The apartments are huge and beautiful. Everything here is so clean and maintained well. It is so quiet here you will forget people live here. If there is an emergency they are very quick to fix it. I couldn’t imagine living in better apartments.

Reyna is really nice and do her very best to make residents happy. We have leased here twice both times we were out of state and Reyna made it a smooth process. As far as apartments, they are old and not insulated. They try to make it look nice with painting and updates but it’s an old building. The outside is run down. There is no curb appeal. I would rent elsewhere if you like nice living space.

Reyna and the staff here at Ironwood are true professionals at hospitality!! After a few bad experiences at other complexes in the city weve finally found a place that is Home. As a Colorado Springs native I highly recommend giving this place a first look because the services we have received have been far above board. Cant say enough great things about the care Reyna has taken to make our transition smooth, five star management!

Just a terrible experience with this group of professionals They will try to get all the money possible out of you and never fix a thing. There are so many better places out in the Springs for a better price and better experience. Maintenance here is the biggest joke, these men will try to run you down with a golf cart and cuss at you for not moving. I have been here two years and have seen over 15 different employees come in and out. Never leave them alone in your apartment either. Hope this helps, FIND A BETTER PLACE, I did without a problem

We lived in these apartments for about 3 1/2 years, loved it. Had to move because of my husbands health, he went to a nursing home. We would have never moved from there. The staff was awesome and always fixed things in a timely manner. Im moving in with with my daughter and this is going to be the first place we look.

After being here for about 2 months (out of a year lease) I am SO happy we chose this place! Management was recently bought and redone so weve only had wonderful experiences with them.Rent, utilities, and any bills related to the apartment complex are all easily paid online. There is an AWESOME trail to palmer park in the back yard! We love it and its pet friendly for our 2 furry babies. The ONLY downside here is that the parking only guarantees you 1 spot under a carport (roof). Each unit can have 2 cars. But the second car is a first-come-first-serve on spots and it can be a pain.I would recommend it to a friend!!

Worst apartment complex Ive ever lived. Nicole, the property manager, was impossible to get a hold of and never returned your call in a timely fashion. I lived at Cheyenne Crest apartments for almost 5 years with a cat and when I moved out I clean the place top to bottom and left on good terms with them. I didnt even live in Ironwood for an entire year and when I left, they charged me $500 in damages. I left the apartment cleaner then I got it. The reason I moved out was because Im having a child and I was able to buy a house while the interest rates were low. I took very good care of that apartment. Renters beware. They need to enter your apartment more than anywhere Ive ever seen, they waste water with there sprinkler systems, which is a shared bill with the community, and the list goes on. The worst experience Ive ever had with an apartment complex. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. I give it a negative 5 star rating.

Amenities are great, up to date fitness center/buisness center in another room, theres even a trail to go hiking, jogging, or just for a walk in the park. Pet friendly property also. The staff is wonderful and I would recommend anyone who wants stay here to please do. Cant wait for the pool to open. That would be the icing on the cake.

Trying to break my lease to move on base. Went in to the main office and told the girl in the front that I was trying to do that. The property manager started yelling at me from the back room and said that the only way I can move out is if I PCS or go TDY for more that 90 days. My contract fully states that this is not the case you just have to pay a fee. Yelled at me for about 5 minutes saying that I cant move out unless I fall under those conditions. Multiple back and forths about how that is not the case according to my lease. Finally instead of yelling at me form her little window she said that the only other way I can move out is to break my lease. Which is the first thing I said when I walked in. Not the first time this woman has been rude to myself or my husband. Maybe they need to look into better management. I would give this place 4 stars because it wasnt bad at all, but the property manager is the worst. Telling me that she has been a property manager since 2003 and she knows all this and that I cant break my lease. I dont care about how you have spent the last 15 years of your life. Maybe instead of picking a fight with me the second I walk in, you should have taken the time to ask what I said and get clarification.

My wife and I moved for my work last year. When we needed to move back, we looked at several other apartment complexes and townhouses all over town and in Falcon, but couldnt find what we were looking for at a price we could afford. So, we came back to Ironwood at Palmer Park, and it was everything we remembered and were looking for. Nice and bright apartments with very usable space, fireplace, washer and dryer already in unit, and close to our preferred grocery store, Palmer Park for fun and exercise, our church, mechanic, exercise facility with locked access on site and several others near by, easy directions for family to find us when they come from out of town... and many other reasons! The staff is friendly and remember you by name and unit! I wish I hadnt wasted my time looking for another place to live because Ironwood at Palmer Park has it all.

Rented from 2012 to 2013...very large apartments. You wont find a larger apartment without paying $100+. Staff changes frequently which is a pain. Gym n pool recently built n roofs redone on all units. Dont be fooled by pics on website they are of the office which was just redone. Overall great place to live in a good location.

These apartments are very over priced for what you get. They only offer you one guaranteed parking spot, so if you get off work late you have to park in a completely different parking lot and walk over. The office staff is absolutely awful. They never call or give proper information that is needed. The appliances they provide do not work. Overall they deserve a -10 star rating, but Google only allows 1 at the lowest. $1350 a month for a 2 bedroom that doesnt even have working appliances, doesnt have a hot tub/sauna, the gym is very small with minimal equipment, and staff that doesnt even do their jobs and are very rude and disrespectful. I have never counted down the days until my lease was up anywhere else.

I would just like to give anyone a heads up that wants to rent here or who maybe looking to move out. We paid our rent on time the entire time we live here, and actually liked living here but we had another baby on the way and needed space. Well anyway we moved out in June.... turned everything in and then in September we received a collection notice out of the blue for repairs..... no phone calls, no bill letting us know what was wrong with the apartment.... just a collection notice with interest added on to it. So if you want to move here be prepared for them to mess up your credit, even if you always pay everything, give a forwarding address and everything. I called the office and was told I would be called back with in half an hour and didnt get a call. PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE.

This USED to be a nice place to live until the chain smokers moved into the apartment below us and the inconsiderate people behind us started bumping base until all hours of the night. Management has done absolutely nothing to take care of the situation. I wish I never renewed my lease. It pisses me off that I am paying almost $1400 a month and cant even relax in my own home. As a person with asthma the second hand smoke is killing me. I have had non stop breathing issues since the end of March. Still waiting for our air conditioner unit to be fixed.

The wifi in the clubhouse hasnt worked for weeks, They told us they set up an appointment with the internet company but its been a few weeks since they supposedly did that. Both of the computers are using a different wifi. The management here sucks. They are rude and definitely bias. They will charge you for damages AND keep your deposit. And the apartments are so cheap inside its really hard not to break something on accident. The stove brand they have here in the older apartments has been recalled for being flammable and my 2 day old milk was chunky because the fridges here arent cold enough. The parking is the worst there is only one assigned parking spot so if you have a roommate or someone is in your spot, you have to park in a completely different parking lot. During the holidays or any big weekend, you have to park in a small business parking lot thats down the street because theres ZERO parking. If you want to pay 1,200 to live in a cheap apartment with cheap features and really rude management, This is the place for you!

Just want to start this review off by saying that im not exaggerating this at all. Im not being petty. Im just telling the truth after I moved out of this place in 2017. I dont recommend this place at all. Horrible service. They had no problem with the fact that we had some nasty neighbors who infested our apartment with mice, roaches, and spiders that were coming through holes in the cabinets. Keep in mind that we clean about every 3 days or so. We were scheduling pest control so often that we were practically on a first name basis with the pest control guys who came to our place after having roaches crawl on them next door. I have had to take my spouse to the ER for a black widow bite after they told us that it wouldnt be a problem anymore. At one point they believed that we didnt really have mice until we borrowed a trap from them and showed the mousw moving in trap. The thing that was really lovely is that we noticed that there was a water leak in the wall of our guest bathroom that had swelled a portion of the wall and caused a hole the size of a quarter. So like any good parent would do, we wanted them to check for black mold. I called and went to office everyday for 3 weeks straight and heard lie after lie after lie after LIE from the property manager when she wasnt avoiding my calls. Please dont move there and support their nonsense.
