This place is fantastic and very relaxing! If you are little bit on the heavier side you will be extremely comfortable. Front desk lady was friendly and I definitely recommend Kimberly. She hit all the tough and tight muscles. The massage rooms are so nice, clean and smell great. And the price is a very affordable.

Totally excellent service for not a bad price! The nail tech really took her time to carefully do my nails and they have never looked so good. Also I asked the hairdresser for a wavy vintage style and he did my hair perfectly, exactly how I was picturing it.

Shameka did my facial. She was amazing. She did some extractions as well, but was so good at it, that it didnt really hurt like they usually do. She put me in a relax state of mind and took all my worries away. This has been the best facial within 15 years. No kidding! The room is also very soothing and comforting. Wonderful relaxing music as well. I also think the massage table is heated which was really nice.

Aroma therapy facial with Olga was great but I expected to be advised on what was best for my skin and that didnt happen. Also had a massage that was ok. Cancelled pedicure no one told me I would sit there soaking forever before they ever got started on me.

Had appointments for myself and my friend to get up dos for a night on the town. Got there and they made 1 appt with someone who doesnt do Up dos, was totally bummed! It was supposed to be a girls morning with hair and makeup and fun! Instead 1 of us got our hair done while the other wasnt able too.Only reason Im giving 2 stars is because they apologized, but it didnt make up for them not figuring out a way to make it right! We do this often and will be finding a new place in the future.

She paid attention to my request and focused on the areas I really wanted massaged, I got a facial and my skin is literally glowing, and I ended it with a pedicure and that was the icing on the cake. The masseuse talked the ENTIRE time. It was awkward and hard to stop. The masseuse also spoke badly about the company. Can you believe that?! I would never go back, but was only in town for business, so thankfully I wont have to. In addition, the changing rooms were so small, better described as a stall. This is not an exaggeration. Theres nowhere to sit within the changing room. Just a sink, hand soap, and a cheap wall hair dryer with a broken piece. How are you to get yourself back together after services? The shower for massage services is not next to the changing area and is again, a stall with a small standing space right outside of the stall. Theres no trash bin within the shower stall to discard the undergarments they give you for the body wrap that requires the shower afterward. So youre forced to leave the undergarments on the floor? Are they sanitizing between services? The answer is no, because the mat in the shower was so gross and the corners of the shower were black (mold??), that I rinsed off for 5 seconds and decided I wouldnt get or feel clean in this environment. No mirror in there either. If you go here and think its the tops, maybe youve just not had many spa experiences. Look around, there are truly better options. Sorry I took the suggestion from my hotel. I still tipped, and tried to speak to the manager on the way out, but she was so nice and complimented me on my hair. I didnt know how to address the employee talking about her or even if I should. And its not her fault the architect of her spa built the smallest changing room ever or a back house design that doesnt make sense. But the cleanliness stuff, she can change. So, maybe shell see this.

The staff was friendly, but was not worth the price. My wife and I had a couples massage and the room was extremely small. I advised that my back was the biggest focus when they asked and I feel that got the least amount of focus. Every massage Ive had, they had massaged our feet, they did not touch our feet. They spent the most amount of time on our necks, which felt like it was kind of a waste.

I died and went to heaven. Better spa, by far, than all others I have been to. Great service, great prices, just wow! Ill be back for sure!

Hands down I had the best massage I ever had by Cassandra. When I say this woman had magic in her hands im not joking!! My husband and I visited Marengo for couples massages and his was also amazing. I recommend this place for massages. It was very relaxing, staff was inviting and pleasant. I will be returning.

This is our go to place for total relaxation downtown. The staff are extremely professional and welcoming so you always feel comfortable and relaxed. The spa is located in the Hyatt building which is beautiful to walk through, especially when its set up for a wedding.

I was staying at the Hyatt and popped in on Friday evening to see if they had any appointments available on Saturday morning, I got an appointment for a manicure and pedicure with Danielle. I had a nice experience with her. No complaints about my nails, she did a good job. But really what made me come back to write a review was that its been 4 days since my appointment and my nails still look great! Not a single chip. I didnt get a shellac manicure, but I did choose a color that was in the CND Vinylux line. This polish is awesome. Im glad this salon uses it. The price for the mani and pedi is a bit above what I normally pay, but I am getting way more time out of it. I wish I lived in Cleveland, because this would be my new nail salon!

I had an anti-aging facial by Olga. It was phenomenal! A little pricey but worth it. I will be returning. Staff was professional and extremely accomodating.

Our staff was sent for a treat to the spa and scheduled a luxury express package for six of us. My massage was great! I had Kimberly, and all of my team members who had her liked her, they did noted she talked a lot during the massage. The other girls who had the other masseuse were not impressed. She did not look like she should be working in a spa and she kept on yawning while doing their massages. When it was time for nails, it was the same. Some of us were lucky to get a good nail techs, while others had unprofessional techs. Two left as soon as our nails were done because their shift was over and our nails were still wet. Our last staff member stayed later and her tech was talking bad about her co-workers and was also talking about one of our team members. Important rule of Customer Service, you do not talk bad about one customer to another. The employee at the reception was very courteous. The facility itself was not very clean. I was a member of the Renaissance Spa in NC, so unlike my co-workers I had previous experience to make a comparison. Bathrooms were not in the best shape and needed major cleaning, lockers were not clean, and the waiting area was messy, not very spa like. It was more like a salon.

I had my hair colored, cut and styled and liked it. Im very picky about my hair, but the stylist seemed to know what cut/style would frame my face the best. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. Definitely going back.EDIT: DO NOT GO HERE. I went back and I dont know if the first time I went was just a fluke...but it was legitimately the worst highlight of my life. Its very expensive and NOT worth the money. Having a friend color your hair from a box would be more cost effective because youre just going to have to pay to get the color corrected.

I attended this spa with a group of co-workers and I was very surprised at this visit. I had much higher expectations for a spa that is part of the historical Arcade building. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful whenever I had a question. The place itself seemed very drab and old. The robes and shoes that we changed into were very worn and seemed unclean. Also, the rooms we changed in seemed more like a gym locker room rather than a spa. The lockers themselves had dirt and hair in the bottom as well. We had two masseuses for our group and I know all of us who had the same masseuse we very unhappy with the experience. This was my first experience with having a massage so I was a little clueless at first, but as it progressed, I quickly figured out that this was not how its supposed to be. The massage felt very rushed and, even though I told her it was my first time, hardly any directions or expectations were laid out. Also she kept yawning the whole time which was very distracting and kept me from fully relaxing. The first time I didnt think too much of it since it was later in the day, but she proceeded to yawn at least 4 more times in the span of a 25 minute massage. Then when she was done she said, Okay, times up! and then left the room with no further instruction (I didnt know if I was supposed to stay in the room and wait for her to walk me out or just see myself out). I spoke with the other women I was with and they all relayed the same story of the rushed massage and yawning, so I knew I wasnt crazy. Then when we got to the nail portion of our package, the tech (Raquel) I had was very nice and I thoroughly enjoyed her work but I could definitely tell there was some tension between the techs and one of them was even making rude comments about one girl in our group, which was very unprofessional. Overall it wasnt a terrible experience, but I would definitely think twice about coming back or recommending to a friend. This facility could definitely use some fine-tuning.

Worst service ever very expensive for a bad service I had a blow dry and I could do better then that at home! And the lady who works there gave me different price then the other lady give me a different price!! They don’t know how to hairstyle hair. I will never go back again!

I would literally give this spa a 0 but its not an option. My husband and I went there for our Anniversary on September 27th to get a couples massage. We were dressed and ready to enjoy our services. The massage therapist asked me where Id like to focus on and what I did for a living. I told I do alot of what she does because Im an Esthetician and Im on my feet all day hunched over, so I have neck and shoulder pain. She literally looked at me and said, Dont you dare clump me in your profession I dont touch no coochies. Ill let it slide this time! I could not believe my ears of what I was hearing! The extreme unprofessionalism and disrespect that came from her was appalling. Its true she should never clump herself with me because Im not trash. The whole reason we stayed at the Hyatt was specifically for the spa. We were so disappointed and it really put a damper on our Anniversary. Obviously we did not get our massages we left immediately. We were told the owner would call us and we yet to hear from her. Tomorrow would be a week since we went. This place is disgusting and would never recommend!!

What a disappointment! Ive been traveling on-stop for 7 days, driving over a thousand miles with an out of whack sciatica and its my birthday, so I treated myself. I feel like my 6 year old rubbed my back a little - OK thats an exaggeration but it was terrible. I typically dont leave reviews but I want to forewarn others. I didnt book a deep tissue, certainly didnt receive one and yet was charged for one. If youre looking for a great massage - dont go here! She didnt even massage my poor aching feet!!!!!

Sent my wife there for a massage while I was at a business meeting. Dont mind paying the prices if the massage is done well. But she actually felt bad for the girl giving the massage it was that bad. Not a relaxing environment, nor was the services provided even considered average.Could just be a onetime thing or a bad day. But I am leaning towards that it often goes this way.
