Soso. The pedicure was good but too quick. The lady doing nails was rude to me. There was a misunderstanding about what services I wanted and shale of nail I wanted. Her tone was not friendly. My aunt, daughter and step mom got their nails (hands and feet) done and they all enjoyed their time and were happy with the end product

I came in as a walk in, but called ahead. Due to the fact Im a truck driver I called to see if they had availability and if it was space for my rig and trailer. But was told that its enough space. Im.Once I walked in I all glad I followed my mind and took a late instead heads and eyes turn my way but not one staff member greeted or ask what kinds of services was I seeking for today. I waited 20mins before requesting another life driver to take me back to my rig.

I walked in on a Wednesday ask if they had time to do a pedicure they said yes. I was never ask what kind what color nothing. A child ran my water her mother did my feet a 15min pedicure and I paid $35.00 I ask for what and told him that was NOT what I wanted.He didnt care!!! I never seen them clean before me or after so honestly I didnt think this is a good place to go. They never even said one word to me but yes.....last one plz.... and $35.00Ummm NO!!!! I have never been treated like this when going to a nail salon.

They were very nice. And done a great job. I had dip done to my nails and they look great.

I went in for a pedicure and my feet were rough and I had ingrown nails on each and she did a wonderful job. She is definitely a pro no pain while doing it and I will always go there for now on.

This salon is very unprofessional. I sat for maybe 5 minutes before being greeted, then for another 5 minutes before asking which service I wanted. Then waited for an additional 30 minutes while being moved around the salon and while others were getting serviced before. I decided to leave at that point because the customer service and communication skills were very poor.

Too many kids running around with no shoes and yelling.. It needs to be more of a quiet and professional environment. It’s super hot as well and it feels like the air condition unit is broke. The wait time for eye brow wax shouldn’t take so long. There needs to be more than one person that’s capable of waxing..

I drive from Athens to Cleveland just to see Rose, best service and best prices by far! Everyone is super friendly!

So Im highly agitated.🤨😒 I go to this nail salon religiously and normally have a great experience but not this time around.smh Mind u we are in the middle of a Pandemic but you shouldnt brush aside customers especially those who are loyal and make the necessary appointments,wear their mask, etc.Changing appointments on the spot & Last minute is highly inconvenient for the clients.I feel,My dollar is just as green as anyone elses so I felt disrespected this time around.As witnessed, I was not the only person this has happened to but unlike them Im not gonna just accept it.My advice for them is to STOP OVER BOOKING!...otherwise, you risk losing business. Ijs frfr

Everytime I get my nails done here, no matter how much I pay, my nails always looks cheap and they dont last. They start to peel or look really fake before the time that they should. Im going to stop going here. Ill go every do often thinking maybe theyve gotten better, but no they havent!!

I have been a regular customer at this salon since it opened, and a customer of Rose since 1997. She is not just the best nail person ever I am also proud to call her a friend. She takes a lot of pride in her work and I have never had any problem with any of her work. She is willing to try any of my pictures and I usually get something extra added.
