Ross was the best salesman I have ever had. He took the time to talk to me about what I need in a work truck and laid out the options. I put a deposit down on a truck that is waiting at the factory due to shortages and Ross kept me updated throughout the whole process. After a month of waiting Ross gave me a call and said that a vehicle just arrived that is similar to the one I had on order. I would have never thought that a salesman at the worlds largest GMC dealership would remember what I need and call me as soon as one became available. A big dealership with the same friendly and thoughtful feeling you would find in your hometown. I will be back. I had the best experience when buying from Laura Buick GMC with the help of Justin Schaeffer! I had been searching around the clock to find a MINI Cooper convertible with all of the bells and whistles I had my heart set on, when I came across this dealerships website. I live in Arkansas and after speaking to Justin and the team at Laura Buick GMC, we had solidified a deal over the phone and I drove 7 hours the next morning to pick it up. Once we were there, we had a smooth buying and trade in experience. Justin was prompt, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The deal we had made over the phone was exactly what was offered once we arrived, and to add to the experience the finance manager, Carri, had found an even better deal on my car allowing me to leave even happier! The MINI Cooper was exactly as advertised and I drove off the lot with my new convertible within the hour. It was a long process with cars being so unavailable but Steve stuck with us the whole time. Called us every week even if he didn’t have any updates he just wanted to check in. When the car that we originally wanted could not be ordered Steve found us another one and reserved it for us. Great customer service by the whole team. Thank you we love our new vehicle.

Laura Buick GMC is a great place to buy a car. The sale aren’t pushy and very friendly. They don’t Hoover over you. We got the keys to the car we were looking at as soon as we got there. There was a small scratch on the front end of the truck, but the manager said they would fix the scratch free of charge. The prices at Laura can’t be beat. Dave in financial will work for you and never stop.Ross our sales guy… Joker with no effort and was pushing us to leave so he could go out after. The truck (2019 f250) smelled like smoke and when asked how to clear it up. Just YouTube it, or something… Then has the nerve to hand me the temp tag with scotch tape. On the way home it gets blown away in the wind. Wants $151 dollars for a new one… Definitely don’t have Ross help… Ross get some help from Dave you definitely need it…

I had an appointment for an oil change on 7-29-2021. I received plenty of reminders about my appointment, which was helpful.My service advisor was Kyle Carrrico. After checking in, I visited with Kyle who explained additional GM recommended service. He didnt try to sell me a thing, he gave me the option to accept or schedule for another time. I accepted the recommended service, but it was not customer requested as shown on my invoice. I wouldnt have known about the additional recommended service, namely engine/compression performance service and change cabin filter, had this not been explained it to me.I was quoted a price and my bill was about $20 over that. The price was in the ballpark so no issue there. I was told my wait could be close to two hours, but it was much less. I arrived at my scheduled time, 10 a.m., and was back on the road by 11:15.The service process was smooth and professional from check-in to departure. Its what I expected from Laura Buick GMC because Ive never been disappointed when working with the dealership. Every new car Ive purchased for nearly 40 years has been from this family.

Laura did a decent job overall. Rachel was outstanding in service. Alex did well also. Overall it would have been 5 stars if my car that sat on your lot for over a month would have been cleaned upon pick up. Waiting over 2 weeks for a courtesy car also wasn’t pleasant. I bought a rather expensive truck and received buy here pay here service. Not bad as I said. I just expected a bit more is all. GMC’s warranty response to a major engine issue is pathetic. This was my 1st GMC purchase and I’m not impressed!

Chris Foerstel was my salesperson, fantastic guy! First of all the pricing is better than anything I could find anywhere near me which is why I drove 7 hours to this dealership to purchase a vehicle. Just as importantly their communications are quick and accurate. When they were busy I still got a response that they would get back to me but were currently engaged with other business. The sales portion of my experience was very easy, no pushy tactics just straight up facts and help where I needed it. The finance person was easy to talk with and when I requested ahead of time some of the documents I needed to finalize a decision on additional items was provided to me. Their fees were disclosed ahead of time so I wasnt surprised when I got to look at the balance sheet. Due to Covid-19 restrictions the only thing I missed was the sales person going over the options in the vehicle for set up post sale. I completely understand that they cant and in this case I was coming from another GM product so most things were already known to me other than features/options that were not on my previous vehicle. This would be much more difficult for a person not as familiar with their product lines. I would definitely recommend this dealership in your search when you compare.
The purchase of this truck was, by far the best experience Ive ever had buying a vehicle. Danny Griffiths definitely went the extra mile to insure that the dealership had the truck I wanted before I made the 4 hour trip to get it. We were in and on our way in a fraction of the time that it normally takes to purchase a vehicle. David Sanders had the paperwork ready and was an extremely professional and likeable guy. An all around great dealership and I would highly recommend calling Danny if you are looking for a new vehicle.Another note: The car wash was down while we were there so it had to be hand washed. Danny was outside with a shammy detailing the truck while we were finishing the paperwork.

We arrived the next day to find it sitting there freshly detailed and ready to go. The process was as painless as it could possibly be. I drove 5 hours one way to purchase a truck. When I arrived, there was a very visible crack in the windshield and the vehicle only came with one key. I have had experience with having to purchase a second key for another vehicle of mine and it was relatively expensive. The dealer was willing to fix the windshield if I brought the truck back when there guy was there but was not willing to provide me with another key. After some conversations they said I could get the crack fixed where I lived and send them the bill. The manager, who seemed to be bothered by us asking for something, said he would get fired for giving us a $300+ key! I paid cash for this vehicle and did not negotiate on the price. We simply wanted what we thought would be fair. I understand that used vehicles are at a premium right now but these guys did not really care about making sure a customer was happy. What I was trying to ask for was less then 1% of the total transaction. I still bought the vehicle because all in all, it was still a very nice truck but I feel that they showed bad form. I feel, from their demeanor, they knew they had me and simply did not care about whether I walked away or not. It was basically take it or leave it. It really was not a good experience for me. I will have a hard time going back.

Bought a used vehicle here. Staff doubted me greatly, they wanted to run me around. Asked to have carpet cleaned and looked over they didn’t touch it. The price paid for the vehicle, I expected a better experience and better service. They don’t look into getting everything the way you would like it. It is what it is I suppose.

I purchased my second vehicle from Laura Buick GMC. I really enjoy the heres the price approach as opposed to trying to negotiate an exaggerated asking price. There is no doubt I received an exceptional deal on my new car. Additionally, there is no doubt I received a very fair price on my trade. My wife and I have absolutely no complaints. Lastly, I had an issue with my truck purchased at Laura Buick GMC in 2019 (used truck with extended warrant). I highly suspected the issue would not be covered under the warranty. Regardless, I scheduled an appointment to confirm. To my surprise, Laura covered all costs. There are pros and cons to any business. However, I can honestly say I have not a single complaint pertaining to the service provided by Laura Buick GMC. We will be back!

We arrived a few minutes early for our oil change. While we waited for the service guy to see us after we had a number, 4-6 employees, appearing to have nothing to do, were standing around. After 15 minutes, we were finally asked to verify why we were there. It certainly seemed that we were not a priority. The rest of our service was quite satisfactory.

I choose this dealership because its close to my home and Ive heard good things about it. I took my 21 GMC Acadia in for an oil and filter change. While waiting the service advisor notified me that there was a recall for the radio software and they were taking care of it at the same time. The wait wasnt bad around 2hrs and I was on my way. I’ve always had a great experience at our GMC dealership. Brought my Acadia in for a service check this week. David was excellent he made me feel right at home! He gave me frequent updates while I was waiting. I enjoyed the corner which was quiet for me to work compared with the waiting room. Snacks and coffee were also a plus!

I went to another dealership and even had a appointment with a salesman named Pete. I stood inside their main floor for 30 minutes and kept getting the run around and never even met this “Pete” guy. My experience with Laura Buick service department was great. I can’t honestly give 5 stars because no one is perfect so a 4.5 star rating is more accurate. Everyone I spoke to were very courteous. The customer waiting area was very comfortable. The only thing I wish they would do is review what service is getting close to being due e.g. differentials, air filter, cabin filter etc. other than that I’m pleased with my experience with Laura Buick and i will be back again.
Another purchase from Laura that went as smooth as possible. So nice not dealing with the standard car dealer run around you get everywhere else. Great pricing, great trade in pricing. Well worth the 5 hour trip each way for us to come see Ross C.

Service at the dealership was courteous and knowledgeable. People friendly. I did have to follow up multiple times, after not being called back the first time I called. I was finally contacted after I went online and went through the prompts for Lauras to text me. Inside of truck was gross and filthy. I was told I couldnt pick the truck up on a Saturday due to is being detailed, however when I got it on Tuesday it was so dirty it took me 2 hours to clean it out. For someone with a trade in, paying cash, and driving 5 hours I expected more.
I highly recommend this dealership for any automotive requests. Customer for more than 22 years, purchase and service. Had a excellent experience at Laura Buick. Process was very smooth and easy. Mr. Rogers did an excellent job I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car. They go the extra mile Through the whole process. Would recommend them to anyone.
Had a leaking valve stem on my classic car. They were able to get me in pretty quick and get me back on the road. Even had a tech that knew older cars and how my odd wheels are installed. Only complaint was the price. $40 per wheel to have valve stems replaced is about double of what any other place would have cost.
I believe they went out of their way to get me a good deal and a good rate on the warranty in a timely manner. I was able to apply online which saved time. It was a good experience.
The buying experience at Laura GMC is the best experience that I’ve had when purchasing a vehicle. We were trading in a vehicle and live about 3 hours away. The salesman Tim was fantastic. We were able to complete a lot of the steps over the phone and email. We basically showed up to sign papers. Also, the financing team rocks. They were able to get us the best rate possible.

I had a fantastic experience with these guys! They put a price on line that was better than anyone else in the nation and did not put any gimmicks behind it!Too often today in the car buying world you will see low prices online and when you get to the dealership there are so many stipulations such as you needed to have been born on a leap year and on a Thursday and before noon to qualify for this $500 rebate and for another one perhaps you could not have owned a Nissan frontier for your entire life, some very obscure stuff. With these other dealers you end up then paying more because they use these tactics to hook you and get you in the door then the deal starts changing and you reluctantly buy because you just want a car.With these guys it was completely different and everything was a 100% above board so much so that I flew from California to Illinois to by the truck and spent a few days driving it home. They are a volume dealer and will save you thousands of dollars!Special shout out to Aaron, Next time Im in town will go get a drink! :)
Our transaction was simple and easy. Our salesman Andrew went over every detail of our new vehicle very thoroughly yet was respectful of our time. It was worth the trip from Springfield up to Laura to pick up our new Yukon. The money we saved plus the customer experience we’re both valuable.

I had a very easy and enjoyable experience working with Aaron Kent at Laura GMC today! I found the car I wanted online, got in touch with Aaron during the week and he gave me a value for my trade and we came to an agreement over the phone. I showed up at 9:30 on a Saturday and test drove the car and signed all the paperwork and was leaving the lot at 11:15 AM. It was totally painless and a fair deal. Would highly recommend Laura GMC for a great deal on a GMC product!

Service Techs were extremely friendly explained to me what was wrong with my vehicle and how much it would take to fix. They explained to me their findings in a way that I would understand what was going on with my vehicle. The cost was reasonable and my car was well cared for.
I’m 60 years old and have bought several new cars. This was the best dealer experience yet. Salesman Kelly Sandheinrich was top notch! We drove 300 miles for this purchase and Kelly held true to every statement made over the phone. We will make the drive again!
The buying experience with John was EXCELLENT. During a challenging market time, Laura remained committed to the customer and did not add the additional cost to the msrp that many other dealerships did. I can’t think of one part of my buying experience that could have been improved upon.
Laura Buick provided a complete servicing for my car. On my first service appointment, they performed the usual oil change, but also rotated the tires, and checked out all of the cars systems. AND all of this was complimentary. They were very thorough and completed all the work within the time they projected. I was throughly impressed. The service department not only runs efficiently, but they are very personable as well. Best service department Ive ever experienced.
