Not sure, A/C worked till the kid took it apart.
No showed for an appointment, stated they called “multiple times” 0 missed calls, building manager also had 0 missed calls. Customer service line was a bit abrupt. Cant comment on quality of work but very difficult to schedule
Second week Of January Mike Aerni the president of Conser-air came to give us a quote for a whole house generator. He said we would have the quote by the weekend or Monday of the next week. Well I called a week after he was out and again promises of getting it to me. Again, no quote, called again promised it again by the end of Friday. Again, no quote I have sent emails, texts and called at least 5 times. I would never use this company! I would never put a down payment down because you may never get your product! This has been going on since January 20th. Never use this company if I could I would have given zero stars!!!
Need a new air conditioner.Called on a Monday and said could only come at end of week bc very busy. Understandable. Came out Friday said needed to replace fully or fix motor for a couple hundred. We said we wanted to replace fully. Said he would call Monday about installing. Never called. Busy, I get it. Left a message Tuesday to ask if they had an idea about when. Got a call back saying to expect a call later in the week. Never called. So I Called and left another message. Its now been two weeks. I get it - youre busy, but Im a repeat customer that youre neglecting. weve been living in the heat for 3.5 weeks now- So disappointing.
When everyone else wad busy and could not come check out my furnace after explaining my 85 year old mother was living with me, Conserv-Air put me on the schedule first thing in the morning at 8:00-10:00 am. The technician was very polite, on-time, and checked everything before leaving. I would recommend them next time I have issues with my furnace.

They took the time to answer our questions, they always called to let us know the progress and the new AC unit/mini split is great. The installation team was so professional, too. We had a Lennox Elite Series HVAC installed at our home in October and even though we have not gotten to winter yet, I could see immediately how much quicker it warmed the house and how quieter it was! The 2 stage furnace is a great feature along with the high efficiency filter. The high efficiency filter does a great job of moving air though the house resulting in more uniform heating and cooling. Through the winter, the heater did a great job. We just started using the AC and the upstairs if far cooler than with our old unit and the temperature is more uniform throughout the house. The installation crew was very fast, clean and thorough, the people at the offices though are a little slow to respond.
Excellent Prompt ServiceWe called at 3 p.m. and spoke with Scott. He was professional and understanding of our problems. Given the late hour, I was concerned we wouldnt receive service until the following day. Scott was honest and said he would check in with his technicians and get right back to me. He returned my call within 10 minutes. Bill Nash was out to our house before 4 p.m.! Bill was polite and thorough and taught us a good deal about our air conditioner. He gave us several options regarding our air conditioning problem and went quickly to work. Bill was done by 5 p.m. I was very impressed and wouldnt hesitate to recommend Conserve-Air Co. I found this company by reading positive reviews on Google! Now they have mine!
Amazing business. My technician, Dan went above and beyond with my repair call. He was straight to business and was so open about what he was doing and what was going on. Not only did he get my ac back on and working better than ever, he taught me a lot too! I will definitely be a repeat customer! Wonderful experience, good service and an extremely competitive price. Tankless water heater flush. Nick was through in explaining the process so I would be able to do the service myself each year going forward. My water heater had a difficult setup for reaching the valve but he was able to make adjustments easily. Provided plenty of tips to increase the longevity of the water heater. Very happy with Nick and Conserv-Air!
Replaced our heating and air conditioning units. Excellent company to work with. Matt was outstanding in helping us when our heat went out and with purchasing and installing the new units. the price was fair, t he financing was easy, the products are excellent and the employees are very professional. I would very highly recommend this company for all heating and cooling needs.

Unfortunately, despite a strong start to my households association with this company, we have had a very negative experience lately. The new furnace that we purchased 3 years ago (we were told that it was brand new, but at a discount rate due to it being slightly dented), and havent had any issues until just last week. During a routine seasonal maintenance check, the technician (no issues with him. Prompt, polite, and efficient) discovered that 2 components had been burned out. He replaced the one, but the other needed to be ordered. This second component (a control board that handles the fan speed) costs about $900 I was told. I said its a good thing that its under warranty. The technician left, and said he was going to order that part. So far, so good. This was last Tuesday. It was still fairly warm. The next day, he calls back and tells me that the warranty for our new furnace was already registered to someone else, and said warranty had not been transferred to me. I called the office, and was told that the issue was being looked into. A day later, no response. A day later, no response. I called back and asked for a manager. He seemed annoyed to have to speak with me. He groused about how he was going to have to pay for the part/repair. I mentioned that I was glad to pay for the service call and labor, but would not pay for the parts, as they were warranteed. He then offered to split the difference. I was then reassured that they were once again looking into the issue. I called back. And again. I called Saturday to practically beg for someone to fix my furnace, since it was 45° that night. I awoke to a house at 62°. I have yet to hear back from ANYONE. This is most unsatisfactory, and I advise anyone who deals with this company to double check your warranty.
Nick was very patient and determined to ease the concerns regardin furnace. After listening patiently on the issues, he took time to explain what the issue was after excessive testing and showing where the problem is. Discussed options and helped me understand where to go from there. Reasonable pricing to come out. Thanks.
We had a leak coming from our hot water tank and we called conserv-air. We were able to get a technician out the same day. We worked with Nick and Scott. They were extremely professional and they had our hot water tank installed the next day.
Keith was excellent. He got my furnace ready for the winter. I asked him a few questions and help with figuring out a few items. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service!
We have been with Conserv-Air for many years and have been pleased with the service and product. Buying Heating and air conditioner from them has taken a lot a stress off us. Great company is all I can say.
I see a lot of 5 stars so just my experience with them as of December 2018.We have an issue with our furnace as most people do this time of year. Conserv Air came out within the day to check on the issue. The older man came and mentioned he would give us a quote and it wouldn’t have to be completely replaced with a few parts and a new thermostat.After a couple of days I got a call from the company that they were coming out.. but never received the quote beforehand. They said they would call the guy who did come out to see what needs serviced and get back to us. A week passed by without an answer. I call the guy directly and he answers confusingly and without really sounding like he cares it will get fixed or not and tells me that he will get the quote to us sometime that night.Once again we do not hear from them for another week. We are normally pretty patient and understand, but from this type of service we have received from them has been awful at best. And we live less than a mile from the place ...We called the office one more time a few days ago to ask what the issue was with the quote and they acted like they didn’t know who we were and said they would check into it for us and get back to us. Guess what.. they didn’t.Just a warning this place may have been good but their communication between their tech and sales people are awful. We normally don’t leave reviews but had to for this... we had to find another company much further with a lot better service.
Amazing service and workmanship. They tore out my whole basement HVAC system and installed new AC, furnace, ductwork, and tankless hot water heater. I cannot express in words how amazing it all turned out. Very satisfied with the quality, professionalism, and price. Before you go with another company, be sure to get a quote from Conserv-air. Al was a great sales rep. The install crew was exceptional.
Bill has been our service pro for several years. He is always prompt & courteous. He explains in detail any problems with our units & the repairs are always done in a timely manner. I feel confident our units are in good working condition after Bills service call. I would highly recommend Conserv-Air.
I’m not sure where any of this good reviews came from but I had a terrible experience with this company. We scheduled an appointment for a new ac unit estimate for between 1-4 one day. No one had called by three so I called and was told they would get back to me. I waited until 4 and no one came or called me back so I called again at 4 and got the answering service who told me they would page someone an I STILL never got called back! This company completely blew me off. Terrible customer service. Who would want to work with such an unreliable company? Maybe had they shown up the work might have been good but since I have no idea I can’t comment on that. Waited all day for nothing! Not happy!

On 2/26 I called Conserv-Air because of a strange odor emanating from my heat ducts. Conserv-Air sent a tech out in just over an hour. Dan was professional and courteous. He discovered the problem promptly and it was fixed in a short period of time. I was very comfortable working with Dan and having him in my home. I will be using Conserv-Air from now on.

Beware of this company installing equipment that they want, or have in inventory instead of installing what was quoted, ordered and paid for! I was quoted and paid for an 80,000 BTU furnace and they sneakily installed a 60,000 BTU furnace without telling me. When the weather changed and the unit blew cold air that was when this was discovered and confirmed. Numerous phone calls to the owner Mike Erney and emails with my documentation were never once returned! Buyer Beware!! Letter to Daikan the manufacturer next!
Horrible customer service!!!!! They scheduled a time between 2 and 5 to come out. We called to make sure they would be here the same day and they assured us the service man would be there. He never showed up and they NEVER CALLED us. Not even the next day to apologise. We called that night after five to see what was going on and a phone service took our call. You would think that would of at least called the next morning to apologise and reschedule. But no... They just updated and stated that it now will be better. Lol. 7/17/2018 - update-- I GAVE THEM A SECOND CHANCE TO COME OUT --- AND THEY DID THE SAME DAMN THING. NEVER SHOWED!!!!!! AGAIN!!! THE MANAGER CALLED US AND SAID THEY WOULD BE THERE. NEVER SHOWED!! 2 TIMES!! THEY NEVER EVEN CALLED THE NEXT DAY! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I DONT BELIEVE THEIR REPLY. IT HAS BEEN A WEEK SINCE GIVING THEM A SECOND CHANCE. THEY STILL HAVENT EVEN CALLED. 2 NO SHOWS AND NO CALL. YES IT LOOKS LIKE YOU HAVE IT ALL FIGURED OUT NOW.

We called Conserve-Air because we needed our furnace serviced and cleaned. We scheduled our appt. and they told me they would be there between 8-12. The best part was the same day that I made our appt I received an email with not only the date, but also the name and a picture of the tech that would be coming to our house. This was really impressive to me. Nick called me the morning of our appt at about 8:30 and told me he would be there in about 15 min, which he was. Once Nick got here he was very professional and informative. He not only cleaned and serviced the furnace, but also explained that we have a 2 stage furnace and only a 1 stage thermostat, so they are not communicating properly to heat the house. He offered to fix the problem that day and gave me a price right away. I told him that I needed to discuss with my husband first which was not a problem. We are going to have the problem fixed and we will be using Conserve-Air and Nick to do it. Thank you for a great experience.
