I came in they greeted me and got to the root of my problem and gave me my ticket to put my two watches in queue, came back not even 30 mins later greeted me again very pleasantly and gave Me back my watch and it was exactly how I asked! The two best things that stuck out to me is that its family owned the kids did all the talking and handled themselves very well so the father is doing a great job in growing future business owners. The last thing was the prices what he charged me to do two things to each watch, the price made me very happy I would refer them to everyone who need work done ro their watch!!!!!GREAR JOB GUYS

I went to many jewelers to try to get the batteries replaced in a Burberry watch, and a Marc Jacobs watch. Not only were they expensive, they werent comfortable touching the Burberry and recommended these guys. I would totally go back here- they are fast, professional, and very inexpensive. I recently obtained a Breitling watch that needed some links removed from the bracelet. After 2 very well known and supposedly highly skilled shops in my town of Canton, OH could not figure out how to do it. I made my next stop Mann Jewelers in Beachwood Place. Manns representative told me they didnt do that sort of thing in the store but the kiosk over yonder did. I went over to the kiosk and met the owner and within 5 minutes he had 2 links removed for me. Thank you Time Change LLC!

Not very good customer service. Rude staff.I brought my watch in for what I thought was a simple battery change. They changed the battery - watch did not work. An old watch - so I understand. They sent it out for replacement of the movement. It cost almost as much as the original cost of watch - an old Swiss Army watch - but my son likes to wear it and it has some sentimental value - so I figured ok. They did not mention that after ANY service - battery change, or in this case replacement of movement - the original water resistance (WR 166ft) IS VOIDED. My son wore it in the shower - and it filled up with water - dead. To their credit - they replaced the movement again for free, but they explained that it would no longer be water resistant.Ok, I understand - but the guy who works there (the owner?) was downright rude about it. He basically said it was my fault and he had no responsibility to tell me that the water resistance would be gone. He said I needed to go back to the manufacturer if I wanted it to remain water resistant. This, after taking my money. Very rude. Would not deal with again. Caveat emptor.

My bf went to get his invicta watch band fixed and he tried to overcharge he didn’t give him all his change back and his watch broke in the same place the same day not even two hours later.

Initially went to Kay Jewellers in Beachwood mall to get some links removed from a Movado Bold watch. They couldnt do and recommend I check out this kiosk. I arrived at the kiosk and Ziad was quick to help and assured me he could do it. Moments after he fitted to see how many links to remove, he came back with the fitted watch. I should have come here fist but I didnt know this place existed. Absolutely recommend this spot. They know what they are doing and extremely reasonable. Also checked of their watch collection. They have something for any type of budget. Totally coming back for that g-shock watch. Thank you!!

Just had my Invicta watch band replaced very fast and friendly service will definitely recommend anyone to stop by.

I took my two favorite watches (a reproduction Omega SeaMaster Professional and a Raymond Weil) in because neither was operational. The Omega had a new battery but was not running, the Raymond Weil had been in a drawer for years. They immediately realized the Omega was a reproduction (other jewelers had not), and removed a broken second hand, which was binding on the minute hand, causing the watch to malfunction AND DID NOT CHARGE FOR THIS SERVICE. The watch is now keeping perfect time. The Raymond Weil was sent in for an estimate for repair, I was assured the cost would be less than half that of repair by the manufacturer, and I believe it. They have operated this kiosk in Beachwood Place for 16 years. I highly recommend them.

This is the place to go. Great customer service, done in timely manner, and great selections for all sorts of needs from sporting to casual to the rich.
