Took my friend to have nails done less than a week later they started coming off didn’t offer to repair and said 3 hrs wait to see her. Just said what were you doing!!!

Best set I have ever had. Veronica did my nails and she did an amazing job. There is a wait, but it was totally worth it for the results. I got coffin cut every nail has the perfect shape and length and the hand scrub they have at the sinks are awesome. My tech was friendly and clean as well I would definitely recommend. Caramae (number 3) is also awesome I recommend her as well.

Stopped in tonight to get a full set dip power (with plastic tips). Came out to $55 because of the length and coffin style. Even though they were busy, Kristie took her time and did a wonderful job! Chose this salon because of all the wonderful reviews and I was not disappointed!Update: Went back for a second time to see Kristie. The green nails are the first set - I told her I wanted them shorter and narrower this time, and the gray set are the results. Love it !!

As always, They are the best of the best!! I had a billion things to do today and was able to get my fill and pedicure done in no time and be on to my next errand of the day. They are always fast, friendly and do an amazing job.. I dont go anywhere else!

I would usually give this place five stars because everyone is very friendly and the quality is good, but every time I have tried to go they have had a 3+ hour wait, I even came in 30 minutes after they opened. Not realistic to keep trying to go there even though i live right down the street.

I tried this nail salon for the first time last Tuesday due to the plethora of good reviews. The staff was very friendly when I walked in and I was able to get services pretty quickly. The nail tech, Caramal was horrible. She cut my cuticles on multiple fingers, filed my nails down to the point it was hot and burning when the acrylic was put on, and the shape came out terribly even after I showed her specifically what I wanted. Not a single time did she check in to make sure the shape was right, and by the time I looked down it was too late.

Fast professional and friendly service. They do great work. Will definitely recommend to family and friends

I LOVE this place! This was the first time I have gotten acrylic nails on in years and I am so happy with the result. I recently had my second appointment (fill) after getting a full set a few weeks ago. Christie did my nails both for the full set and the fill, and Hiep painted my nails during my second appointment. Both times I have went they gave me exactly what I was asking for, and whipped out amazing nails in a timely fashion, all-the-while paying attention to detail. I got acrylic nails with gel polish, and they definitely hold up! I work in a hospital and I am constantly washing my hands or doing rough work with my hands, and my nails did not ever break or chip. They were done amazingly! I am recommending this place to all of my friends because of the excellent work they do!

Visiting my boyfriend in cleveland and I searched for places to get my nails done and decided to go here. The man that did my nails was professional/friendly and did an amazing job! I am so picky with my gel manicures considering if not done properly they peel or chip. I’m confident these will last, my nails were also cleaned really well. Thank you!

I have gone to do my nails with Kristie for over a year already with my daughters. We have had no problems with our nails or the service provided to us. Kristie treats all her clients as if they were family to her and she makes them feel appreciated. We go every three weeks to get our nails filled with her and our gel nail polish hasnt come off or chipped once. We thank Kristie for her service and for being an amazing nail tech.

Love the new shop! I have been going to Kristie for years to get my nails done and she always does a fabulous job! I am constantly typing at work and my nails never chip, crack or break. Its a little bit further of a drive for me but I have no qualms about going a little out of my way for consistently problem-free nails. Keep up the great work!

This salon is by far one of the best I have been. Knowing state board rules the staff adheres to them! I had an open wound from breaking a nail. I went to get the nail fixed and was told they couldnt because of the wound and possible complications. Most salons would have fixed it without any concern to you or them for that matter.The staff deals with a diverse clientele with true professionalism. They are up to date on the latest trends. They are dedicated nail techs with a passion for what they do. The salon takes their last customer at a certain time but will stay until everyone is done.The ethics of this salon surpass your typical nail place.

Kristie has been doing my nails for over 4 years. She does impeccable work in a timely manner. Whenever anyone else working in her shops has done a service for me, they have been windwonde as well. This new shop is further away from me, but so worth the extra travel time to get amazing services done by truly great people! The new shop is clean, beautiful, and relaxing. Loved my pedicure! But the constant badgering to get a gel finish is completely absurd. Like I said no 2xs and she still continued to ask......and then got mad because I continued to say no!

Staff was friendly and seemed to know her customers well, but the waiting cant handle. There were only 2 people I could see actually working. Sat for maybe only 15 minutes then got seated at a chair stating that someone will be right with me. After that I waited another 30 minutes and no one came to me so I had to leave. I hope they get more staff to deal with the wait because the place seems nice and clean.

So I asked for 10 different colors and long nails my nail tech did amazing on my first hand. Then she became lazy with the other, I got gel nails. She got the purple gel all over my finger. She over shaped 2 of my nails. And when I said something she got upset. Other than that the place was amazing. Super friendly and the place was super clean!

Went here for a chrome polish paid $35 on Friday by Sunday the polish was peeling off. The nail tech had never done chrome polish before and did a terrible job. I will never go here again...

I’ve been getting my nails done by the owner for years now and since she’s opened the shop things have only been greater. I’ve never once had a problem with my nails or polish, it always comes out to be pure perfection.

Been getting my nails done by Kristie and Veronica for a couple years now. They are both quick and efficient, I never have to wait long and if I broke nail it was due to something did and not a tech error. They have sooooo many different colors and types of polishes! I definitely dont let just anybody do my nails but I can always count on them for a job well done!

I paid 50 dollars for my nails with no design and in gel. The gel didnt set up correctly and I ended up with bubbles in my nails. The tech was doing my nails in a hurry. Awful place! Never going back again.
