I went to this salon for service before going out of town. I was initially impressed with the service and low wait time. Employees are respectful within reason. The young man that did my pedicure and gel polish was efficient and polite. The older man that did my nails seemed just as efficient. HOWEVER, 4 days later all of the gel polish came off of my nails and one of the fill ins was cracked. I called and told them what happened and that I would not be able to return until the following week (out of town). Upon my return I was told I would have to pay because it was over 3 days. I have no problem paying but I Do have a problem with shotty work and NO accountability. Things happen. FR FR. I’m cool on this spot. I would not recommend.

While this nail shop is clean and professional looking some of their work is subpar. I decided to visit since my normal nail shop wasnt open and I went to get my nails done. Im glad to say I wasnt sitting down long before I was called by a salt and pepper haired man(late 40s) he took my request for a short Almond nail style he worked fast but when everything was said and done I dont feel my nails were worth the 37 dollars. Around the edges werent filled completely and the acrylic was a thin layer which made my nails look and feel uneven. I had to repair them at home because if I left them as they were Id be back in that nail shop in a week and its a PANDEMIC out here I came to treat myself not be ripped off.So three starts from your local guide,here is my take away. Pros and Cons.Small wait time(even with 8 people already in the shop getting work done on their hand and feet)Fast work(while that is partly a good thing in this case he didnt make sure my nails were filled completely or even)Clean establishment(it was well lit and didnt have a strong smell)I hope everyone else at least can gather if they wish to go here for their nails.Ill post a before and after pictures of my nails.

I will be using envy nails for now on. Clean, comfortable, busy but i didnt have to wait for a long time. And my hands and feet look great!!!

I paid $71 and and two of them are Crooked..Idk what I was thinking.. just make sure yall speak up and say something when youre getting your nails done not everybody does Good Nails there

I’ve been here 3 times and seen 3 different techs, each time acrylic was too thick and my nails didn’t even last 2 weeks. I paid $75 for short nails that did not last and were extremely crooked. All around bad experience. Will never go back

Just all around rude. My first couple of times there were pretty cool. But there is no ump they don’t say welcome or anything when you come through door. They just call your name and tell you what number chair to go and sit it. I won’t be going back.

They seemed nice at first, but the whole customer service is not a priority of theirs, for sure! They need to incorporate the proper customer service with other services that they preform!

The wait was pretty long. Around 2.5 hours for service but the employees were nice. My paint chipped only after a few days and I got gel polish.

The owner messed up my nails. I went back 4 days later the son said the would fix free of charge. I waited over a hour finally get in the chair he fixed them and changed me a additional 29.00 for a polish change and was very rude when I inquired about the price and told him it was his error. All the while his wife is yelling from her station while she has a client. Will never spend my money with these clowns again

I was there for an 1 1/2 waiting for Maria who is awesome and always does a wonderful job. Her work is perfect and I didn’t mind the way. I was coming in to have my nails soaked off and then a new set. Instead of soaking my nails off linda decided it would be a grand idea to rip them off of my fingers because “soaking takes to long” I left and went to Infinity nails located in bedford where I highly recommend. You want great customer service go somewhere else.

I got my nails done by Envy Nails after one shop was way too far and not worth the inconvenience; it was recommended by a friend. Then when I tried to make a appointment at another nail shop, their hours were So funny... I gave up after a second try of trying to get them done their. But Nevertheless, I took the time to read reviews and look at some other nail shops and seen Nail Envy. I was doubtful, but the young lady who did my nails was very pleasant and funny, asked me what I wanted done- wasnt trying to push other services on me, told me the price of what I wanted done, and last but Definitely not least... she did such a good job on my nails. Will be back f Sure 😁💅🏾 ( My nails were done 10/19/19)

I went into this shop with high hopes and I was seated with an older male. He continued to tell me that my nail length is ugly and that he couldn’t do what I wanted. He missed my fake nails with the paint and didn’t paint most of them along with making my nails lumpy.

I was very pleased with services rendered at Envy nails. My nail technician John was excellent. The atmosphere was good as well. I would recommend my friends to go there for services

The Owners are Husband and Wife. The Husband was Cool, the Wife is Rude. And, the Guy named John, I think Hes their Son. His personality is HORRIBLE! The Shop itself is nice. And, the Lady, who actually did my Nails, Mary, was nice.

I just left there yesterday... I saw the man at the front be so rude to a client that I couldnt take anymore watching the abuse of clients. Sadly enough, the other techs supported the rudeness. After I walked out, he told me that I would just come back again anyway... it was truly sad to watch such a terrible attitude towards the people that make your business run. The prices arent any better than anywhere else anyway and the wait is usually long.

Do yourself a favor and NEVER go to this “nail shop”. The man that works in the front is so RUDE, he smokes cigarettes and doesn’t wash his hands before he touches you it’s absolutely disgusting. Just had my aunt call the place, because their service toward me was disrespectful. When my aunt asked why was I treat in a disrespectful way when all I was trying to do was get my nails done and they said they can treat black people how ever they want. I just don’t understand why this shop has such disrespectful people working for them. And why are you charging me for a shape that I wasn’t charged with the first time I’ve got my nails done here. I always receive great service here. My nails always look great and last more than 2wks even though I work in healthcare and Im frequently washing or using hand sanitizer. The shop was recently remodeled and it makes me like this place even more!

Absolutely awful. The guy was in such a hurry to get me out, he gave me the worst set of nails Ive ever had. I asked for round and all of my nails were different shapes and lengths. Did a horrible job painting them one solid color. Had to repaint at least three. I never rate places but I wasted a lot of money at this place and I wont come back.

The service is decent and the building is clean and organized. Prices are responsable and the staff seemed friendly. I normally get powder acrylic color, which they don’t offer here so I went with gel. It lasted about two days before it cracked, kind of disappointing.

There was horrible service. They kept drilling to where I now have a scab on my finger. They also busted my sore open and cut my nails crooked and charged me extra for no reason and also did horrible designs to where I had to fix them when I got back home.

The ONLY person worth seeing up there is Maria and I wish she’d start her own shop. The new owner is COMPLETELY RUDE! I waited forever for Maria which I didn’t mind at first because the shop should be called “Maria’s”. She gets so much business because she’s SO kind and does EXCELLENT work. I’m talking Nails on fleek and they stay on lol. But people who came after me were getting in and out so I kindly said to the (God keep me from inserting nasty words here) *clears throat “owner”, “I’ll take the next available because I’ve been here forever.” He basically played dumb with me, no smile just this rude ugly smug the whole time and never gave me a real response but people just kept going before me that came in after me (mind you they DONT, or at least didn’t at that time, do appointments so EVERYONE was a walk in). Before I finally just got up and left after waiting another hour after the first two that I waited for Maria (and no I’m not exaggerating) I let the manager know, clarified that he was the new owner (before I just completely boycotted the place) and left. At no time was there any compassion or kindness or even just good customer service. He could’ve just said “Oh sorry for the wait, I’ll have the next free technician take care if you.” And BOOM I would still be a customer, but never mind. It has been about 6 mos now and I hope Maria has removed her name from that negative place or at least hope they’re under better ownership. They’ve had a few new owners over the past 8 or so years. I for one will never go back unless I can make an exclusive appointment with Maria or they get a better owner. I don’t know that owners name but he’s an Asian guy, tallish maybe, normal build, with glasses like another review says. Though they’ve never really been completely satisfying in customer service no matter who owned it, this is the only time I’ve been compelled enough to actually write a review and it’s not a good one so that’s unfortunate. At any rate, I wouldn’t recommend going here unless you’re prepared to wait for their BEST technician and absolute kindest person in general, Maria.

I absolutely love this place! I have been coming here for 10 plus’s years now & I have no complaints. Everyone here is so good at what they do & it’s beautiful inside nice & clea, they are fast so the wait isn’t to long. My go to are Linda Maria & Mary for my nails I always get different shapes & they always make sure they are perfectly shaped for me! John is the only one I let do my Peds only because I get very bad ingrown & he gets thm & takes his time & make sure it’s done right! Ppl always compliment my nails & I love to tell ppl about the place I get thm done! I highly recommend them♥️♥️♥️

I wanted stiletto and she told me she hated doing long nails and then made them coffin. And my nails still wasnt shaped properly.

My nail tech was terrible she couldnt figure out how to hold my hand to paint my nails then lets not talk about the electronic drill! The sides of my fingers are so sore and using the regular finger nail file was even worse her and attitude didnt make it any better!
