I received a gold chain and cross from my Nana and Papa for my confirmation almost 30 years ago. Over the years the chain has worn and I’ve only ever trusted Sheiban Jewelers to fix it. In fact that is the only time the chain and cross were off my neck. Recently the chain has broken more frequently so I bought a new one and asked Sheiban what I could do with my old chain to keep the memory of where it came from alive as I lost my Nana and Papa years ago. I mentioned my papa was a cleveland police officer and they suggested we melt the chain down and form a police shield. They showed me a few pictures in a book but I remembered my mom had his old badge so I sent Sheiban a picture. I just picked up the shield and added it to my chain next to the cross. Saying that they exceeded even my wildest expectations is an understatement. They did such an amazing job and it was apparent they treated this as if it were their own. This level of care and artistry is why I will only ever shop at Sheiban. Thank you so much for doing this. I would trust them with anything you hold dear. Had a great experience at Sheibans. My daughter and I stopped to have her engagement ring checked for possible loose stones. They confirmed that 3 small stones were loose and another small stone had turned in its setting. They fixed the ring while we waited which was really appreciated since my daughter was from out of town and wasnt going to be in town long enough to leave the ring for repair. We received excellent customer service and would definitely go back to them in the future for our jewelry needs.

First I want to say Im sorry I didnt rate this sooner. I contacted Sheiban Jewelers a little over a year ago in search of a specific Rolex watch. I believe I spoke with one of the owners who took down my information and said they would contact me when it became available. In the mean time I visited a number of different Rolex ADs and called just about every AD in the U.S. searching for the Rolex I wanted. Some laughed at me, many took down my information. A few months later, the day before Thanksgiving 2019 Sheiban Jewelers called me and said they have the watch I requested. I bought it immediately. To this day almost 1 1/2 years later I have never received a call from anyone else. If not for Sheiban Id still be waiting to buy my Rolex. The staff are very friendly, they treated me like a friend even though I never met them before. Im looking forward to doing business with them and only them in the future. I plan on buying my daughter a Rolex for her college graduation gift. I enjoy wearing my Rolex everyday.

Jason and his team were so helpful during a very difficult time and just days before my anniversary. They were so kind to walk me through inventory, shoot off a text with images and accommodate a quick purchase. I was so impressed with their knowledge and customer service that I changed jewelers and have purchased two additional watches (Rolex Sub, Tutor BB) this year. Compared to my purchasing experiences in the past, hands down, these guys are the best! This team is the real deal. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jason in regards to my jewelry purchase. I went to several well known jewelers in the area and Sheiban blew them out of the water when it came to both: knowledge and price. They were totally about transparency. Sheiban is the absolute best! I do not have enough kind words for this place or for Kim who helped us. I went in a few months ago to start getting ideas for an engagement ring. I had no idea what kind of ring I was looking for or wanted. Kim was amazing. She helped me narrow down choices I liked and never once pressured me to look at bigger or more expensive rings. Sheiban Jewelers has an incredible selection of watches, including Rolex, Omega, and Tudor to name a few. I purchased several watches from Kim and Chris and they both know me as well as my tastes. I love the fact that theyll give me a call if something comes in they think Ill like.Their prices are exceptional. i dont know how they do it. I also appreciate the service they provide. When I purchase a watch from them, all stickers are removed (a tedious process, to be sure) and its fit to my wrist precisely. Great family business with excellent customer service. I sent them a message that I was interested in a Rolex Explorer 1 and purchased it within a few weeks. Next, I expressed interest in a Rolex Ceramic Submariner no date and purchased that within a few weeks as well. Two Rolex steel sports within a month is unheard of. Recently I referred a friend who also was able to purchase a Rolex Deep Sea. If you want to receive great service, stop by Sheiban Jewelers in Strongsville and you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve maybe left one or two reviews in my life - max. So here you go. I lost/stolen my Rolex about a year ago and wanted to replace it. I bought one in 00 and 08 but those jewelers are out of business. I googled Rolex and closest was Sheiban. This was over a year ago. We went to just browse and were forthright about just looking. I must say we were stunned at the friendliness and passive nature of the staff. Remarkably, Tony Sheiban was very interactive and I appreciated that. I’m sure he didn’t need to. I readily recognized I could save a few bucks buying online and I welcomed the passion and energy he had. We didn’t buy but committed when we did we would make the trip again to buy here. Long story short we went back to Sheiban and the return experience was classy professional and just as comfortable as the year before. There were a few people that were so friendly and helpful but I can’t recall the names. If you’re within 1 -2 hour of this place, make the trip - book dinner, enjoy and make it a great night.

I just had my first experience at sheibans jewelers a week ago and it was spectacular. First of all, I had my two young daughters with me and they were more than accommodating. Spent a good amount of time getting to know the store and it’s proprietors and I felt very comfortable making my purchase. I took my wedding rings into Sheibans for repair. I was introduced to Mr. Sheiban and he explained what needed to be done and approximate cost. Even offered me a cup of coffee!!. One day later received a call that my rings were ready to be picked up. I was greeted by a very personable young man by the name of Tariq who showed me my rings and completed the transaction. My rings are beautiful and the service was exceptional.

Yesterday I took the trip up to Sheiban to pick up an Omega they were holding for me in layaway. I cannot be more positive about the sales staff and how well I was treated.
