Been here multiple times over the last year and always get a great haircut from whoever the ‘first available’ stylist is- but I have to leave a special mention for Brenda who consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect! Customer service is outstanding!

I take all 3 of my boys here to get haircuts. Everyone is always nice. The wait can be long so being able to check in online is a major bonus!

I’ve been getting my hair cut by Brenda for over a year now. Bless her heart my hair is not easy to work with. She’s an artist at what she does and so patient. The whole team is awesome! The boss Freda is so much fun. Brandi and Brit are hilarious. Definitely a great place to get a haircut and well worth any wait.

Apparently there is no efficacy in booking an appointment ahead of time or even showing up when it recommends you do. Half of the employees were coughing, but none of them were wearing masks so that shows a certain level of respect to customers waiting in the lobby. I dont understand why the employees would rather stand at the check out counter babbling back and forth with people who have already had their hair cut, get them checked out and get your next paying customer in the chair. Its very frustrating and unfortunate when someone works six days a week, has very limited time to get things done, and chooses the one haircut place where efficacy and efficiency is not part of the work ethic.I am fairly disappointed as I typically just go to sports clips to get my haircut but will now likely have to find somewhere that will value my time as well as theirs.I would have simply waited to get my haircut as I was next, but my approx wait time NEVER changed from two minutes the entire time I was there, employees kept bantering back and forth with already serviced customers to the point there was a line beginning to form JUST to pay and leave, and unmasked employees coughing every couple minutes, it just seemed better to leave, I cant end up getting sick and missing work just because a circus car of an experience trying to get a haircut.

Ive gone for months now, and always go to see Brandi. Shes a goddess with a razor and her haircuts are always flawless. I recently started getting my beard trimmed as well and am never disappointed. I even brought my roommate with me once now I have to bring him every time I go as well.In short. This place is legit and Brandi is awesome!

Sportclips and their stylists have consistently done a great job during these pandemic times. You can still schedule online, which is probably perferrable, or you can try a walk in. At this present time you no longer need to wear a mask, as the stylists are not wearing one. However be prudent if you are sick or not fully vacanited to wear a mask.

Brenda is the best barber in America. I am not sure what you are paying her but you need to triple it! Everyone in the store was great, but I will wait hours to get a cut from Brenda!!! Simply the very best ever!

It was my first time going to SportsClips and they made the experience super easy, clean, and efficient. My hairdresser was Yvette and she made the experience 10 times better with her wonderful personality and the great haircut. Yvette definitely made me feel super comfortable and happy to be there. The assistant manager was professional and is a seasoned journeyman when it comes to cutting hair. I was very happy with the end results.

Very poor customer service and time management. Recommended arrival time was at 1:40 and they were still telling me to wait in my car at 2:30.

Everyone was really nice but the hair cut was not good at all. You offer haircuts for all but arent able to cut all hair types. It iwas very disheartening. I was not able to be in the shop with my son because of the Covid-19 precautions but he shared with my that he felt his hair type was difficult for the stylist as they continued to make comments on how curley it was....They were kind to my little guy but he couldnt understand why his hair was difficult and was a little embarrassed. I saw the look on my little guys face so I quickly paid and tipped because its the right thing to do... In closing, I feel that some training on ALL hair types would be beneficial.

***UPDATE***After posting this review, the store owner reached out to me and made it right. Thank you for taking fast, swift action! I will be back.I get my hair cut at Sport every two weeks at different locations across the US, and Ive had my hair cut at this specific location before, by the manager. Everywhere I go I get my sides shaved with the shavers...never, EVER been charged more. When I asked to have the sides shaved, they said it would be an extra $10. I know they have 21 minutes to cut my hair which is why they say it costs more, because of the time. My haircut with the shavers is never longer than 20 minutes.So I called a few other of my regular locations where the answer was no, we will not charge more for the shavers. Its about customer service. This is my worst experience with sports clips, and I will not return to this location. So over a 5 minute shave job, I refused the MVP and couldnt wait to leave there and you lost a customer. The manager at the Austin Bluffs location knows customer service, Ill go there next time.

Been to many Sports Clips, but this one is like no other. Shout out to Yvette who gave me one of the greatest cuts Ive ever had! Would definitely recommend this location for a nice cut and great sports experience.

There was a white blonde haired manager, Brandi was her name, that kicked me back for another customer even though I was next. Making my wait time from 4 mins to 40 mins. She is the only bad thing about this shop and needs to be relieved immediately.

Although the pandemic is still a brewing, you can check in online or walk in and check in, and then wait in your car and they will call you when they are ready for you. Which is a lot more convenient than me attempting to cut my own hairs!!😁

It was my first visit here, and there was a bit of a wait, but the service was excellent, so it was worth it. Gabby was very friendly and really knew her stuff. Gave me a great cut and tips for good style with little effort. Overall great experience!

The ladies at this location handled my hair for 2.5 years--as soon as I heard about them from a radio add, to the last time I got my hair cut before I moved to salt lake city. I never had a bad haircut...in fact, they were all superb! And the conversation never felt awkward like it does in some salons. This place is awesome!

Efficient & friendly!

The staff is friendly enough but like other have said they dont know a high and tight military cut. Also they lie about their wait times. I called and asked about their wait time while I was in the car outside of the shop. They said no wait time. I clarified and asked so I can come in now and sit right down to have my hair cut? The girl said yep. I walked in, and was told it would be about ten min! Are you kidding me? Let me explain how no wait time works. It means I wont wait! 10 min or otherwise. I know it doesnt take a lot of intellectual ability to be a hair tech, but good God know what a wait time is and isnt and dont lie to your customers!

Been growing out the top hair and keeping the sides super short. Today the hair stylist cut half of hair off top and made me sad. Ba k to growing it out. I guess she didnt like what I was trying to do. But, she read my instructions right off my ticket... Keep length on top. Oh, well.

I have been going to Sport Clips for 2.5 years now, in Salt Lake and now Colorado Springs. Both locations have earned my business because of the people. I feel that you can train most to cut hair but it’s the people skills that can’t be taught and it’s what sets this place apart from the competing chains.

You want to go from being a bench warmer to the starting quarterback you go here. They have the best stylist I have ever seen, and I always leave looking great. A good haircut is not fast, and a fast haircut is not good. Also it is the most hair salon place you can go without getting made fun of by your friends. The attention to detail, the cleanliness, and the personalities you meet are second to none. They will even cut my nieces hair!!! Where else can you find this customer service.

Usually excellent service but today...not so much. Checked in online, arrived on time and after 30 minutes I am still waiting. The staff can’t operate the kiosks and are unfamiliar with the program the company uses. All business stopped as the only two stylists attempted to troubleshoot the system. Meanwhile...I’m waiting..still

Wont let yous inside to check in. Online wont let you check in either. And when you call they nust say they are open rather then let you know to check in online. Poor business

It was quite busy, which normally would be fine, but there was only two people working and that that caused issues. Two stylists that are cutting hair, greeting customers, signing people in and answering phones it not enough. If youre going to have only two stylists on the floor, you should have one more there to at least answer the phone and sign customers in. An hour wait at 9:15am is quite silly. Love Sport Clips, just not this location.

The wait was long but the service and the cut were superb so it was worth it. Plus, my team was playing on TV so I was entertained during the wait. If the line is long, that just tells you how great the place is!

I only go here for a great haircut. Granted, I have only requested Monika for a little over a year now because I enjoy the conversation, but for a guys version of a spa day, this place is awesome.

Disappointed. Definitely a different atmosphere when Monika is not here. A loyal MVP customer, I was chastised in front of everyone when my son and I walk in at 4:15, only three people on screen and I am told did you forget to set your clocks ahead and dont leave because we close at 5. Thirty minute wait, and 45 minutes until close. Seriously? First time this upset.

Two years ago I was belitted by one of the employees because I had a busy schedule and wouldnt have time to wait for an hour to get my haircut, as I was leaving one of the employees raised her voice in front of a full lobby and customers getting their hair cut and told me Youre not leaving, youre going to check in and wait! (I left without a cut)Today, I gave them another chance due to my primary place to get my haircut was closed. Brenda was AWESOME!! She cut my hair exactly the way I wanted and this time I was not belitted by the employee. I will continue to come here due to how I was treated y Brensa. Thank you!!

First time there and it was like going to a car lot. The cut was okay and they tried to sell me everything. It was a very scripted experience. The only reason I would go as a first timer is they give you a hot towel wrap and hair wash for free.

Liz is the best and I love going in regularly for my haircut but sadly I hear she is leaving.

We had been waiting for 30min and were blatantly skipped over because the girl didnt want to do a kids haircut. I heard her complain about it in the back then came out and skipped us. After being there 30min our wait time was down to 2min then went back to 18min. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.

To wait an hour and watch the girls flirt and chat instead of trimming hair is ridiculous. Theyre all so chatty and its frustrating that they dont have a good wait list setup. People sign their name, leave and can come back whenever they want and be at the top of the list? Oh yeah just screw the ones that are sitting there waiting. Hate this place. Its frustrating. Never coming back.

I am a female who went in for a trim, just a trim off the bottom, nothing crazy or demanding. This was my second time going in for a trim. The first time I went, it went alright: The woman who cut my hair did nothing but insult how I dont take care of my hair, and just had an attitude with me the whole time (which actually made me start taking better care of my dry hair) but I walked out with a healthy trim so was ultimately satisfied. The second time I went in, I went in with my boyfriend who gets his hair cut there every 2 weeks or so (I get a trim every 6-8 weeks). The girl who cut my hair the first time was there. She refused to cut my hair because I am a woman, and called my boyfriends name to have his hair cut without realizing I was with him, and proceeded to joke about me to the next Guy-Smart barber to call a name (which would be mine). You can imagine how embarrassed and angry I was once I left. I wont be going back to a Sport Clips ever again.
