They are amazing and fast at doing their job. The wait may be long if it’s busy. The prices are good for what you get some people might find them more expensive than other places but it depends on what you get plus tax. Friendly people, clean, and new

They charged me $226 on cash app and never gave me my money back I had very poor service the ladies rushed the service my nails are horrible my toe nails are different colors from my nails my nail art came off as soon as I left ain’t no way the rhinestones should fall off that easy my nails look so horrible and bumpy on the side of my nails there is spaces and look like I didn’t have my nails done in weeks and I just got them done I was busy and had to work I thought I’ll just get my money back from cash app but they denied my refund please don’t go here they rush you out of the salon with fu.ked up nails 💅🏿

First it was a mad house in the salon due to a lot of fighting by another customer. She was in the right but the manager Kim did not handle the situation professionally.Then for three full sets and a mans pedicure we were told to pay $220. Mind you they were all normal polish nothing special. We have had many full sets done and these honestly were the worst. Did not clean up nails and they are uneven.Will not recommend nor will we ever return!

Was going to a girl for years and came here for a simple fill in and gel polish and found fungus under the nail! Tony said “whoever did your nails did a poor and unsanitary job... very thick and sloppy”! It be your own ppl! This place is 3 minutes away from me! Got a full set and my eye brows waxed and I’ll never go anywhere else!

I paid $60 for a basic fill in (no design) including $5 tip. Its a little expensive. 3 days later one of my nails starting lifting & another nail had starting peeling (gel polish). I called & she said come in the next day, so I did. She Process to put glue on the nail that was lifting?? Yeah, that only lasted a couple days before the entire nail came off. Also she said she would repolish the peeling nail & had me waiting an hour for that, even started a new client and everything, I just decided to leave. Never going back. Unprofessional.

I had my nails done at another salon and they did not do a good job, to say the least. I went here based off a recommendation of my sister, and I am being happy. The shape is perfect, the quality is excellent, and I had a great conversation with my nail tech. Kim was extremely quick and very professional. She was able to fix my nails and make them what I originally expected. It was pain free and not too expensive. I have my plans set to see Kim again in two weeks. I am very pleased.

Kim was the nail of my nail tech. She did an amazing job. The shape is perfect. She even gave me some education about my nails. And what to look for in a Nail Tech. I live all the way in Shaker Hts. But I will come there for Kim the Nail Tech and Tasha the young lady who does pedicures.

I paid over $100 for a gel mani and pedi on natural nails . Within 2 hours the polish on one nail came off ( they repaired it ) within 7 days ALL Of the polish came off of both hands . Very nice lady, but poor quality for the price

They do a decent job but they overcharge keep changing prices looking else where simple fill and gel pedi with no designs charged me $113.

Kim was rude charged to much for starters nails were lumpy. And crooked. Then she got really nasty when I told her the nail was lumpy and crooked she got mad and told me she had thousands of customers and I could leave. Lynn downtown at fashion Nails in tower city is the coldest best Korean nail tech there is in Cleveland and a reasonable price and very nice. Kim was just convenient at the time.

The Chinese lady has a terrible attitude she dont speak,greet or smile at you unless your a regular customer. Prices are ridiculous and every single time I went to this shop which was probably about hand full of times my nail chipped each time every single time.. no BS!! And dont try to get it fixed shell make you pay and say its your fault she been doing this for years!! Pick another nail shop please dont waste no money in her establishment!!

I went here to get my nails done and they are very ghetto and unprofessional. My nails look a mess I tried to get a polish Change and they told me know after I spent almost $70 on my nails. You can see the black through the chrome that they put on my nails and if I could upload a picture I would of this horrible mess

I should have read these reviews before I went to you. Yes, It cost (too much) $50.00 to get starter nails. They were thick, and crooked. I had to come home and reshape them myself. Acrylic was too close to cuticles causing my nails to get sore after they started growing out. They looked like Press-ons. Sorry, not happy
