I have just reached the halfway point of my lease and would recommend this apartment complex! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, they even have a convenient text option if you don’t have time to stop in. The pool + hot tub are great and I love the security of the gates. I will echo someone’s previous complaint about thin floors, I have had an issue with very noisy neighbors above but the staff has been very attentive and sympathetic in the matter and are making my transfer to a two bedroom much easier for the trouble! A quality complex with great amenities.

My wife and I moved into the Elements when we first got married, 3 years ago. We have loved living here. The staff is amazing, and so so friendly! The only reason we are moving out is because we are buying a home, or else we would not want to live in any other apartment complex. The pricing is great for the location and amenities, and if any questions or issues have arisen, the staff has gotten things fixed promptly. We have been very thankful to call the Elements our home for the past 3 years!

I am a dog person but i can hear my neighbors dogs constantly. like 24 hours a day whining, barking and howling. also the floors and walls are paper thin so be ready to hear word for word arguments and xbox live matches from the college aged boys who live here. other than that the gate is actually safe and closed which is kind of a rarity in colorado springs and the parking lot is good. i like living here but will probably find somewhere with more adequate privacy.

Before moving into this place, make sure to consider how paper-thin the floors are. Ive been a resident here for awhile, and I can practically hear everything that my upstairs neighbors are doing on a daily basis. I can even hear their conversations, kids crying, etc (even with my downstairs neighbors). The floors creak a lot as well, and if you dont take that into consideration then you may be in for a rude awakening. The noise gets so bad sometimes that it startles me and I cant focus when Im working (I work from home). The buildings were not built very well, the appliances are cheap Chinese products that seem to shake the entire building and make a cacophonous noise that sounds awful; they have to be replaced every couple years or so. The complex compensated for this by having extremely responsive maintenance personnel, but even thats not enough.When considering a place at the Elements, make sure to take all these things into consideration before signing the dotted line, because all of these things have proven to be quite the nuisance for me, and may be a nuisance for you, too.

I highly recommend Elements at Briargate Apartments. The staff and management personnel are very respectful and helpful. The apartments are very nice and so are the tenants. Living there has been the best experience out of all the apartments I have lived in so far. A big thanks to the staff and management!! I wish I could stay!

Been living here for about a month and I love it here. Feel very safe here, good security, the grounds are well kept, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The staff is very friendly. The apartments are very nice inside excluding the cheap carpet. What frustrates me is the pool is indefinitely closed. That was one of the perks I looked forward to when I moved in here a couple months ago. They said it would be open soon. But “soon” turned into “closed for the year” because of covid supposedly, but many other apartments in town have opened the pools and made sure that the public areas would be cleaned daily. I don’t see why Elements at Briargate refuses to hire someone to make sure the pool area is safe. Frustrating.

Office staff is really nice and always there. Doug on the maintenance team is professional and reliable!! Definitely recommend living here!

I’m coming up on 2 years of living here and have never experienced any issues. The staff is making, the apartments are beautiful and the convenience of the location is the cherry on top.

I have lived here for 2 years & 2 months. We will most likely be moving out at the end of our lease because we want to rent a home. The first lease.. I didn’t know they offered a preferred employer discount. After finding that out at our lease renewal I asked for it to be applied. I have had to call EVERY SINGLE MONTH for them to adjust the discount even after signing a new lease with the discounted rate. VERY VERY annoying. This has been since end of March. The ground is kept nice & our apartment is comfy. But the price is a bit high & I don’t like that we have to pay even for the uncovered parking.

Applying for the apartment was easy & FAST! Elaine helped me through the entire process! The amenities are cool, staff is awesome. Love the fact they have elevators and carts to put your things in instead of carrying them! My apartment was super clean and I haven’t had any issues. Only downfall living here is the parking! Reminds me of college when you have to get a visitor pass for someone to stay overnight. They close at 6 & if the passes are full then you’re out of luck and car will be towed! Then having to keep track of it so the visitor don’t leave without it. So if you have family and friends that like to visit often then you may want to consider the parking! I think it’ll be easier if you just let visitors do first come first serve instead & ONLY tow visitors that’s parked in ASSIGNED parking!!

I went on a tour today with Hayley she showed me a 1 bedroom. She made my decision about the apartments very easy. The property is very clean and kept up with. I look forward to living here in August! The staff is amazing and very helpful

My wife and I lived at Elements for about 1 year. Its an amazing community with top notch apartment homes and amenities that are well cared for (pool, gym, computers). The office staff are definitely the best Ive every worked with. The maintenance team is quick yet efficient. If you want to live in a luxury apartment with an amazing community, Elements is your place.

There are many things that go into a review of an apartment complex. There is everything from the monthly costs to your experience with loud neighbors. I am writing my review to cover the entire experience. All was good and issues or concerns that related to our circumstances were addressed. We loved the location and the coffee machine in the business center! We signed a 1 year lease and we were able to break the lease (and pay the agreed penalty) when we found a home to buy in the area. The lease cancellation costs were reasonable (compared to others in The Springs) and the costs were exactly as described in the lease. If you are unsure about these costs - then re-read the lease! Overall our experience was good and it was a great short-term apartment for us and our scenario.

Such a great place to live with spacious apartments and kind people. And it’s close to so much. We also feel safe with the gates. The view would be amazing if there wasn’t a building in front of the apartments blocking the mountains but than again the price would go up. Only down sides is there is some extremely rude people who live here (which I know the apartment complex can’t do much about except talk to them), the cover spots are small so they don’t work with trucks with extended beds. And I’m not sure what’s going on with our upstairs neighbors but we hear everything (and I mean everything) and I’m pretty sure the are vampires since they like to clean from 1Am to 4am ish.The management and office staff have been amazing with resolving so much and they always seem ready to help you out in any way they can. Maintenance is also pretty quick to respond and always explain what is the issue and why something happened.This place is perfect, just wish they had a doggy running area (and bathing area) and a park for kids.

I love living at Elements! It has amazing Mountain View’s and great staff. I love being able to walk to the shops at Briargate! The location to I25 super convenient.

I lived here for one year before moving out of state, and couldn’t have been happier. The staff was amazing! They were always friendly and very helpful. I had a couple of minor problems, and Tony (the maintenance manager) and his crew were on it and took care of them right away.The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 are some problems I hope they can fix. The gate was an ongoing problem. There were many times it just didn’t work. With limited on-site parking and no street parking, that was a problem at times. The mail was a bigger problem. The post office was always sending my mail to other apartments, and I was constantly getting mail for other apartments as well. I had several packages just disappear all together. The complex said it was a mail carrier problem, but the post office swears it was the complex’s fault. Either way, that was a mess. And because the complex is fairly new, many delivery places said the address didn’t exist. The only other thing was the “add-ons”. Everything from Mountain View’s, to covered parking, was added to the monthly rent. However, that may just be typical for CO SPGS apartments, unfortunately. That said, if they get those things fixed, it will be a 5-star residence for sure.

HIGHLY recommend, from the staff, to maintenance, to the units. Only thing I disliked was the gym, so if youre a gym person be prepared to get a membership but the lack of quality in gym is completely made up for with everything else that comes with the apartment.

Great place to live. My girl and I moved in last June and love it. All the staff are top notch professionals. Elaine, Bridget, Michael and will miss Craig even though you moved to another property. This team goes above and beyond for the residents. Big D the builder has done a lot of sloppy work on apartments but not staff fault. All alliances are new and top of the line. Our elevator is awesome. Walls are very quiet. Covered parking is poorly designed, can not get out of your car because of pole for roof. Still really like living here.

Customer service has been top notch. We were rushing to find a place and they were great to follow up with us and keep us updated during the application process. Weve just moved in but are liking the place so far!

Complex does not provide an itemized receipt upon return of your safety deposit. I made sure the apartment was spotless and was even thanked for vacuuming the carpets prior to my exit walkthrough, despite their mandatory carpet cleaning fee. We found no damage and signed off.Ended up receiving less than half of my deposit back.

Extremely pleased with the level service over the last few months. Doug and staff have been doing great and care about the residents.

Everything is perfect and very friendly staff.but the pool is not heated. My kids always swimming at cold water. One of staff said heater machine is not working.

Great apartments. Gym/pool/jacuzzi is great and almost always empty. Apartments are nice and ours had a great view. Immediate area is shops/buisnesses so its quiet at night. Staff is very friendly and mainteance requests were taken care of next day.

Apartments are nice but for the monthly rate, its high. Parking lot monitor will threaten to tow vehicles for things out of their jurisdiction. Had maintenance come to my apartment without a notice. Upon move out dont expect to get your deposit back, was told to just make the apartment look clean because a professional cleaning was going to be done once I left. Upon receiving my final statement back I was charged for extremely petty things, and things that werent even present. Staff is friendly though.

Prices are too high. They charge you extra for parking. Visitors must pay as well if they stay overnight or they will tow their car. The visitor parking is also very limited and the few spots available are normally blocked by landscape contractors or movers. The number pad for the gate works half of the time, the gates are suuuper slow to open...The staff is very nice though!

Asides from a parking hiccup I’ve been really pleased overall. My apartment is great. I don’t hear any of my neighbors. And the office staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hot tub slash pool open 24.7, which is great if youre like age 18 to i dont have a job age.... But a apartment by this end of things is some pure bullsh** when u have a job due to the party being nonstop in this area...

Our daughter lives here Chama and it is a very beautiful very clean complex.

Big prices cell phone service is bad some of their maintenance is not really great I would not live there for the price they charge for what they get
