I have lived at Constitution Square for almost 3 yrs. I absolutely love my apartment, nice floor plan & storage galore! And the location is awesome.The biggest issue is parking.Dont bother paying for a carport because late at night or on weekends theres nothing you can do if someone parks in it. I wish there was a 24 hour tow company we could call.Its a shame too because the apartment is lovely.Nice enough that Ill continue to stay and hopefully I can reassign carports since it seems to be the same annoying family and their friends that park in my spot.

Myself and spouse have inquired on multiple units over five times over the span of several or more days. We have been met with silence even though the site requires you to inquire prior to application or any further actions. We have called multiple times and left multiple emails. If the property management team cannot even simply reply to inquiries then why would I ever want to lease and deal with them? Thanks for showing your true colors!I went to a comparable property not too far away. I imagine a direct competitor.

I lived at Constitution Square Heights apartments for almost a year, from May 2020 through mid-March 2021.My wonderful 1-bedroom Concha apartment was extremely clean when I moved in. I loved the size (especially the kitchen pantry), the storage area, the location, the quiet neighbors, the ample parking. And, I really appreciated the prompt responses from the office (throughout my lease, and with answers to my many questions as I prepared to move out) and the excellent and respectful maintenance team - even during the pandemic.I highly recommend the complex if youre looking for a place in Colorado Springs!

My disabled sister has lived here for 2 years, and Ive lived here for one year, and have had nothing but a wonderful experience! The leasing office staff (Tessa, Courtney and now Jenna and Jackie) are always so friendly and accommodating, and never make me feel like Im bothering them when I have an issue. They have gone above and beyond on MANY occasions. The property, itself, is quiet, clean and safe. Although I will be relocating to another state soon, Ill always have fond memories of Constitution Square.

I have been a resident for almost two years and is sadly moving. The staff has made the move-out process so smooth and easy and has provided me with such wonderful customer service! Thank you so much! My kids and I already miss our cozy place.

We moved in almost 2 years ago, and our time is just about up with the apartment complex due to moving into a house and not because we are unhappy with the property. We have certainly had maintenance issues throughout our time here, but it always got resolved. I admit there have been times that we have been frustrated with the timing of when the service requests are completed, but we get it. They are busy. Constitution Square isnt the only complex they maintain in the Springs. Tessa and Courtney know us by name as well as our dog. Theyre always friendly and accommodating to our needs. We have seen the turnover with management, but we know that Tessa and Courtney do the best that they can with what gets thrown in their paths. The location is prime as it has stores, restaurants, and everything nearby. It has been great living here during our time. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex.

I’ve lived here for a few months and am super happy with my home! I love the manager and assistant and any time I’ve needed something fixed in my home the maintenance staff has taken care of it very quickly. I’d recommend to anyone looking for a place in Colorado Springs.

Very peaceful/quiet. The dog park is right behind the apartments and there is a running trail right by it. Management is nice and approachable/helpful. The apartments are SO spacious. Would recommend especially if you have pets. :)

The girls in the office are awesome very nice and understanding willing to work with you on almost anything. Brandon in maintenance is great showed up quickly and was done working in a very timely manner and very polite. Would defiantly recommend

Most difficult apartment complex to get in touch with. I’ve left several messages with no call back. Attempted to inquire online several times with no response. Even attempted to stop by a few times but the office seems to be closed all the time. I love love love the floor plans that come with this property so I’ve tried to be a bit persistent because I want what is available. I simply wonder if others are having this same issue.

The front office Tessa and Kori are really exceptional. They respond pretty quickly and took care of the billing issues Ive had. They also worked quick when we needed a garage and to add someone to our lease. AC/heat in the apartments is really great. Our apartment had issues with the doors when we moved in, someone punched holes in all of them previously so we had to have maintenance out to repair them. The last time it really snowed maintenance was out shoveling the sidewalks so people wouldnt slip - at night, way past hours.This is a pet friendly complex, and it is in your lease that you must pick up after your pets. This is a tenant problem, not maintenance who has to do what tenants are not. I dont mind that rent is due on the 1st, if you live paycheck to paycheck this will be hard but you are given a statement a week in advance and have access to your statement online to view. They also bill your water here, so thats one less thing for utilities to complain about.

The property manager Tessa is amazing and have gone above and beyond for us every step of the way. The assistant manager Courtney is the best! I would highly recommend this complex.

I have been trying to get an apartment here for almost 2 months now. Ive gone into the office and got a tour, but I couldnt sign up for an apartment because they were under new management and they were all new and had literally 0 idea bout prices, deposits, income requirements, or anything else for that matter. I gave them my information and they said they would call me in a week to let me know availability and pricing. A week and a half goes by and no phone call. I called them and of course they dont answer so I leave a voicemail with my information and another week goes by, still no answer. I have called twice a week now, for 5 weeks, leaving a voicemail EVERY TIME. They dont answer, obviously. And they clearly make ZERO effort to call anyone back. I ended up getting an apartment elsewhere for a bit more money but at this point, if this is how this apartment management is handled I wouldnt want to live here anyways. Extremely unprofessional, lazy staff working here. Its 4 women all in the office, and not one can call me back? I guarantee they will post a reply to this review saying they are sorry and to call (insert number here). However, you can bet money they wont answer that phone either. I truly want to know what is going through the heads of these women when they just listen to my voicemail twice a week with no regard to return my call.

My husband and I have lived here since we were married in 2015. We have always had a positive experience when speaking with the staff! I would highly recommend this complex to anyone who is moving out on their own for the first time. Its very close to the First and Main Shopping area, park, and a running trail!

I’ve been here almost 2 years. The parking here is the absolute worse if you have kids or groceries it’s just terrible. They have garages that are empty and the ones that aren’t mostly just have people’s boxes in them that they are using as a storage unit I’ve seen people/kids going in them drinking and smoking. I wish they would just tear them down and have regular parking since there are such few open spaces. I’ve seen maintenance men parking their personal vehicles and their golf cart in spots by the mail boxes and I had to park farther away with my kids. The newest maintenance man the bald one with tattoos on his calves smokes while he’s walking through the complex and I’ve seen him smoking on the balcony of apartments he’s fixing I think it’s just unprofessional. The apartments are outdated cabinets etc there were ALOT of things the maintenance just didn’t care to fix well or at all before we moved in that they had to have noticed but just didnt care and it wasn’t cleaned very well either. As for positive things the apartments are very spacious the location is great for us the grounds are for the most part kept up. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment is one of the best things. Now if they could just fix the parking and take better care of the apartments it would be 5stars. UPDATE they never answer their phones or call back. Why do they even say to call their office if they never answer I will leave a more detailed review of the apartments and my experience when we move out.

Ive lived here since March and have had the best expierence. There is excellent and friendly management that is always willing to help. Any minor maintenance issue I have is taken care of or talked about the same day. Apartment was in amazing condition when I moved in. New carpets and super clean. Also a very quiet environment and I feel safe. 10/10! Another plus is the location, very minimum traffic. If youre a single person or even have a family, its a highly recommended complex.

They are owned by a larger company and therefore are not willing to work with you on anything. Additionally, they had a short window to pay rent. That being said, if you stay within the rules you will have no problems. Also they were honest and fair in the final walkthrough, something you dont see very often with corporate complexes.

I will be so sad to say goodbye! The new management have been absolutely amazing! With every transition there are always growing pains but Lindy and her staff have been absolutely incredible! My only regret is I wont be here to enjoy the brand new pool.

Super spacious apartment plans and great neighborhood. Love this place!Update: after living here for over a year this place is definitely not worth the rent after it being raised. Maintenance never truly fixed out dryer which had an obnoxiously loud squeaking problem nor did they fix our dishwasher racks which were broken when we moved in. When moving out office claimed we revoked our 60 day notice in January when we clearly went in just for that reason in January to sign the papers so they said it gave them right to charge us 1800 just to move out for not giving our 60 day notice despite it having been done. While moving out we took about 2 weeks since we paid all of the month because of how they charged us and when we came back for the rest of our stuff when maintenance had gone in to check our fire alarms, things went missing. We left game consoles and lamps and small things behind after the first trip of moving out inclouding three guitars which cost 2grand all together. Now they are all gone and maintenance are the only other people allowed in since we still have the keys. Somehow the doorknob went missing to the closets as well. This apartment company is a cheat and a joke ever since it was taken over I miss the old office crew. Im extremely displeased and unhappy about the entire move out process with them. If youre looking to temporarily stay somewhere then this is definitely not the place. Oh, and expect to have noisy upstairs neighbors and cops come through here often. Its not necessarily that the people who live here are to be wary of, theyre actually quite nice and respectful, its just the area and cops always patrol around. Also if you ever call the office and you leave a message for them dont ever expect a callback because they never will call you back they have yet anything to say about our stolen property.

Living here currently and I must say that the new management that has taken over has made this place a living hell! Currently looking for a new place that I can call home and be treated like a resident. Staff is beyond rude and racist. The manager will not remember your name and refer to you as someone else even after you have corrected her 4 times. They will collect packages for you but not let you know that they have them in the office until 3 months later. I could continue to go on or just end with saying moving here would be a terrible idea.

I was hesitant to apply here after reading the reviews and have been pleasantly suprised from every angle. I have done alot of market research after 2 years of bieng constantly dissapointed by the high end luxury complexes. The staff has been professional and attentive and made the move in process seamless and easy. After move in found a few minor things that needed addressed and maintenance was dispatched immediately and did the repairs quickly and professionally. Staff is great, parking is great, it quite and you get way more unit for your money here than the high end places. This place may be the best kept secret in the springs.

The availability on your website is incorrect and needs to be updated so customers know that you do or dont have something before wasting their time

New management is terrible. Trash is constantly over flowing, and dog poop litters the complex. Staff is a fake friendly, and they up charge everything. The complex is occupied by very low quality people and police visits are almost daily. Loud area, and felt unsafe. My children refused to play outside as they were afraid of the other tenants and stepping in dog poo. Very low class apartment complex.

This is one of the worst places Ive lived. Was there from 2015-2017. They were unresponsive to matience requests and they flooded my toilet, carpet and refused to clean it. (The guy used my towels, then left them on the floor) they also removed my stairs during my move out, making it literally impossible to move out on time. I wouldnt recommend.

Seeing from the recent reviews at least i know we werent the only ones. We went in and did the application and put down our deposit and was even told our move in date and was told they would call us to set up a date to get out keys. Well it got close to the move in date and we still hadnt heard anything so we called the office and no answer so we left a message..that went on for several weeks..and then past our move in date. So we went in and were told that new management took over and that we actually arent even approved for the apartment and that none of the paperwork that we were suppose to fill out was filled out...which we actually sat in office and did it before we were told our move in date! Then we were told theyd refund us the deposit and that we should expect it in the mail within 14 business days. Well 2 and a half weeks go by and i called them again no surprise they didnt answer. Finally got ahold of them and spoke with Linda, i think her name is, the manager. And was told well you should have gotten it, did you check your mail? Are you sure you didnt get it? She said shed find out where it was and call me back. Got a call back a week later and they sent it to the wrong address! I finally got it back about a month and a half after they said theyd refund it to me! After all the runaround we got and the b.s. im kinda glad we didnt move in. The management seemed so clueless and lazy!

Had put a deposit down on an apartment then got orders and couldnt move in. I called to get my deposit back and they refused. NOT military friendly.

DOG POOP & TRASH EVERYWHERE....Ive lived here almost two years and the new owners/management are DISGUSTING. All of the grass on the property is dead from dog urine and you cant take your pet out without stepping in dog poop.On top of that, they made a new rule stating that your rent is DUE on the 1st with NO grace period.Save your sanity and shoes by NOT MOVING HERE
