The guy inside the store stunk from cigarettes and looked like he was drunk. They dont fix anything they have to send it out!

Ive been going to Tri-Gem for decades. The quality of their jewelry is second to none, their repair service is outstanding, and the combined knowledge of Jim and Ron is amazing. Dont go anywhere else!

Went in to price out a jewelry fix, and he did it on the spot, free of charge.Since then Ive gone back several times for my jewelry repairs and theyve been very helpful, affordable, and overall great to deal with. Oddly enough, when Ive called to talk to them, its a different experience. Perhaps the person answering the phone isnt the same guy that works the counter.At any rate, stop in and get your repairs and re-sizing way cheaper and better than what anywhere at the mall would charge.
