I bought my house in December and was told it came with a home warranty so don’t worry about the old furnace because if anything happens within a year it can be fixed or replaced . Not if you go through this company.The first tech got here before my appointment time and already seemed annoyed and rushed. I told him what was wrong with it that the furnace heated up fine but if I set it at a normal 70 temp it wouldn’t shut back off right away once it reaches the temperature . he replaced the thermostat . he said he would stay until it shut off but it started cycling again. he took the cover off the furnace and got a Camera and poked around and said it was rusty . since the furnace is from like the 50s what a surprise .he then said he wouldn’t use it and he shut it down. He said he would let me know what the company said but it probably wouldn’t be right away. Then after he left I had to clean mud from the floor because he didn’t wear booties on his shoes . next day I get a phone call saying the tech was on his way and when I called the secretary told me that he signed into his ticket wrongAnd to disregard. I then went to the HMS website to see what their status was on my claim And it said it was complete. I talk to a rep from HMS and let him know that I did not have a working furnace or a furnace at all At this point because the tech had shut it off. they said the tech called in the order as improper maintenance and rust as the reason the furnace malfunctioned. He never wrote down that he shut it offSo they scheduled another visit to have another tech come out to turn it back on We are now a week from the time they shut off my furnace and I had two 30° days in between.this tech came out came to the door and I opened the door for him. He did not introduce himself He did not say anything just followed me to the furnace. No shoe booties- and within 15 minutes he said it was unsafe because of CO2 and would not turn it back on. He claims his partner is correct and that it was improper maintenance and rust which is odd because I haven’t been here long enough to maintenance the furnace. And then of course he had to ask me if I got a home inspection. I could not afford the home inspection anymore then I could afford a new furnace but he happily offered to get me some prices on a new furnace since mine was not going to be covered by my warranty. I do not think he ever intended to turn my furnace back on today.before I called them at least I had heat. Had the first guy checked the CO2 levels and called it in as that I probably could’ve got my furnace replaced. Nice work guys!!

Began having AC issues this spring, contacted our home warranty company who referred the job to another service company (Budget); they came out twice and said nothing was wrong, and we continued to have issues, theyre customer service was also quite poor.Our job was then given to BTU and we could not be more thankful. From the moment we began interacting with their customer service folks we felt they were equally concerned and would work with us to resolve the issue. They had a gentleman (Curtis) come out on Memorial Day who was great, very professional, and had the AC working again. It unfortunately went out again about an hour after Curtis had departed. The following day another gentleman (also named Curtis) came out, spent nearly 3 hrs and got it working with plans to follow up with us. Both service technicians (Curtis & Curtis) were extremely friendly, professional, and made us feel like getting our AC functioning again was their top priority. On the Tuesday after memorial day, they worked with us to accommodate our work schedules as well (unlike the first company we were assigned to). They even worked with our home warranty company to make sure we did not incur additional costs and everything was on the up and up with them.Thank you so very much BTU!!!!You will not find a better heating/air company to work with in NE Ohio.

AAA+++... I have to say that this company is the BEST around...!! I had a problem with my heater going out. They came out immediately and fixed my heater! VERY PROFESSIONAL and VERY POLITE!! They called ahead to let me know their name and that they were on their way. When they showed up to my house, they put covers on their shoes, and went to work. They found the problem and explained what the problem was to me. They gave me a couple options, and explained how each one to me. They were Very User Friendly!!! Again, if you have a Heating or A/C problem... Call these guys!! Youll be glad you called them and I know you wont be disappointed..!! Thank you BTU Comfort Solutions for everything!!!!!

We started using BTU this past winter when our heater went out Sunday morning 6AM and we were worried about the pipes freezing. Don, the owner off BTU also conveyed the worry and was here within the hour to fix the heater. Since then we have built a great relationship with BTU and have recommended him to several friends and family members that cant believe the great service BTU has provided them... and us! Very highly recommended.

These people are fantastic!! I have been dying in this heat wave since my furnace blower motor died weeks ago. I replaced it myself but it wasnt blowing hard enough and I couldnt figure out why. Was at wits end when they were able to get someone out within an hour to fix the simple problem. Couldnt be happier! Thank you!!

Its rare that I rate things, but this is warranted: Don and his crew did everything right. They always send a text/email when OTW and are actually punctual. I shopped a multitude of contractors and BTU came in on the lower end of pricing but the higher end of product value and service delivery (another HVAC company was trying to price almost $2k more for the same exact hardware). Until further notice, hes my heating/cooling guy
