Great place with amazing haircuts. Chloé gave me a haircut and did a fantastic job. I had been bouncing around places since I move to Colorado Springs a few months ago and I’ve finally found “my spot”!

Handsome Dan was extremely kind. I got a horrible under shave hours prior to walking into dapper. He fixed it as much as he could and was extremely kind about the whole thing even tho I was a hot mess. Thank you!

So I’ve been traveling going from state to state and am originally from Massachusetts. Decided to come here to get my beard trimmed and cleaned up. 5 stars isn’t enough. Place is nice and the people are kind. I wish I lived in Colorado because I would be there every other week for sure. Definitely recommend this place! I believe my barbers name was Ryan, he is amazing at his craft!

As a visitor from California it was frustrating that all the barbershops were closed in my state and I was in desperate need of a clean cut. I had a great experience here at Dappers Barbershop with Marcus. I booked my appointment online the same day as my cut. Marcus was on time, friendly, and ready to go! He took his time, and asked me all of the right questions to make sure i got exactly what i was looking for. 10/10 great haircut and overall experience.

Every time I go here I get my hair cut by Alex. She is extremely talented! All of my cuts are completely professional and end up looking fantastic! I recommend her to everyone who asks for haircuts.

Just moved to Colorado Springs a few days ago and began the process to find a good barber. After spending 3 years with my last barber, I know it takes time to find someone good. However that search was short lived here with my first stop at Dapper. Ryan is an outstanding barber and the dude knows his stuff. My fade is on point and he even lined up my beard. My fiancé even said “I wish you knew how to line up your beard up like he did”! Very happy to support a fellow veteran as well. Vibe was open and welcoming, their app is easy to use and it’s a convenient location. Will definitely be back here again. Hit up Ryan if you want a clean cut, you won’t be disappointed!

I used this shop for the first time last week and I was blown away. The shop itself is very clean, very modern, and just a comfortable place to hang out. The barbers are very professional (my appointment was with Alex) and have a good comradery. I brought quite the project to Alex and she gave me a great cut. This shop has absolutely gained a recurring client.

Moved from Denver / Aurora area, lived in the springs for a little over a year and have not been able to find a good place to get a hair cut until now. This is my new spot. They even took me in closer to closing time with no appointment. Alex took her time, definitely did not rush my hair cut. Even though I Ended up leaving 10 minutes after they close. Best cut I have had since living in the springs. Chill atmosphere and chill people that do a good job. Plus they didnt try and get me to buy a bunch of products i dont need. 100% recommend this place!!

Excellent service and great experience. Recommend making an appointment in advance as this is a professional establishment not a great clips. Expect to come out of this place with a professional style that few can deliver.

Shout out to Lorenzo and the Dapper Barbershop! I am leaving on vacation tomorrow to see family I havent seen in years and went to another Barbershop that could get me in early. Big mistake! After they screwed my beard up I went home and debated on shaving it all off not wanting to see my family with a lopsided beard. Got in with Lorenzo at Dapper and he fixed everything up, from the lopsided lines to the places the other barber missed. Will be back as a regular and highly recommended!

Called for a design and fade. Got scheduled for regular haircut, and was harassed by the barber Alex for being a few minutes late (she stated it was 5 minutes, but that time was negligible for the service I requested, and it was an exaggeration). Haircut was acceptable, but the barber seemed eager to not waste the time instead of rescheduling me for what I wanted. After the haircut the barber told me that I should verify my appointment the next time I placed one. That is the responsibility of the person taking the call, not the customer. I asked for a design and was deliberately scheduled for a regular haircut because it was convenient. Poor customer service in my opinion. If you cant do what the customer asked, dont try to do it anyway and make the customer feel responsible for the dissatisfaction.

This place is amazing if I lived here it would be my go to place. Thanks for a great cut next time Im in town I will stop by.

I love that their military owned and I will always support a military veteran with their business over a chain shop.... Markus cut mine and my sons hair and very attention to detail with our cut. Since he was in the same branch of the military as I was, we have a lot to talk about and I look forward to getting cut.

Took my Son to get the new style haircut our barber was Alex she did an amazing job. While I was there waiting I saw the other barbers finished product and they all did fantastic.

So long story short. I made an appointment about 2 1/2 weeks in advance for my child I saved it to my phone and was told Lorenzo would add me to their system I asked multiple times am I good to go for my next time. Lorenzo said he added me in the books. I went to work two hours early the day of my next appt so I could get of early to make this appointment but to only find out that Lorenzo did not put me in the books/ add me to his schedule in whatever appointment system they use. I even spoke to Lorenzo the day of in person to still confirm my appt and he said yes but when I showed up the owner told me they were full?? Yeah sorry buddy that’s not how you handle customer service. I did not appreciate how the situation was handled. I think I was more upset that 1. My child didn’t get a haircut, 2. I physically spoke to Lorenzo to confirm my appointment and he said yes we’re good to go 3. I went to work two hours early to make the appt. Next time when a situation happens like this the barber who “dropped the ball” I would highly recommend them staying late or offering a free cut... something is better then nothing. I would not be telling the customer who went to work 2 hours earlier then normal time to make this appt to only be told they were full and could not see me till tomorrow. Sorry guys I’m not gonna take anymore time off taking care of the situation.Communication is key guys! It looks like you have several other people leaving you negative reviews about your appointment system and having to verify appointments. You may want to figure out a new way for appointments to be made and to be verified. I am glad I wasn’t the only one!!!

It was my first time in this shop and it felt like I had been in a hundred times before! Markus was my barber and he couldn’t have been better. The whole time of my appointment we talked and laughed like you should always have at a barber shop and he asked me about how I wanted my hair cut and styled every step of the way. Felt like I got the special treatment from the time I walked in the door tell I left. Great experience awesome place to get a cut and it came out great. Highly recommend and I’ll be sending all my friends here!

Markus offers an awesome environment and your haircut is truly an experience. He and the entire Dapper community go above and beyond to build relationships with their clients and create friendships. I won’t go anywhere else as long as I live in the Springs.

Always a great time getting a cut here! Dapper is the only place I would trust to cut my hair before my wedding. The fact that they still cut it the rest of the time is just a luxury. If youre thinking about coming here just give it one cut and Im sure you wont ever go anywhere else!
