The work was satisfactory for me, the wait time wasnt so bad either. But here is where I get my nails and feet done when I dont go to Olive Branch to get them done. But do know they prices g one up to.

This was the worst place to visit to get nail service. The techs there think its so funny when they dont do what you are paying them to do. Then, they want to start speaking in a different language when you address the issue. I wouldnt recommend anyone to visit this place. Very unprofessional and thinks just because you may not know what they are saying, its ok but its not ok. Management wasnt any better. This was just a horrible experience. I will never recommend nor return to this place.

He rushed through my pedicure and I paid for a spa pedicure but only got warm water. He cut my feet with the cheese grater and they didnt put my lashes on I had to do it myself. Never going back.

Some of my nails were uneven and bulky BUT the nail techs were polite.

I wish there was a zero stars for this place. The shop is dirty, they want to give you the service they want you to have and not what you requested, and unprofessional. I wouldnt recommend their services anywhere to anyone.

Horrible experience! All they want is $$$ they are not sanitary, and do not care about your satisfaction. I went in for a simple pedicure, and when the lady hurt me with a cheese grater they wondered why I did not want to pay! I will call health department on them with their sanitary practices!

Long wait. Rude. Just poor customer service. You can tell they’re only worried about making money. Save yourself some time and annoyance and go somewhere else.

Literally the worst salon I’ve been to in awhile. They aren’t careful to not use the same Emory boards on toes and nails. They aren’t clean. They don’t make sure to clean around the nail bed once they are done.
