Knows his watches. Seiko, Bulova, Rolex. Retrofitted a band to one of my watches to make original lugs work from original band. Sized several of my watch bands. Extensive collection of silver estate chains/necklaces. Bought several and was able to cut them down and resize. Have made several purchases. Great doing business with these guys! Has shown me several watch repair techniques and advice. Repaired a broken bracelet and is currently working on a bracelet project for me. Preferred carrier of Bulova and is capable of ordering watches from their site. Cody was recently able to snatch up a limited edition Bulova for me that came his way. Bracelet project turned out nice. Three bracelets welded as one. Lafoam brand ring project turned out nice as well. New shipment of Bulova watches just came in. Layaway plan is a great opportunity to snatch up one of the new watches.
I was driving from Dayton and knew I was going to be late so I called the owner and he was nice enough to wait until I got there. He fixed my wedding band and my watch in a timely manner. Will definitely be going to Coys next time I need anything jewelry related.
I can remember when I was a little girl my Mom & Aunt going to Coys . Very friendly and do great work. Highly recommend!!! Only place I use for repairs
Dropped off my Casio watch there today to have a battery replacement done. Discovered I made the right choice by having them replace the battery. It looked difficult. Mr coy did a great job. Got my watch back same day and synced everything back up and it’s back to working great! Thanks! I will be back.
We just moved here a couple of months ago and I needed my rings sized. I looked up jewelery repair and Coys had one if the best reviews so this where I went to.They will have my business from now on. Thanks so much for the great job you did on my rings! I will be back! And will recommend you to everyone!
Cody took care of my Wife and myself on relatively short notice and treated us like family. Completely brought my wife’s great grandmothers wedding band set back to life and it looks amazing! Highly recommend using them.
Five star jewelry store, indeed. One is certainly in good hands with the fine folks at Coys Jewelers.
Awesome personal customer service. Definitely 5 stars!!
I took in my grandmothers wedding set to see if the bands could be fixed. They are over fifty years old and extremely delicate. The technician sent back a list of the repairs (reshanking each ring, and then adding a piece of wire to keep the ring from cutting into me). I didnt really understand what the end result of that would look like so I had them send the ring back and I went to pick it up. When I got into my car with it it became immediately apparent that a piece was missing. The filigree that made up the side of the band was completely gone. My spouse called the shop and explained that the band was damaged. Before he could explain in what way the man on the phone said, Okay well let me check the envelope for the missing piece. I brought the rings back to the shop and tried to show them what was now gone. The man pointed out that the other side was hanging by a thread. It hadnt been when I brought the rings in. I pointed out how the engagement ring had a piece removed as well so that there was access to the stone. (You can see a melted piece of metal where this used to be attached.) This was quickly dissmissed. The men checked the store floor for the missing piece assuring me that things would be okay. I told them it was already not okay and was promptly snapped at. I left the store in tears. My spouse called today (Nearly a week later.) And asked if they had found the piece. Not only had they not found it, they had decided that they werent going to call me to let me know. He went on to suggest that perhaps I had lost the piece of the ring myself in my purse or something. The ring is in its box. It had rested in its box for decades prior to me bringing it in and was returned after I got it back. The only time it hasnt been inside of it was the time it spent between the jewellers and the repair shop. The jeweller still insists that the ring must have been broken before I ever brought it in. Interestingly enough, there is no mention of this in the initial offer for repairs.
Very trustworthy and is wonderful to work with. Thank you! I am very pleased with my experience and with my purchase
