hair. He didn’t take too much off, which always seems to be a struggle for boys who wear their a little longer. He was sweet with my kiddo and took the time to get it right. If you have a little boy who wears his hair a longer, they do more than fades here! We will be back to see you, Handsome Rob the Barber!

Hands down the best barber shop in Colorado Springs. Mateo is very consistent and skilled at what he does and while I’m there I look at what kind of work the other Barbers are doing and wow! Very talented groups of people at this shop. I highly recommend them and yes they cut ALL hair types.

I just shaved my head in the fall and have no idea what Im doing when it comes to having short hair. Jeremy helped me figure out what I wanted and explained what he was doing the whole time. This was by far the best experience Ive had with a salon/barber. Will 100% be going back!

Breezy did an awesome job, super personal and professional. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a proper cut. There are also French bulldogs to play with while you’re waiting if you’re lucky to catch one not snoozing.

Set up an appointment here for mid day sat. got there 5 min early, waited 10 min and was then told they actually couldnt see me today because they were running too far behind and offered to reschedule me for another day. ive never had that happen before anywhere and keep in mind i was getting appointment confirmations the day before and the day of. would have been my first appointment here so cant speak to the quality of the cut, but i will now be going elsewhere.

Our barber was Nate! He cut my 6 year old sons hair & did an amazing job. Spencer doesn’t really like hair cuts, but Nate interacted with Spencer the entire time, kept him engaged and calm during the entire cut. Just moved from Vegas to Colorado a few weeks ago, needed a beard trim and started googling barber shops, and saw this one read the reviews and seemed ok, I am very apprehensive about letting anyone work on my beard after several mishaps, from having it completely shaved down to just barbers not listening to my needs. Went for my appointment, and walked in and was asked who I had my appointment with I couldn’t remember lol, but he was sitting there waiting and he said Rob so he knew what I was there for. He came up and introduced himself and asked me what was I looking for with my beard. That was impressive because most barbers try to get you in and out! They don’t actually care . Rob isn’t like that! This guy listens to you and how you want your beard done. I am from Vegas and I’ve paid a lot to have my beard trimmed and shaped to be completely let down!! So this was actually a very nice surprise to know that I found someone that will go that extra mile for you. He washed my beard and put a warm steam on the beard, and asked me before he started to trim what I wanted again just too make sure. That’s awesome that he takes the time to make sure he understands what his client wants. He also shaved my neck and put some awesome smelling beard oil in my beard after my trim. Overall this was one of the best experiences I’ve had with my beard trim. Thank you Rob for showing your client that you listen to what they want instead of just rushing through it and doing your own thing. Las Vegas may be bigger than Colorado and have more high end barber shops but they can’t compare to Rob! Trust me you will not be disappointed!!! Thank you so much for helping me find an amazing barber here in Colorado I will definitely be back!!!! And I will definitely tell others about you. God bless......

I moved here to Colorado Springs in February 2019 and had a difficult time finding a decent barbershop and barber to cut my hair (I went through 6) after finding Art if Fadez and looking at everyone IG I stumbled upon Breezy. She is amazing at what she does the whole barbershop feels like back home, and the energy is GREAT! Hands down best barbershop and barber in the Springs in my opinion 10/10

Had an appointment scheduled for 630 came in 15 minutes early told them i scheduled 630 and they said sorry were booked for the rest of the night so lesson learned here - they dont care if you set up an appointment or not

The shop is clean and welcoming.My barber is Jared. He is very talented at damn near any cut you want. He takes the time to get to know you. He takes his time and makes sure his cut is perfect.If you are looking for a barber shop that is kid friendly you need to stop in at Mateos. You wont be disappointed with any barber.Dont waste your time with other ghetto ran shops. I did and was disappointed time after time. First shop I found when I moved to the Springs. Mateo runs a very clean shop and provides a welcoming atmosphere. Jared is my go to guy, but everyone working there provides some of the best cuts around.

Had to set an appt for my son to get his haircut. We got there in time and had to wait over 25min past our appt time. My son had a picture of what he wanted and Trevar stated he could do it. My son had long curly hair and Trevar pretty much butchered his hair. He used a pencil to edge his hair which is new to us. He burned his skin removing the pencil and somehow shaved part of his eyebrow off. I am extremely unhappy with his haircut and he wasn’t very personable either. This was the first and last time he will come here.

Mateo is the BOMB. He has been cutting both my boys hair since they were in elementary school, they are now in 11th that goes to show you what a great barber he is. He has seen my boys grow into young men and that means a lot. Mateo is a phenomenal barber and so is his team. Great atmosphere, very friendly staff with great attitudes. I personally wouldnt take my boys anywhere else.

Breezy knows what she’s doing. She cut my hair and my partners and she did SO good and she’s very welcoming and I was very comfortable. Usually I have a hard time finding the right stylist that cuts my hair how I want let alone cuts it in a way that I can style it just as she did in the shop. My cowlick is usually pretty hard to work with and this girl did it like it was nothing. Highly recommend Breezy 10/10. Thanks girl!! Can’t wait to come back

Mateo is hands down the best barber I’ve met since I moved to Colorado 7 years ago. Mateo’s skills give a quality cut each and every time, but that’s the expected part. The part you wouldn’t expect is the clean family friendly atmosphere, great conversation and laughs, no long wait times, and flexible appointment slots from early morning to late evening. Everything is booked on an app right from my phone where I can compare my schedule to Mateo’s appointment slots, book the appointment right in the app, and even pay through the app so I don’t have to worry about having cash on me at the time of the appointment. If you are going to any other shop in Colorado Springs, then you are doing it wrong. You have to check out Art of Fades. Mateo is on another level. I will never go anywhere else.

Got a great cut today by Jared, they have a terrific price for seniors (55+) . Neat,clean and everyone there was super friendly. Its my new place for sure. Highly recommend!
