The lady who did my nails cut my nail beds and sides of my nail multiple times with the file and drill there’s bubbles in my nails like what kept telling me to get gel because it’s more but her reason was “they last longer” she ruined my homecoming nails she didn’t wait till the paint dried out top coat on so it’s all blotchy she didn’t make them even one thumbs longer and fatter then the other like 🤦🏼‍♀️ they were better before covid i don’t know what happened since but i will not return

Went in on a Sunday which was my first mistake second mistake was letting somebody else do my nails instead of Kathy The nail tech did not do my nails the way that the picture looked and they had humps in it uneven they just horrible looking and I should have took a picture and I didnt but if you want to get your nails done right go to my serenity place on Memphis and ridge after Mindy or Jess or destiny you have to make an appointment only because of covid they dont want a lot of people in one room so yeah if you want your nails done the right way and not use the harmful chemicals that theyre using on our nails I cant explain it but someone did explain it to me and Im reporting them to the better Business bureau because they shouldnt be using the chemicals that theyre using theyre illegal they can only use Ohio products and theyre probably using China products so be careful ladies..

Not very hygienic. The monomer container had what seemed to be a build up of several months. The table looked dirty and full of debris.She used an extra wide brush to save time and nails looked like small shovels. I had to show her how to narrow them.2 brushes to wash your hand for 9 costumers being taken care of.Tech was rough and didnt care I was in pain. Almost ripped my own nail, trying to get old acrylic off without soak.There were no comfortable seats to sit and wait for our turn.Greeter was RUDE!

I scheduled an appointment and got another nail technician that I did not schedule with who is Lynn. And this is her work, she also cut me few times with her pedicure tools which left my toes burning! Do not waste your time or money here! They’re unprofessional and have very poor quality. The big toes are trashed!

BEWARE!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! Usually I don’t put in reviews but I had to do it this time as the way I was treated was unprofessional and unacceptable! Today I’d walked into the shop and stood at the front for approximately 4-5 minutes and no one acknowledged me. I’d then asked if anyone was going to assist me and one employee got up and said she was talking about something important and that I cannot interrupt anyone while they are talking. Mind you I had been standing there patiently for about 5 minutes and the 5 other employees that made eye contact with me didn’t acknowledge me either. Finally an older employee came over to me and apologized for the other employee and said she was having a bad day but that has nothing to do with me. I am a paying customer and if you can’t separate your personal life from your professional one you don’t need to be working. GET IT TOGETHER! If I was able to give zero stars, I would’ve! Remember that you are only open because of your customers!!!! If we go away, you go away!

THEY ROBBED ME THEY CHARGED ME 64 for my nails and I looked on my Transactions from my bank card and they took 77.40 for me and when I called the guy said we will look into and call you back and he never called me so I called and said I’m sorry I forgot I will look again so now they won’t answer and acting like they did nothing wrong . It’s not okay too tip yourself when clearly on the signs it says we don’t tip on credit cards if you pay more then 12$ so this place is horrible

I walked out because the owner told me he could get me right in I drove twenty minutes and walked into an hour wait talked to the other customers waiting and they said they were told the same thing. It was dirty and over crowded. Quite frankly I’m happy it was too busy.

I decided to treat myself and had a manicure and pedicure. It was wonderful. They take your temperature assure you have on a mask then put you in a chair that messages your body. Great experience and they did an awesome job.

Anytime Im at Nail Pros, Im greeted when I walk in. All the Nail Techs are Professional & Nice. Very Clean, with a nice selection of Colors. Oh, and fast. I Love that Their fast.

First time have my nails done in over 35yrs. my friend took me to nail pro, I knew they were there for 20+ years, but never had time for me or the money but in never go back to doing it my self great job..

I had the worst experience at this place. I was told I could not get my toes filed because the nail tech did not feel like doing it. I was there for a pedicure. I thought this was part of a pedicure. Was asked to leave without getting complete service.

There prices are wayyyy to high i got a manicure with gel polish and a peddy.. no added nails price was 77$ 😳🧐

First of all, the customer service there is ridiculous! They were very nasty and literally the worst gel manicure I have ever gotten in my entire life. I’m not from the area, matter of fact not even from this state. Here on vacation and decided to do a gel manicure. The polish is all over my skin and my nails aren’t even filled correctly. The nail tech was rushing and and the nail polish isn’t on correctly. The worst nail salon experience ever! I DO NOT recommend!

Will never go again. I got a gel polish change with Cathy. My nails are lumpy and one I had to file and fix myself even after I went back and asked her to fix it. She had wiped the polish off of the side of one nail and kept putting other layers on top of it, only to try and file it while it was still wet bc the dryer she had me using was junk. When she saw that she messed it up, she put the file down and told me $27. She even tried to blame me for messing the nail up and I then told her in front of other clients exactly what she had done. She also didnt even come close to the cuticle with the polish so that Ill need a polish change sooner... Totally ripped me off!! I have pictures that I have posted on other social media to prove that my nails by Cathy are trash.

I called at 11am and asked for an appointment for three people. Was given appointments for 6pm man said over phone he would have to do the appointments back to back. He was the only technician but this was agreed to over the phone. I gave names and what each person needed done. We get there at 5:51pm and already the greeting was rude. Waste of time giving info over the phone as none of it was written down had to do myself when we arrived. I was treating my mom and daughter today so I let my mom be first. They told my daughter and I we need to go walk around ridge park square cannot wait our turns inside. Charged 50 dollars for my mom’s very short nails with a plain gel polish. My daughter then had a polish change with gel polish that was 30 dollars. Was told by the technician I should wait til another time to get my nails done because he was tired. After I said no because I made appt. for three people he started my nails with huffing and puffing, stopped several times to look at tv, talk to what I assume were coworkers, mess with his phone, help coworker mess with his phone, and even got up went to the back to find a piece of candy for himself. Each time redoing the same thing on the nails he had already done because he got distracted. I guess my time isn’t money... watched another woman have an equally bad experience with another worker as I waited with the off an on of finishing my nails. Kicker I was charged 38 dollars for a short nail set fill with gel polish and he had the nerve to say it was all so expensive because of the time it takes to remove gel polish. This was my second visit went back in October and had a great experience with different set of people. Not sure if since pandemic they changed employees or ownership but I will not be going back or recommending this place to anyone. It was 9pm when we left the place. Never again these people need to get a grip.

I only go to one person and that is TOM ! I am very particular about my nails and how they should be done and he always gets my nails together. I have tried the other ladies but they are extremely sloppy and just want to get you in and out. If you go to nail pro go to Tom he will not disappoint, The five stars goes to Tom, not the location as a whole.

Worse customer service ever! Today while letting my polish dry on my toes the dryer stopped. I asked the nearby tech Sue if she could assist me. She told me she could not. I was thinking that she wasn’t understanding me so I told her again that the dryer will not come on. Mind you that I moved to another one thinking that it was that one but to my surprise the one next to it would not come on either. This lady looked at me and said ... “ so what do you want me to do.” She said tell them... referring to who I believe is the owner. You would think that since she work there .. she could have delivered the message if she really wanted to help. Instead she walks over and calls the next client and walked away. I was at a loss for words. Eventually Amy brought over a small fan and put it under the dryer... I’ve been patronizing this business for years but after today I am going to spend my money somewhere I’m appreciated.

Another hit or miss here, not consistent. When they are good they can be super but thats a pricey risk. Put the extra effort into training the staff so they are more confident after all you hired them. This is a great location, be encouraging. Team effort

I normally read reviews and I should have for this place. I made an appointment for 5 p.m. I get there at 4:52, sign in, and wait for what I thought was going to be 8 minutes. As I sit and wait for almost half an hour, I see a person walk in after me and writes their name down and is immediately called back. Nope, not today Satan. So I get up and ask how is this person called back before me and I have an appointment. With no apology, I am told to take a seat in the chair for my pedicure. Water was cold and guess what time someone actually started on me...6!!!!!!!!!!!! Then during the manicure, she cuts me twice and looked bored the entire time. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Your nails and time will thank you!!!!

I went in for a pedi today. I was pleasantly surprised! 30 bucks and was close to the best pedicure Ive ever had! I usually go to Venetian nails because theyre super clean and do a good job, but today I didnt feel like driving all the way there. Nail pro is no frills and def not the prettiest salon, but the tech did an amazing job and was so nice. The massage chairs were also really comfy. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about, but my experience was really good!

The lady that did my nails rushed through it all my nails look bubbly. No please. Not complaining about price. Complaining about integrity of your nail techs job.

I had a male nail tech and he was very passive aggressive. He tried to clean up the experience at the end but I do understand why a lot of reviewers have left negative comments. The vibe in the salon was not very welcoming and I will not be returning.

Ive been coming to Nail Pros (& DaVi Nails) for over 2 years. Im always greeted as soon as I come in. Kevin is professional & does a great job. ( if he didnt, I wouldnt be coming back here for over 2 years!) They last a long time without breaking, chipping or separating. I recommend them!

Kathy was great on my boyfriend feet. He gets them done on a regular and said over the years he has never had them done the way she did them. Thank you Kathy you are amazing

They did the worst job I’ve ever experienced in my life. Did not clean my cuticles and no matter how many times I told them to fix something or cut my cuticles they just wouldn’t listen. Waste of money.

The work done here is NOT of quality. Their focus is getting people in and out. They don’t care how our nails come out. My nails are never the same sizes. I’ve come in on slow days and busy days, I’ve had different people do my nails and the work is still bad. Nails are extremely thick. The nail art is Terrible! They don’t make sure the customer is satisfied. Got my nails done yesterday and it’s a horrible job. This is my last trip to this place!

The lady that had done my nails rushed the whole experience. $30 for a pedicure and she didnt do massage, warm towel, nothing. She started mine after my sisters yet i was done 10-15 minutes before my sister. She didnt do anything, other places give you your money worth, will not come here again.

Took my daughter there to get our nails done for her birthday, I got the dip powder and she got gels and it’s been less than a week and they are already chipping. The nails were done poorly and came out looking very cheap in comparison to the $70 bill. They are lumpy, uneven and all around very unprofessional looking. Not to mention that the girl skinned my finger to the point of bleeding. Very disappointed that I wanted my daughter to have a special day and feel grown up, only for her to be have ugly nails.

So I called to schedule an appointment on a Friday at 4:30. I called 3 days proir. When I get there sign in not even greeted so I took a seat with my god daughter and waited. After 2 people walked in and got seated in the pedicure stations. I asked the lady, explaining I had an appointment. So she yells it out loud and nobody moves. Then another mother and daughter walk in, they get greeted and get helped before me?! Who had a scheduled appointment. Completely unprofessional!!! Will never go there again.

Dont think Ill be back to this place. Just went and brought my 6 and 13 year old daughters, my youngest her nails were awesome her tech was very nice and patient. My 13 year old was getting a fill. Now this is where it gets kinda messed up. My nails were ok. However my tech was on her phone a lot of the time and to me thats not professional at all. And when I was like do you guys split the tip.she was like yeah. Personally I dont think my tech deserved the tip. But she then said how much my oldest daughters tech tip was and somehow that prompted her to just dismiss my daughter. Her polish was bubbled and if looks unfinished. Complaining to a manager is pointless. Just beware if you are new.

I stopped going here once I realized they charge to take polish off even when youre getting nails done again. Thats terrible. Also they and many other places charge $20 for gel polish which is ridiculous. Its a rip off. I have found another spot that only charge $10 for gel and do not charge for taking polish off. I advise everyone to question your bill.

I’m not gonna drag the whole shop. BUT AMY! She was rushing to do my nails, damaged my REAL NAIL. Polish looked terrible! I wouldn’t drag the whole shop because everyone else does good nails.

I went yesterday for a mani/pedi. Arrived about 3 pm as a walk-in and was out the door about two hours later. I was not in a hurry so felt I was serviced in a reasonable time, esp. as a walk-in; however, the tech was very rough clipping and shaping my nails and practically sawed into the nail bed. She seemed in a hurry and totally disinterested in what she doing at the moment. The experience was not enjoyable as I was tense because I was concerned a bit of toe and/or finger might get snipped or cut by mistake. There was a language barrier and so I was not sure whether the tech understood my request to be gentler. She did a great job shaping my finger- and toenails but she did not do a neat paint job which was disappointing AND the nail polish has already chipped! My toes still ache from the rough clipping. Hopefully I wont get an infection. I wont be going back although it was convenient without an appointment. I would not recommend this place. Two stars for the nicely shaped nails and the message chairs.

I did not read the reviews before stepping in just waisted two hours waiting and the lady who was supposed to take me keep booking all the family of the girl she had in her chair thats a really unfair behavior and I do not recommend this place.

They did a very sloppy job and charged $10 extra for coffin shape. I paid $40 for my nails and honestly it’s not even worth my money, they look horrible. Trust me don’t ever come here!

I went there to get a fill and a cut down. The lady that did my nails did a horrible job. My thumb nails are not the same length, the nail polish is not even on the whole nail plus she should of did more coats, the nails don’t even look filled all the way. To top it off she had an attitude because I was supposedly taking a long time to pick out colors. One that is your job, if you don’t like it then quit and two I am a customer that gave you a good tip. I will never go there again.

I went in, service was fast however my nails were crooked, way too thick and they started to lift after 3 days. The tech didnt listen when asked my nails to be shorter, the polish job was below average. And it was expensive. The place i went to after this to correct my nails charged me a lot cheaper and they were better quality. Stay away from this place.

Do not go here! Take your money to somewhere with nice employees who do not cut your finger. I got acrylics and had to beg her to make them the length I wanted. She wanted them to be super long but I cannot have super long nails due to being in a lab everyday. I literally begged to her to cut them shorter. It should not matter what she wanted considering I am the paying customer. Also - she gave me a really bad cut on my finger that bled and has still not healed 8 days later. She seemed annoyed with me the entire time and I did not enjoy my experience at all.

I wish i could give zero stars. They nic your fingers. They dont know how to properly shape the nail. They are slopy and rude. The list of things can go on forever. Dont waste your money and time here. There are much better places to get your nails done in the area

I went for the first time to get my nails done here I am not going to lie my nails looked good but the quality was horrible! The tip of my nail broke not even 24 hours of me having them done I did call and this guy says “what do you want me to do about it “ in a sarcastic way and I say I mean I called to see if you guys can fix it . I said I would go Friday but honestly I work and I’m always busy I had to fit getting my nails done in a tight schedule. Honestly money is not worth it .

Then she starts my nails someone came in late for a appointment that they even forgot they had so she stopped in the middle of doing my nails I had to then wait another half hour then I almost got skipped. They over charged me to just fill my acrylic nails came out to be 33.00 WHEN it says 18. THE women are rude about there mistakes and Now a week later my nails are starting to pop off. I will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. OR SUGGEST ANYONE GO HERE.

Got a soak off today and gel polish on my own nails that grew beautifully with the acrylic nails had a man I forgot his name blonde guy did my nails they look great

Im only selecting a 1 so I could write my review. I would select zero if I could. This place is ridiculous and ran so poorly, Im surprised its even still open. The service they provide is horrible. I was waiting for about an hr already and then a lady walked in and they took her right before me and she didnt have an appt I asked. No one greets u when u walk in so u have no idea how long ur gonna be sitting there unless u ask itself which is what I did. Ive been to other places and they are ran way better also more efficient! The gel polish on my hands which is suppose to last longer than 3 weeks was lifting after only a couple days!!! I will never be coming here again. The only reason I did in the first place is the place I normally go was booked and this was the only spot available. I also wanted to give them another try because the service I received prior was not good either. I like to give people chances to prove me wrong. Proves to show u being the available place isnt always the better place! I was proved right ladies dont come here!!!!!!!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS NAIL SALON AT ALL. First off when I walked in I was looked at by one employee not a smile or a welcome or anything, just looked and went back to what he was doing. Then when I sat down at my station the lady doing my nails was not nice at all and was not gentile with my hands. I had to choose my nail color while she was already doing my nails so I was not able to even look at all the colors. Then my nails looked horrible, the edges were snagging on everything after I had to ask her to file them down when she was done(which I was given attitude for). I also had my 10 year old niece with me she just got a manicure and he was done in 5 minutes and he used dirty water for her to soak her hands in, then he used that same water for the next person. I had to go home and file my nails because they were so bad. My total was $55 for a nail fill and a manicure. What a waste of $55.

Horrible service she rushed working on my feet and it was one of the worse pedicures I have ever have. Dont waste your money coming here can get a better service out of a guy in a trunk then to come here. Negative stars for me

Very disappointing. I went because it was close to my daughters house. Got shellac and 2 chipped the next day. Then 2 more chipped a day later. I went back and they did fix the 4 that had chipped at no cost so Im appreciative of that. But 2 days later they are completely peeling off. I get shellac all the time and this is the first time this has happened.

From them lifting. The woman had the younger girl do my nails art because she didnt want to. Its dirty there. This place needs shut down and cleaned up with all new employees or shut down period. They use cheap product and dirty work utensils/surfaces, not yo mention they make everyone use the same nail brush to wash thier hands. Please dont go here.

I went to this shop because it was close to my house and there was no wait!! I will never be going back!! I paid $25 to have my acrylic nails removed and a manicure. She let my one hand soak and processed to pop all the other nails off my other hand. The pain was awful, I never experienced anything like it!! Afterwards looking at my nails.. 3 of my nails are missing chunks of nail and my nails are a yellow pink color under the nail bed!! Im disgusted! This shop should be closed down!!

When i come to nail pro, i usually have AMY do my mani-pedi, I have used 2 orher ladies when AMY wasnt available they also did great work, i just prefer Amy she does excellent work, and will fit me in even when i dont have an appointment. The shop is clean and everyone is very nice, your greeted as soon as you arrive and promptly serviced.😊

Called at 4 and they told me to come in at 5:30 to get my nails just repainted and when I got there at 5:20 they told me they wouldnt take me. I will not be back at that salon

This is the worse nail shop I have ever been to and by far the worst experience I ever had. They are ALL rude. I did not like my nail polish color and she told me she didnt have time to change it and she only did 4 fingers. The fact that I was paying for service I should be able to request changes. She asked if I had money for her to change the polish color. RUDE. She cut my cuticles and I was bleeding out of 5 fingers by the time she was done. I will never go here again. Go to another salon. I am also reporting this shop because it is dirty and only had one scrub brush available that everyone was using.
