First time here and I am now a big fan. I needed an oil change and they got me right in. The staff was great and the management allowed me to use an online coupon. I asked if they would rotate the tires while it was up on the left. Again, they accommodated. Ill be back.

I live nearby and brought in a mower tire that came off the rim. They fixed it quickly and free of charge. I am anxious to give them more business and pay them back for their past generosity.

Confirmed an appointment and showed up and was turned away. Rude and horrible communication. Ruined my day and my week. Thanks guys!

I called yesterday to see if I could have a nail removed from my tire and it to be patched on my brand new car because my dealership I work for is closed I was told they had an opening at 230pm I arrived to be told by an employee standing inside the building they would not be able to do the repair due to the truck and tires he had to install was my first time there and I will not be back poor service

Great car service. Good prices. They do maintenance. Mechanical repair and they do nitrogen for tires. Give them a call or just stop by. Greg will take great care of you and your car.

Often no service unless you call office, on the full service pump. As a physically challenged person, disappointed. Either be full service or dont - but dont say you are if its only when you feel like it.

Customer service was rude and not informative. They also change labor prices by customer. My mom just had the same exact thing done to the same type of vehicle I did and was charged $15 dollars less. I don’t understand the logic.

I came here to get my car fixed, and the car itself is fine. The issue I had is I had a political view painted on the back window of my car and when I came to pick it up, my painting was wiped off. I came there for a service not for a window cleaning.

Tried to sell us a tire when all we needed was a plug. The tire was brand new with a nail in it. They finally just put the plug in, but its pretty clear they just try to push the most profitable option on customers.

For over 20 years we used to take our vehicles here for all our auto needs until recently. The last straw for me was when I had them do a total alignment and new tires put on and then started having issues with the front tires wearing out at half their rated miles. I had two sets put on the front end and asked repeatedly to have it checked because of the tire wear issue I was having. When I asked them to check the front end alignment since the issue only started after they did the last one they refused and said I had to first BUY two new tires or they wouldnt even look at it and then walked away. I took it to another shop and they found the front end so far out of alignment they wondered how I was even able to drive it (fyi - I could only drive 45-50 mph on the interstate when it rained). They also tried telling me my front wheel bearings were bad and probably needed replaced but the other shop found no issue when I brought this up. After having the other shop rotate my tires (25,000 miles ago) I have not had any issues since.A time before this they changed oil in my other vehicle and left it a quart low on oil only to claim the vehicle must have a leak or is starting to use oil. After we made them top it off the oil level was good until the next oil change.They also offer free tire rotation when you buy their tires but half the time when we would schedule an oil change AND tire rotation they would come up with the excuse We didnt have time to rotate the tires so youll need to make an appointment to come back or it will be okay until your next oil change. Really? Didnt we just schedule an oil change AND a tire rotation? So how could you NOT have time. The issue with this is when you buy your tires from them in order to get the warranty you have to have proof the tires were maintained which includes proper tire rotation.

If I had the option of giving fewer than 1 whole 🌟 on my review, I would.When my car was taken here for new tires ($606+), I asked the owner if he could put the diagnostic scanner on it because my Check Engine light was on & the car had started running a bit rough. Upon doing so, he confirmed my suspicions, saying it appeared that there was vacuum pressure loss, causing the engine to suck air in - more than likely due to a bad gasket. And when asked if this was something the technicians at his shop were capable of handling, he said it was.Well, to make a ridiculously long & ugly story short (yes, this is the Readers Digest Condensed Version, believe it or not!), after their third attempt to properly replace my valve cover gasket, my car spewed a quart and a half of oil (actual dipstick reading - not an exaggeration) all over everything under the hood between their location and my home (12-15 mi., roughly). I was literally terrified, shaking and crying while driving down the interstate, as the blue smoke billowed behind me - so heavily, other drivers wouldnt even get within several car lengths, or would speed up just to get past me. Except for one guy in a Jeep (my guardian angel, I believe) who stayed just behind me in the inside lane for the few miles just before my exit. (If youre reading this now, BLESS YOU AND THANK YOU, whoever you are!!! 👼)My car had to be towed to a dealership the following day, and the top half of the engine needed to be replaced - to the tune of $1100+. The service manager there indicated that, in addition to the components damaged by oil contamination, one of the intakes was literally busted off and just dangling there alongside the engine - sheer negligence and carelessness on the part of the technician or technicians at the third party repair shop where the previous work was done, in his specific words.When my father and I went back and told the owner what had happened, providing him all the documentation to substantiate the incident, he basically did everything he could think of in order to avoid admitting he was at fault and/or repaying the measly $264 his shop DIDNT do to fix it properly to begin with.I do have the photos of what it looked like under the hood of my car when I got home, but Im not sharing them here because theyre irrelevant unless you know exactly what youre looking for/at.Suffice it to say that what I saw when I lifted the hood was enough to make you physically ill (and even further relieved to have made it home safely!) you know anything at all about auto maintenance/repair and you love your car.

They fixed my air conditioner last week and its working great. Very kind people working and I believe them to be honest. Pricing was very fair and they worked in a timely matter.

Greg is awesome! And the people in the shop work hard and fast! They did a 4 tire change in under an hour! I will be using them again!

Never had a bad experience

Piss poor service. Greg scheduled the appointment at 8 am and showed up 40 mins late and acted as if he didn’t know about the appointment, no apology no urgency. Didn’t have the equipment working in order to do the calibration. Would not recommend.

Staff is really nice. The owner was friendly and talked to me during most of my wait. He was very informative. I all in all enjoyed my experience.

I found more unpleasant reviews. It seemed to be from genuine people. All the good review seem to be from people just trying to boost the store up. I was going to go have my brakes in the oil change done at this place since I will be traveling from Colorado to Illinois for work but forget that. My vehicle is used for work and I cant afford risk of them possibly messing up my vehicle. Sorry guys that this is one customer youre not getting.

If you are looking for a responsible, educated, competent, knowledgeable, competitive pricing, look no further. Greg runs a great shop, and beats the competitors hands down on anything. Super easy to work with, and very accommodating. I definitely recommend this place for your automotive needs.

Customer service here is AMAZING! We first went to DOBS and was basically turned away! We were traveling cross country with a Budget rental truck and car dolly and the dolly picked up a nail in the tire. We Googled and found Lowells Tire Pros and they BENT OVER BACKWARDS...in the POURING RAIN no less.. to get us back on our way! When I called, Anthony (mechanic) answered the phone and told us if we could get to them he might be able to fix it or figure something out. Unfortunately it could not be repaired so Anthony called the owner (Greg) who actually came in from home.. ON A SATURDAY!!...who does that these days?? AMAZING! They came up with a solution and got us back on the road! I also learned they are a Service Center for Budget and I can see why! I wish this service center was in Massachusetts Id send everyone to them! HIGHLY recommended 5 STARS...Thank you Greg and Anthony!

The owner is extremely rude. Ive had to have my car serviced here a few times. Each time he becomes more rude. He also didnt put part of my floor paneling back correctly. This caused it to become lodged under my gas petal while driving. Completely unprofessional. GO ELSEWHERE!

This place is a must go to getting your car fixed. They could have fixed what i thought was broken, but they didnt because it was just fine. They fixed the issue for next to nothing. I will only use them in the future.
