Supercuts takes walk-ins and are quite a bit cheaper than the other salons/barbers that I inquired of recently. Friendly, easy to talk with, knowledgeable and skilled staff at this location will have me coming back for my next cut. I received a great haircut, felt welcome and relaxed thanks to Supercuts and the stylist technician that took care of me Tami. Kudos!!!

Made appointment for a drop in and when arrived there were only 2 employees there and one was complaining about needing to go to lunch and the other said she had to leave soon and could only give me a quick cut and nothing else. It was ok but I was disappointed.

I booked an appointment online for my son to get a haircut and we had to wait an hour before arriving.. but, when we got there @ the appointment time, we were asked to wait out in my car until they waved us back in and we wound up waiting an extra half an hour past the appointment time while they helped 3 or 4 other people w haircuts and selling product. Its kinda pointless making an appointment online cuz the wait times are all wrong. Once we got in there though, they cut my sons hair very efficiently and exactly how I had asked and it honestly came out perfectly. Would definitely return..

Tami is an excellent stylist, she was knew what I wanted and was able to articulate it better than I could. Very lovely to talk to and gave me some really great advice to keep my hair healthy. The vibe is great here and the other stylists were very friendly!

Ashley is the best. She knows hair, products, and people. She takes time to find out exactly what a customer wants, and to teach best use of products. The cut looks great when the appointment is over, but after that first home shampoo and style—that’s when you know for sure your stylist knew what she was doing. My hair is a challenge, fine and thin, and the cut Ashley gave me Sunday is the best I’ve had in a long time. My hair looks great—Denver’s loss is our gain!

Made an appointment for 3 haircuts. Apparently the appointment was to fill out a covid form and then wait for 3 other customers. I would have made a noon appointment if I wanted that time

I have very long hair and went into Super cuts and told the lady (Peggy) that I just wanted a trim and my hair cleaned up; I also told her to take off as little as possible. I got into the chair and she made sure to show me how much she was going to take off and that it was okay, I told her that she could take a little more off, so she ran her fingers down and told me to tell her when to stop when she reached where she wanted her to make the cut. We decided to cut about an inch or so off. After she trimmed my hair, she asked if we were doing anything else and suggested layers. We started off with low layers and ended up adding even more layers after she was done with the lower ones. After she had finished my layers, I decided I wanted bangs as well. She kept my bangs long and we kept working them up until we found a bang length and style that I liked.She was extremely informative as well as patient during my visit there. We started out expecting a simple trim and ended up with trim, layers, and bangs. I wanted something that looked more cleaned up, and Im glad Peggy was the one to help me do that. It was an unexpected dramatic change for me, and Peggy nailed the transformation. I literally feel like a new person

Sara is so awesome!I decided to do a pretty dramatic change a short hair cut and blonde to violet red. She did amazing! Loved how the cut was and color was beautiful. She had so much paitients and did each strand to ensure my hair would take to the color.... I highly recommend her ❤Walked in a little sceptical thinking it wouldnt be right since I wanted a huge change and she did above and beyond exaclty how I wanted it ❤

I was instructed to show up at 11 AM and once I got there to call me. I made the call and was told it would be a little while, so waited in my truck in the parking lot (approximately 50 feet away). After 45 minutes I finally gave up and left.After returning home I called. I was told they called my name three times outside the door but never called my phone. When I asked why they didn’t call they told me that they can’t call everyone. I would prefer to stay in my vehicle rather than lining up on the sidewalk with my mask on waiting to get seated outside.This was the first time I used this company, and the last time.

They gave my son a wonderful haircut. Reasonable prices and friendly staff. We will definately go back.

I went to the West Colorado Supercuts and was thoroughly impressed! The stylist were fast and friendly. They were very knowledgeable and gave tips and tricks on what products to use and how to best achieve the style I am going for. I will definitely be coming back again soon. Curtis cut my hair today and it was the best haircut Ive had in a long time. What I felt as simply someone new to cutting hair, due to his careful nature, actually turned out to be a man who was meticulous and articulate in his craft. Toward the end, I commented, upon he trimming some loose eyebrow hairs, that he was full service. He looked at me and said flatly: That is what barbers do. Wow! I will be looking for his services again next time.

Today 2/25/16 I went to this location to get my ponytail cut off for a donation. I was glad that I didnt have to wait very long. My entire experience took about 10 minutes. The lady who was cutting my hair (wish I got her name) was obviously annoyed from the get go that I even showed up. She started binding my hair with rubber bands when I asked her to do it a specific way since this was not my first time doing a drastic cut for donation and I knew how I wanted it done. She immediately became visibly agitated and promptly cut off 16 inches of my hair, when I stated I wanted to cut 8 inches. I even told her to account for my hair being curly. So because I requested my hair to be done a specific way, she cut off twice as much as I asked out of pure spite. As soon as she was done, she disappeared to the back and I never saw her again. Her behavior was complete bullshit. She works in the wrong industry with that kind of anger problem. But hey, what could I expect from Supercuts?! The price was good.

I do like their concept at Supetcuts. After state certified courses, Supercuts puts their new hores through their very own Supercuts course. This ensures the customer that there will be consistently ad they all use the same techniques.Unfortunately... these new folks dont stay around for long in most cases.I prefer to use the same stylist each time but that turn over KILLS IT!

The hair stylist was amazing with my daughter and so friendly. But the music choice was horrible!!! It was not family friendly at all. They were listening to 94.3 Kilo. I guess at least the cussing was blurred out. The hair stylist made up for the poor music choice in what was supposed to be a family environment.

Finally found someone who can cut hair. If youre Military looking for a good fade Id recommend asking for Paul.

They always do a great job with cutting hair but Im giving this location 4 stars because every time I call them or even walk in, they seem like they dont want my business. They make a big deal out of saying things like Were really busy right now. or Everyone is on break right now. Instead of focusing on why there may be a wait or why no one is currently available, say things like, I can get you taken care of in about ___ minutes! Its not what you say, its how you say it. Anyway, I want to recap by saying that Ive never been disappointed by a haircut at this location however I always feel uncomfortable walking in or calling ahead because it feels like Im inconveniencing someone.

I said I wanted slightly shorter layers; I was given layers up past my ears. When she asked how long to do my bangs I told her to keep them long (I was starting with it past my chin.) Now I have bangs up at my cheekbones. Worst hair cut of my life. They dont listen to what you say. I could have done better hacking it off myself at home.

Got a hair cut the other day and just wanted a trim and thinning and she just went a whole new direction my hair is uneven she trimmed up the wrong spots. She also had terrible breath! Ya know whatever idc what ya do with your mouth just dont blow all that funk in my face trying to get loose hairs.

They had 1 stylist who knew what she was doing, but she left. The rest of the ladies there have butchered my hair in the past. I am currently looking for somewhere new, as I can actually give myself a better haircut than anyone left at this location. As a side note, I tried one of their other location, on Centennial, and recieves a horrible haircut. I am unwilling to give Supercuts any more of my money.
