Clean great atmosphere friendly fast service. Im in love with Wendy

I get dipped gel manicures and gel pedicures and they always come out lovely. There are a wide variety of colors to choose from and you can get jewels or nail wraps for variety. I have never had a manicure that I was unhappy with. The dipped manicures last a long time, mine last about three weeks and they promote healthy nail growth. There is an attention to detail that I truly appreciate. Pedicures are thorough and my toes always look and are shaped well. I choose gel which costs a bit more but lasts almost a month. They take their time and really eradicate the dead skin. Prices are fair and service is fast. The only reason I didnt give 5-stars is because the wait time to see a nail tech is crazy long on the weekends. Its about a 1-2 hour wait. Grab some food and camp out because its worth the wait.

Went for a full set clean up, the store is clean and the tech is friendly. There was this Joni guy that very nice with me and hold a good conversation when he was doing my nails. Gave him a $7 tip since I didnt have any changes and he was happy with it.

Went in for a gel manicure on Monday. Liked the color selection but was rushed to decide on a color and then she did a rush job on my gel manicure. Today is Friday. 37 plus a 10 dollar tip. Basically 50 for a few days. Was hopeful I found a new nail spot. Guess I will keep looking.

Love coming here, always feel welcome with great service. Johnny is the man to see for awesome pedicures.

This place is very unprofessional I went today and sat for 3 hours used all my change for the parking meter they only had two techs in I got a French manicure and a pedicure I spent $129 and also gave the guy Johnny a $5 tip the money was not good enough for him he decides to ask for a 20 percent tip I told him no and he threw my change at me and told me this was the last time he was going to do my nails I don’t understand why are you asking for a 20 percent tip when I tipped you already and spent well over 100 dollars for my nails I’m a pregnant women I felt so disrespected and I have been coming here for some time will never go back… would not recommend

I love Shaker nails, they lay acrylic perfect. Not all bulky looking. Looks vary natural . I will send them customers anytime.

Should’ve listen to the reviewer Lauren Jones because same thing happened to me. Went to get a mani pedi on 5/7. The place was clean and service was fast even though they were busy. I walked in because nobody answered to make an appointment (I have proof because I text my husband nobody answered). Hopped on a flight to Florida and noticed my nails looked warped then started chipping a couple days later. I called the salon because I remembered how the owner responded to Lauren Jones but no answer. Got tired of calling so I went in today 5/15 since I didn’t return from Florida til last night. I asked to talk to someone the lady kept over talking me saying it was impossible nobody answered the phone when I called and they have a 3 day policy why didn’t I come in. After I literally told her I was in Florida and couldn’t come in which is why I called. After blaming me for 5 minutes she said the best she could do is $5 off. Seriously?! First insult me by saying I waited to long and lied about calling THEN insult me further by wanting me to pay again? I’m only needed the messed up nails to be fixed. New customers beware!!!! Oh and you’ll likely see what I mean from the forthcoming rude reply from the owner under my comment smh No thanks

I had an excellent experience here! The staff are so nice and Uyen did an amazing job! I got a full set with dip and I was in and out. Definitely the best quality nails I’ve gotten! I will for sure be back!

I’ve been a regular customer for a while. I came in today, for the first time since the pandemic closed things down. The new ownership/management is amazing. Everything about my visit was great. I am very glad to see the upgrades. I will definitely be back!

I’ve been going here for a couple months. They’re fast and effective. I recently soaked my nails off and realized they used mma acrylic. You’ll notice the difference in the texture when soaking the nails off. Mma is slimy and takes a long time to come off..and ema is crumbly and is faster..The people here are nice which is why I didn’t rate 1 star. Just upset. Do your research as mma is very harmful to nails.

Terrible TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE! I sat in a chair for a hour and a half WITH AN APPOINTMENT, and watched several people come in and get service before. Once I addressed the situation she told me she would skip me! So rude and inconsiderate to their customers! If you considered spending your well earned money in the place, DON’T! I cannot believe how rude and nasty the lady Wendy was. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever been in in a nail salon.

Im so glad this salon is open again and under new ownership. Just walking in you feel welcomed and their service is so much better than the previous owner. I got a full set and pedicure and I was very happy with everything.

I sent my 14 year old Daughter to get her nails soaked off. I was informed that the tech popped her nails off and charged her $10.00. So what did we pay for what service did they provided?

Go to Wendy she’s the best she’s been doing my nails for 5 years... they just moved to this location but been doing my nails in maple for years. I love it here 💙

I live in Virginia and Im here visiting relatives in Ohio. I was looking for a nail salon in the area and found this place. I was very pleased with the service, cleanliness and professionalism of this salon. I will most definitely return here again whenever I come to Ohio.
