There are GOOD stylists at this store. But lately they have consistently not been open during posted hours. Its frustrating to go to a business when they are supposed to be open and they are not without any reason or explanation. I now go to the other stores, which I have never had not be open when they are supposed to be.

I took my nine year old son here for a haircut and Tiffany was amazing. We usually go to the store in Fountain but it has been too busy. This location was so professional and got in and out so fast. My son said Tiffany was very nice and he liked her. Thank you so much for the great service.

Ive taken my son to several Sports Clips locations, including this one, and usually get great service. Went in today and asked the stylist to please wear a mask as he is too young to be vaccinated and I am high risk. She was flabbergasted and said they didnt have any masks in the store. I think having them on hand per customer request is the least you could do. We walked out. Going somewhere that will mask for us instead.

I called at 9 am asking if I could make an appointment considering I’d need to do my haircut on my lunch break. They told me I had to check in online. I explained that I needed it at a certain time and whoever I spoke to said that I would remain on the waiting list if I wasn’t there for the appointment time. An hour later I get notifications saying I was removed so I called the store back they said that that they would put me back on waiting list and when I came in I would be next. I walk in the store and I’m not on the list so I tried to explain this to some young blonde girl and she was really rude but she could tell I was starting to get upset so she says “ go ahead and check back in we will put you on the waiting list and you will be next” so I did and I sat and waited… she took three people in front of me who walked in after me then right in front of me and other customers she was talking rude about me and said well that’s not how things work he will have to wait … pretty upset Tiffany finally takes me she was really friendly and did a great haircut! I would rate one star for how poor the customer service was and how rude the little blonde was but Tiffany was a sweetheart and did amazing job.

We were so happy we were able to get in pretty quickly. My daughter had recently had a bad haircut and Tiffany got her in and fixed it and it looks great. My daughter enjoyed having Tiffany cut her hair and the price was great and we will go back there again for sure.

Recommend using Gabby! She does my hair every two weeks and it turns out always so good. Police,nice,caring and does an outstanding job! She also does very well with cutting children hair too. Give Gabby a visit!

Got barber rash from here. Noticed she didnt clean the cutters, didnt think anything if it. Got red bumps on my head and went to the doctor and said its barber rash, which is from dirty equipment. Do not recommend at all

My son got a nice hair cut but the wait time was crazy.

The barbers are very slow. Seems like they have no concept of time, talking amongst themselves between customers, literally taking 10-15 minutes between customers. And they complain about how slow their day was. Probably get more clientele if they were faster or if they did a better job at cutting hair...

Been comming here for well over 2 years now. The people there are super friendly, give amazing haircuts, and actually hold conversations while giving the cut. Ive never had a bad or less than perfect experience here and will continue to go there until I leave Colorado

About 4 years ago I tried this Sportsclips. The owner was there (from Texas??) and stalked his customers and stylists, sitting next to me as I got shampooed and cut. He kept asking me questions on if I liked my cut, how the stylist was talking to me, etc. It was very uncomfortable and I swore never to go back. Fast forward to today when I decided to give them another chance. I used the app to get on the list. “Arrive at 9:50” it said. “She’ll be about 10 minutes”. No biggie. At 10:30, no sign of me getting in. Never again. Don’t go here. EVER!

Definitely it go to haircut place in southern Colorado. Always friendly, and the cuts are consistently excellent - and leaving refreshed after a wash and massage is a nice treat occasionally. Only downside is that they are often busy because they are good and inexpensive, so book ahead online or come during low-volume times!

At least they are pretty fast. But haircut sucks

Ive gotten so many positive comments on my hair. Its just been amazing. Even tho its primarily geared towards men dont let that put you off. I had a better experience there then I ever did at most salons.

None of the women who work here can cut hair....None. My husband has gone here 4 different times and every time has had a different stylist. They all have messed up his hair. He asks for a simple medium fade and they always cut too high with no fade, almost looks like a buzz cut. One lady even said mid haircut oops I think messed up. Not really what you want to hear while getting your hair cut. He will no longer be returning and they need to recheck their stylists. They should not be saying they can cut fades when in actuality they cant. Also completely over charged for people who cant do their job. Your husband is better off going to the barracks to get his hair cut where he will get the same cut but for a far cheaper price.

My hairdresser (Shanna) was very knowledgeable patient and really took detail into consideration it’s hard to find a barber out here in CO that pays attention to detail and really treats an uncut head of hair like a fresh canvas and Shanna most certainly lived up to my east coast barber standard. But seeing as to how I always forget the length I get my haircut at which is ridiculous coming from a guy that used to get a haircut once a week. Only mild criticism I have about my haircut is it being about a quarter inch longer on the left side of my cowlick in the front but other then that my hairdresser was on point.But I do also believe I recall her mentioning doing this for styling purposes which i agreed to so it was not so much an error as it was a creative suggestion. 👍

It looks like new management is bringing in some great talent. As a New Yorker, it’s pretty hard to find a barber that can do a great fade near base. Tracy teleported me back into a barbers chair in Queens, NY with her attention to detail, speed and hospitality. Thanks for a great haircut and an awesome fade.

Signed in and time said 40 mins. waited over an hr. Once I was called upon another gentlemen proceeded to complain that his name kept being removed and he had been waiting for over 2 hrs. So I sat back down as she took him. I was ok with that. If my math is not correct I was next. Yet 2 more men were taken and I brought to the ladys attention and she proceeds to tell me that it goes by the list which had me waiting another 30 mins Use to like this place but these ladies clearly arent professional.

Hands down the worst experience Ive ever had getting my hair cut. Ive been to this location several times prior and was always satisfied. Today the worst stylist, she pretty much had no clue how to interpret the notes on my account which resulted in her pretty much shaving my head one length, which is in no way what I wanted. I have a meeting coming up which Im now dreading because of how terrible my hair looks. Safe to say I wont ever come back to that location or any sports clips for that matter.Thanks for hiring qualified stylists, I appreciate it.

Good haircut no doubt, so I came back a 2nd time. checked in online and it stated 101 minutes... no prob. Received a SMS text later saying my checkin was pushed to 130 minutes... no prob. Show up 15 min early, watching minutes tick off to a 10 min wait on the scoreboard then it jumped to 22 min. Long wait was due to a veterans day special which probaly quadrupled foot traffic, I dunno. Additional time added to wait are the adding options everyone is told and take advantage of. Just a heads up on how things work here

Overcharged me and I didnt even realize. Charged me $5 for a beard trim, yet never touched my beard. Only noticed when I got my emailed receipt. Cant believe I tipped that thief.

Finally a haircut location that understands what i want as haircut without me having to tell them.. very friendly staff, great location and dont get me started on the mvp treatment. Furthermore, even though a child was freaking out because it was his first hair cut ever everyone who was available made him feel safe and secure. Would definitely recommend to friends and family

Organized hair cut was ok

I brought my six year-old here for a simple haircut. Some new stylist (Gennell) became visibly and audibly irritated that my son wouldnt tell her how old he was when asked. Her tone and irritation were inappropriate to display towards a Kindergartner. I dont recommend anyone bringing their children to this place for a haircut. The previous staff seemed happy to be there, but some of these new ones do not. Very disappointing.

Must be expensive. Prices not listed and they will put you on hold then hang up on you. I understand the reviews now in such a quick instant.

Normally have a good experience but my stylist Tasha didnt seem to know what she was doing. Didnt cut my hair right as other stylists in the same store had, showed up late to her shift, and just seemed lazy

The staff is friendly and I havent had terrible experiences when I get trims but my husband seems to run into issues whenever he goes in for a cut. His lines/fades are almost always uneven and hes left with a sore scalp on a few occasions

I got a great haircut here for less than 30 bucks and I plan on going back.

I usually never say anything bad about a place but this will be the last time they get my service. It took 3stylists to cut my hair. And the last one pulled my hair to the point it caused tears in my eyes. I am not tenderheaded at all either. There were other two stylists complaining in front of me how long it was taking the 2 stylists to cut my hair. I asked for an inch and a half to be cut and went from having a full pony tail to barely having hair below my ears. I feel like I was being bullied by the last stylists when I mentioned a hard line in my hair. I left crying and feel like for the service I received it was not worth the over 100$ I paid for 3 cuts and even bought product.

Fast easy convenient

With only one person in front of me it took 30min to get to a chair for a hair cut. Worse yet was the smell. When I first walked in the door it smelled like someone had just ripped one. However the scent persisted the entire visit like someone had soiled themselves and continued to work. Hair cut was ok, nothing to write home about. I wont be back.

Literally the worst hair cut Ive gotten in my life. It looks like the type of haircut your mother would give you as a young child. I asked for a medium fade and I got a high and tight with the stylist cutting into the top making it look like a square cut. Never going back to this location again.
