I’ve been using Zen since I moved here a little over a year ago, and I just thought I’d share some of the work they’ve done for me! No matter who I have, I am always taken care of, even if it’s busy

Me and my daughter went to get our eyebrows waxed. My daughter went first and they did amazing, then the girl that did my daughters left and someone else came in with an attitude and didnt even wax my eyebrows she waxed my forehead and she was rushing. Dont hesitate to tell them you dont like the job.

After a long time of not getting a full set I went here and jasmine was the worse. She was in such a rush, didn’t even care to offer me a drink. I told her they were too thick and uneven and she didn’t even bother to fix my problem. I’m so upset I paid $60 for this

First time coming here and I brought my mom! The ladies who did our nails, Grace and Tiffany, did a wonderful job and were super friendly and accommodating! I plan to try and make regular visits with Tiffany! Thank you Zen!!

Salon is always clean and staff friendly. David is my technician, and he always comes up with just the right color to meet my request as well as doing a professional job. I love the dip powder on my nails!

Kelly did an excellent job on my nails! Very quick and professional, asking if i liked the shape, length, ect. When many in other places I have been will not. Her nail art was almost spot on to the picture I brought her.

I got to sns dip powder and the top coat of all of my nails starting coming off within a week after getting them done. i also got a design on my fourth finger with regular polish and that too chipped off. horrible quality and service was rushed.

Bad experience start doing nails and cannot finish them but decides to charge $70 for something that they could not do. Do not come here

I have found my new place! So pleased with the cleanliness, staff and efficiency of this salon. The technicians were both gentle and did a wonderful job. Their spa chairs are very comfortable and give a great massage. The best part my pedicure didnt hurt or bleed like my previous salon. I actually was able to relax.

A friend tool me here for my birthday and they did a great job

I went in yesterday and got a full set of dip with tips. When I got home, I noticed one of the top coats on one of my nails looked like it shattered and it was flaking off. I got in contact with them over Facebook and they told me to come in and they would fix it. I was in and out in 5 minutes and they didn’t charge me!! The best service and nicest staff!

I personally get a full set acrylic with gel polish.and have gone a few times now . This visit I was with Tiffany and this is the best set Ive ever had. I have also received a pedicure for her. The quality is above what I expected. Will be continuing to visit. And would recommended to a friend! ( Added a picture)

Very happy. Everyone was so nice and talked to us the entire time we were there. I just wish they would have spelled my name correctly. I even spelled it out for them. Will definitely use them again.

My first experience wasnt too great. My nail tech was awesome. However with 10 minutes to closing they turned the lights out and if I wanted my toes to dry I was welcome to sit there....lol in the dark. I enjoy a relaxing pedicure experience and it was very rushed at the end.

I always get excellent service. Natalie always gets me in and out in a timely manner and with a great looking manicure and pedicure

I use to love coming here, but now forget it! Appointments are a JOKE! I literally had a appointment at 10am and arrived at 10:03 and at 10:40 I was still waiting, when walk in where getting seated left and right! All I wanted was a new set and they could have had me soaking my old ones off while I waited... ya know time management but nope! Instead I was ask after waiting 30 minutes what I wanted and when I said I wanted a new set and he looked and my nails and told me to sit back down! I definitely will not be coming back.

Nina is my nailtech for my manicures or pedicure, she makes my hands and feet 100% better every single day.

I got dip nails my daughter got acrylic/gel. Travis was my nail tech. He listened and gave me exactly what I wanted .

Peter did my manicure and pedicure. My nails look amazing and It was by far the best pedicure I’ve ever had. The massage is my favorite part and I would have been happy to pay just for that portion. scrub, hot towels, massage with lotion, hot stone massage and hot towels again. It was so relaxing. I don’t feel like they overcharge either.The services I received were well worth what I paid. I’ll definitely be back.

I had a pedicure at Zen Nail Spa in Cleveland TN. The wait was only a few minutes even though they were very busy. The gentleman doing my nails quickly slapped on nail polish on my toes. When I pointed out that the polish was bleeding into my skin and cuticles he stated that we are done and ushered me out of the chair. I brought this to the attention of a manager, who tried to get them cleaned up. However the paint job was just terrible. I paid $38 and left super unsatisfied. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I hope I can attach pictures of the poor paint job.

I stopped in for a new set while in town. The technician was very nice. But told me the nails I showed her a picture of were “old” and encouraged me to go with a “new” design. I agreed. She shaped the nails and added acrylic. She didn’t know how to do the “new” design and ended up making my ring finger nails extremely thick with acrylic trying to keep the design in place. I asked her to file them down to match the rest and with hesitation she did. At checkout my nails cost $30 more than what was quoted to me over the phone and I was baffled. When I asked why a full set was $70 she didn’t have a response, but offered me $10 discount for leaving a good review. It’s now been a week and the gel has chipped on 3 of my nails and the “new” design nails are lifting.

Thirty dollars cheaper than where I usually go. Very friendly staff! Love it

I love going there !! I see Amy she is amazing, sweet and kind she always does a great job on my nails so if someone is looking for someone else to do your nails go to Zens and ask for Amy !!!!!

I’ve been loyal to this place for the last 10mo. They have a great parlor 300color dips; 100’s of gel polish, plenty of color and the techs are great.

This is the best nail salon in the Cleveland/Chattanooga area. Peter did a wonderful job on my nails. I showed him a picture of what I was going for and he no joke made my wish come true! Thank you Peter!

I went to this nail salon and it was my first time ever getting my nails done. I showed the lady doing my nails a picture of the design I wanted. She told me she was able to do them. When the process started they were looking okay but the further along it got it was just getting worse. Most of the time she was doing my nails she was complaining about doing them. I told her a couple times that the design was not looking good but I could tell she was getting mad that I was saying something. I honestly felt as if she really didn’t care about it just that she wanted it done and didn’t matter the quality of it. I also thought the pricing of it was way too much for something that didn’t even come out well. I was already fed up as well that the service I got wasn’t what I was expecting. I will never be going back to that nail salon and honestly ruined my first time experience.

Pricy, but you get what you pay for and they do a fantastic job!

So positive note. They are clean which is highly important. Now i don’t know the name of the lady that did my nails but I was trying to tell her how I wanted my nails even showed a picture and still was not understanding me. Most of all my biggest complaint is she was really rough on me she kept jerking my hand closer to her without asking me to just move it closer she would turn my hands hard my my wrist hurt and she gave me an attitude about it so I will not go back

My Mani/Pedi genius was Grace and she was amazing and I loved the design and colors she helped me choose because I have a hard time deciding on just one! Its a Super nice place but expensive and the pricing isnt clear when you start so its a bit of a surprise when you pay just how much everything is and that being said I would go back on special occasions because they were super nice and we didnt wait long at all for a busy place and it was very clean & everyone was super friendly & helpful and our party of 4 finished about the same time and we got to start together and sit together for pedis which was awesome!! If you go every couple of weeks or monthly it would get very expensive because for my daughter and myself our Mani/Pedis. Was over $200 before tip and thats alot for a basic Pedi that they dont even scrub your feet just soak and do hot towels. I would definitely recommend them it was just too pricey for me but I loved the experience!

I have been going to Zen since they opened and I love it!. My daughter, my granddaughter and I are regulars there and we are never disappointed. They have great service and we have probably had every nail tech there at one time or another with all of them being amazing. I would and I do recommend Zen Nail Spa!

A little on the pricey side but definitely worth it. Great customer service, little communication barrier. They’ll even serve you a glass of wine. Nails are good quality and their is never much waiting time. Huge selection of colors, including powders.

Im not a very trusting person when it comes to nail salons. Being in the medical field I am very cautious when it comes to infection control. I called ahead to make sure they sterilize their tools with an autoclave. When I entered I was greeted and seated right away!. I was very fearful I had a toe infection but my tech showed me it wasnt and made me feel at ease by giving me tips. I may have found my new nail salon!

So first they did the pedicure, which was great. I had my daughter with me and no one complained or had an issue, most of the ladys working stopped to talk to her. 100% 5 stars for the pedicure process. I also needed a fill in on my nails, I feel like by this point the man just wanted to get done so we could leave. The tips of my nails are basically see through, its not one consistent shade on any of my nails. Which isnt even my biggest problem, I told him I wanted regular polish, not gel. Well he used gel anyways and the only reason I received from anyone was I have a child it goes faster... Okay I get that, but it also cost me $15 extra for something I didnt want or even ask for.

Awesome bunch here.... Always willing to make sure you are happy and taken care of.

While visiting family in Cleveland, I called for an appointment at 4:30. The appointment was set for 5:00 and I was out the door by 6;00. Fast service and they did a beautiful job!

I finally had my mani/pedi. I think its been over a year. I was so very happy. All the technicians do a great job.

I spent over a hundred dollars and my nails chipped and popped off after 1 week, they are dipped nails they should last way longer. The pedicure is good so thats the only reason I gave them 3 stars.

I had to ask the technician to sanitize the tools and change the filthy towel they use to place your hands on. I was totally rushed so he could seat another customer. I will never go back there and dont recommend this place at all.

Honestly they can take all my money, I moved too cleveland and have never really found a salon I liked. I started to give up. My boss gifted us a spa day and even with all of us there and them being busy they still took there time and did an amazing job alot of the techs have skilled hands and all the girls I work with enjoyed their self and loved their mani, and pedis I had diane and she did exactly what I asked and my nails turned out amazing when it came down to my pedicure the tech took her time and thats all I can ask for!! I hate going to a salon to treat my self, but feel more rushed and like a burden but at zen nails they take their time with you and I love that!

I got a French gel manicure Friday night. By Saturday evening, three had come off on one hand They released from the side and came right off. The other hand was fine. I am used to these lasting two weeks, not one day. It’s a lot of money to pay to only last one day.

I normally go to a place in Ooltewah but I decided to try Zen bc my friend told me about them. I called and made and appointment and they made sure that the lady I wanted was available for the time I would like to come which no other place I have gone to does that. I walked in and was greeted instantly. I was impressed with how nice and clean it was. I was told to go to Laura so that’s who I asked for. I showed them a look and they helped me pick out the color that best fit. Laura is fantastic! I showed her the picture to base off of for my nails and she delivered! She was amazing and I will definitely be going there from now on!

The color I chose vs what I got wasn’t the same. I picked a purple and got brown. That I could deal with. However, in less than 7 days my gel polish peeled off nearly every single finger (see photo). I got them done August 30th, by Sept 5th they were as seen in the photo.The gentleman was on his phone while working on my nails, stopping to play his turn for the first several minutes of him filing my nails. He rushed.

Went back for the first time since the pandemic. They raised the prices without informing till my nails were finished. They woman who did my nails was looking around while using the electric tool and cut my finger. While painting my toes she answered a personal call and was on the phone for at least 10 minutes. The nails were so sloppy compared to what I was use to. Very disappointed, higher prices and poorer quality. Need to find another salon!!!

They over charge me twice I will not be back ever

Honestly disappointed, I just went in today and received a pedicure and my heels are not soft and they never worked the dead skin off. It always seems like they are rushing to get you out the door.

Kinda pricey. The overall experience was good. They take care of you.

Today was my first time visiting Zen. And let me tell you, this place was top notch! The owner was very pleasant and provided the best customer service I have ever gotten from any nail salon. Holly was my nail tech and she was AWESOME! I am in love with Zen nails and will be going there from now on.

THE WORST NAIL SALON EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. I drove 30 minutes to come to a place that seemed great from the website and reviews. I arrived, was told to pick my color. The lady who was going to do my nails stood right beside me and asked if I had my color picked out before even making it over to the nail colors. The stood there for maybe 30 seconds before asking again if I had my color. The walked away and another person came up and said I do your nails now, you have a color. It’s been 2 minutes since I walked in the door to a completely new place and am expected to know my color when I walk in. The 2nd person asked again if I was ready and then left. The another new person came up and said she would be doing my nails. She said I needed to pick my color and come sit down. At this point in the matter of 5 minutes I had 3 different people to do my nails.. because apparently 5 minutes was too long to pick out a nail color.. mind you... maybe I could have picked a color out if they weren’t harassing me, taking the colors out of my hand and asking if I picked that one. Then I finally just pick a random color because I’m so stressed and pressured and sit down now with my FOURTH new person. She starts my nails and then asks IF I CAN GET UP AND WAIT FOR SOMEONE ELSE... because she has a client with an appointment that showed up early. This was the absolute worst experience. DO NOT GO HERE. I left with my nails undone. Filed rough. And in a terrible mood. Now I’m left to find somewhere else last minute.

I have been going to this salon a long time. I have never had anyone be rude to me there. The owner is always kind and welcoming. They always offer something to drink and offer to make you comfortable. My nails and feet always look great and they have never hurt me. 💕Amy does my nails and she is a wonderful person and an excellent nail tech. She is Very professional and experienced💕Peter and Jennifer are also great. All of the employees have always been polite and helpful to me as well. From what I have seen they all do a really good job. I believe them to be clean & sanitary. They seem to take pride in what they do. I recommend people to them all the time and I drive from Englewood to Cleveland to go there and to me it is worth it. It’s also in a great location and there is plenty of parking. If you don’t like something and feel there could be an improvement then speak with the owner~ he has always done his best to make sure me and others I have sent there are satisfied. I will continue to refer people to them💕

Love this place! They are friendly and have a beautiful family. They were wonderful in complying with the small change I wanted for my pedicure and it came out great. Reasonable prices and all new equipment. I would recommend .

Always have a good experience! My nail tech is my friend so of course I love her~ But everyone there is nice as well and does a good job. I have had Tony & Vi (Jennifer) take care of me when Amy has been out of town. They do great too. I observe the other techs work and it looks really good.Everyone has always been very kind to me there and they will take care of you. I suggest if you go there and have a problem, speak to Joseph and he will make it right; they are very accommodating to make sure you are satisfied. I live 45 minutes from there and gladly drive past several salons here to go there. I have went there a long time and they always make time for me, are kind & understanding when I am late or must reschedule and obliging if I need something corrected. Just like any place no one is perfect so if you have an issue let them know so they can correct it~ of course they can’t read anyone’s minds. I often hear customers being rude to them but I haven’t heard anyone there be rude to a client. Remember ~ we are all human~ Be kind😉

I went in today for a Mani and pedi. I had never had a pedicure done before. I had Peter today and he was absolutely amazing!!! He did everything the way I wanted it not the way he wanted. He was so sweet and nice for my manicure. Once we started on the pedi I was amazed on how awesome the experience was. I will from now on request Peter because he did everything perfect! And made me feel so comfortable 🤗

I give this business a 1 star because I was out in the parking lot playing with my 2 year old daughter on a leash in a car parking space. As i turned around with her I could see 3 of the employees sitting in there chairs outside pointing and laughing at us because I had her on a childs leash.

Ive been going there for over a year. David always does my nails. He does a great job. There been times other ones have done my nails they also have done good.

They do a decent job but the people are not very friendly and I had to pay $35 for a lady to paint my nails when I asked for a full manicure. Very overpriced. She seemed mad at me when I told her I didn’t want acrylics, just my regular nail. They also hardly give you time to pick out a color.

Very nice place & the nails they did on my daughter looked nice. They took their time and didnt make them look crooked or weird looking. They looked natural so thats a 5 star rating for me. The staff was nice & their prices were reasonable.

The young lady that did my pedicure didnt know how to do my design on my toes! She tried 3 times!! Got up the next day and my polish was coming off my toes!! Went back and gentle man painted my toes and a young lady put my design on my toes!! I was happy the second time!! But i will not be back!!!

Zen is taking extra precautions in order to protect themselves as well as their customers! They are friendly and eager to help us after months of busted up nails lol! I’m grateful!

I see Natalie every 3-4 weeks for a gel manicure. My nails are always perfect, and I rarely have chipped polish. She really pays attention to getting paint on my whole nail and having perfectly balanced coat.

David did a wonderful job and was very pleasant. Every time I go to Zen I am asked if everything was ok. They work hard to make sure you leave happy.

Professional courteous staff, relaxing music, little to zero wait time... customer 3+ years...consistent great service. Ask for Tony he does a great job.

Called ahead for an appointment and they texted me a confirmation/reminder, everyone in there was wearing a mask and spaced responsibily, and they did a great job on my pedicure!
