Um pretty sure this doesnt exist any more?

A friend of mine recommended this place for a manicure and pedicure. I’m glad they did because this place was nothing but AMAZING! New management has this place running nice and quick. I would highly recommend this salon over any other in Parma.

Horrible service, does not know how to shape nails, cut and made me bleed multiple times. i had to come home and file them myself and they still look horrible.. no fixing them.. not worth the money at all. will never go back

I made an appt for 530 to get a full set. I showed up a few minutes early and the woman began yelling at me saying I was not her appt. When I tried to explain that it was me who called she turned her back on me and started mumbling under her breath saying omg etc as I stood there and stared at her. She said a few other rude things and I ended up leaving. She called me a few minutes later asking me when I was coming in and when I told her that I was just there she played dumb and then asked me to come back. I told her absolutely not seeing as she was way too rude. Very very unprofessional!!!

They did a great job with My girls nails i even got a pedi myself! The atmosphere was amazing and the workers were very professional! I highly recommend them over any other nail shop in the parma area!

Had the best Mani/Pedi service ever! The gel polish last more than 3 weeks and if your time sensitive they’ll have you out the door under an hour. Under new management, highly recommend you booking your appointment with Thanh or Xuan.

Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! They can not do nails! Or shape them. My nail came off the next day & I had to file my own toes for my pedicure because he did them wrong. Omg I will NEVER return. Felt like I was teaching them how to do nails! #GiaaG

Nails came out terrible. Very lumpy, all of them are lifting and it’s only been 2 days. I don’t normally do this but I am very disappointed

The guy with short dark hair did poor job while doing pedicure never asked if I want nails trimmed toes are not painted correctly I couldve just done them myself

I gave them the benefit of the doubt after reading there poor reviews! I had gel placed on my real nails. The first week the whole gel lifted and fell off one of my nails. I went back to have it repaired the old lady implied I must’ve hit my nail on something! We all know if done correctly you’d get more cuticle showing on gel before the paint chips or falls completely off! I’m 2 weeks in and my nails are chipping and coming up around the complete nail on every finger, snagging my clothing,hair anything they get close too! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!,

I don’t like my nails at all. She filed them shorter then I said and she didn’t clean the nail polish off my cuticles or around the nail so it looks sloppy as hell. There’s trapped air bubbles under the clear coat, I have pink and they’re very noticeable. When asked to fix it all she said to wait a minute and went over to massage chair and made personal call and sat there talking for 40 minutes before I said screw it and left. She also ask that I pay first right after she put my acrylics on and I wish I didn’t. The acrylic powder they use is so uneven and sloppy and she tore my skin sanding my nails with the electric tool

Staff was wonderful but the nails were horrible. I got a full set of acrylics that didn’t even last a week. The nail polish was all over my cuticles, there where missing spaces of nail polish. I told the lady and she said she was going the best she could. They where very kind but horrible work. I can see why it’s so cheap :/

Went there for the first time with a friend of mine. It was supposed to be a relaxing day from a bad week. She screwed up her nails and got extremely rude when my friend, who was being nice, said she wasnt happy with the shape. She showed her a picture of the shape she wanted and it was nothing like the picture yet she argued that it was.... even after 2 people told her it wasnt even close. So they refunded her money without refunding the tip... Then Offered to fix it if she wanted but said she would have to wait until the other 6 people in there were done. So after being rude and confrontational they expected her to wait, when the woman working there screwed up the nails in the first place ans we we got there first. Forget it! Then the rest of the time we were there waiting for mine to get done, the two in there doing the nails has the nerve to talk badly about my friend in a different language. Guess what, be careful what you say in front of people that DO UNDERSTAND what you are saying. Im not there to give you my hard earned money to be insulted. Yes, I did understand you.My nails were very sloppy. The nails are so thick, not filed evenly, not painted completely, nail polish on the skin around the nails... nail polish is very clumpy on the nail. Horrible! Never again! Ive been to many nail place, this is by far the worst.Oh and as I was there, I was watching and noticed 3 people that had gotten pedicures. Basin was not washed, no liners.... did not see any sterilization and one of the basins were used twice while i was there. So be careful.

IF coulda give this place less then one star I would that’s what they deserve called the day before to see if I needed an appointment to get acrylic nails done was told no we do walk ins went there the next day was rudely told I need an appointment which is ok but you don’t half to be rude as I was waiting her the other lady trying to over charge a woman who was getting nails done these woman are rude and will never go back!!!!

Horrible! So rude. They told me if I wanted 6 layers of gel including top and bottom coat to go somewhere else. Then after we worked that out, He wasnt even paying attention when painting there was fuzz on my nails from their towels that he painted over. He didnt paint the sides of my nails they were thick in some areas and was no paint in other areas. The shape has sharp uneven edges. I asked him to fix it and he had an attitude. My skin was stuck to my nails. I said I was very dissatisfied with them and he was rushing me out. I told him I shouldnt have to pay full price and he said nothing is free in America. He said I will take the Polish off and you can leave. I said I didnt want him to touch them again. So I gave him 10$ just to leave. He said I dont want to see you back here. I said I would not ever go back!!??TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE WORK

Used to go here & they were decent. Went this time & my gel polish is already needing a fill super bad after 3 days.. I don’t know how they paint nails seeing it not being done correctly.

Went for a girls night out. Pleasant.

I called because I needed my acrylic nails taken off and they told me they were closed when they werent. I called a half hour before close.

I love all the ladies here, Always do a really nice job. Highly recommend.

Was going here often to get pedicures and haven’t got acrylics (full set) in a long time. Went in for one and wasn’t sure about the length. I told the lady I wanted the nails to be shaved down a bit because they were too long for my liking and I told her it was my first time in so long that I was getting them done. Her response was “you’re wasting my powder!!! I’m charging you $5 extra” and the lady behind her told her to say that again to me as if I was deaf or something. Acrylics cost $27 here and they charged me $41. I’m never spending my hard earned money here EVER again. This place doesn’t even deserve a half a star.

I had a mani pedi on Monday for my birthday, it’s Friday and I came in to show them it’s all chipping and coming off. The girl was going to do a polish change and I waited about 20 minutes and another lady came over and said no they won’t fix it unless I pay. I told her I have never had a manicure that didn’t last at least 2 weeks. I left and will never return.very poor customer service 😞

They’re so rude to me every time I come in. Two of my nails broke 2 days after and I went to get it fixed and she made me pay. The rest broke a week later. $50 for a full set and they only lasted a week

My ex girlfriend spent over $50 to get her nails done here, not only did they take almost 2 hours to even see her when she was next in line her nails just fell off and shr didnt even have them for more than a week yet! Her nails werent even painted all the way, crooked, and different shapes when they were all suppose to look the same. I will never take her here again. Trina did her nails.
