I had the occasion to use H Jack plumbing recently under an emergency situation. The repairs I needed done entailed tearing out a concrete floor, repairing a major drain line and making the bathroom look like new. Adding to the difficulty was the time frame for the repairs, I needed the work done within 3 days as I was leaving for 2 months. Chip and his crews came in worked steadily and competently, coming early and staying late to make sure it was completed on time. Im extremely satisfied with H Jack, Chip and his great crew for a job well done and service above and beyond. I wont hesitate to call H Jack plumbing should the need arise for plumbing services in the future.

H. Jacks was fantastic when I was stuck without A/C on a very hot day. The technicians headed by Willy were friendly, knowledgeable and went over and above. I couldnt be happier with my new A/C unit. H Jacks did a wonderful job on my toilet. I tried to do it myself and I had to call them in. They have the job done in less time than they said the job would be done and they were clean and neat as they went. I definitely plan on going with them again.

My toilet was backed up really bad. I searched for a company based on ratings. I called H Jack’s plumbing and within an hour Austin showed up. He took me on the journey as he fixed my toilet, he was friendly, professional and a genuine man to deal with. He gave me three different estimates based on the work he may have to do. I appreciated that because I was not left in suspense as he diagnosed my bathroom issues. Austin got to the root of the problem he fixed my toilet in a timely manner, then he sit down and educated me and my husband on what the issue was. He also gave us a list of other services that they offer. We felt the price he charged was fair for the great service that was provided.

I had a leak coming from my bathroom sink that was in the wall. I called around to find a plumber and H Jack Plumbing was the only company to actually answer the phone.The customer service person was very polite & had service out to my home in a couple hours.The plumbers were very nice, professional and did a great job .

Richard and crew did a really great job moving our AC unit. Very efficient and helpful.

The middle of the night repair of an overflowing sump pump was very much appreciated. They were the only plumber that personally answered our call and had someone on the way a short while later. The tech made quick work of the replacement and waited to make sure the sump pump drained and the water subsided. It was that extra step of customer service and quality that we were very thankful for at 3:00am on a January 2nd.

As always, on time explained what was happening and repaired efficiently.

Our furnace was making loud noises and hadnt been replaced in almost 20 years. Since we had good prompt service from H Jacks before we called. They were able to come that day, provide us estimates, and then replace the furnace in matter of hours.

They came to our house, removed and replaced the sewer pipes from one end of the basement to the other. It was a big, expensive undertaking. They did a complete job, were there on the job until it was done (1 week). The job was done on time and done professionally. I felt Steve did an outstanding job.

The guys were great, very courteous and polite. They were knowledgeable and professional. Very honest about our drain problem and upfront about the cost and the extent of the job. The contractor that came out was very nice and knew what he was doing. Theyre definitely pricey but again he knew what he was doing and he got the job done and they were able to come right away instead of saying that it would be a week or two

On Sunday, July 5th my air conditioning unit stopped working - our first call was to H Jack’s and to our surprise they had a tech out to our home within the hour, on a Sunday. The tech was very professional, explained to us what was wrong, and then fixed it. We will be using H Jack’s for our plumbing, heating and cooling requests moving forward.

Diagnosed overhead gas heater in my pole barn. No repair was done. Still waiting for an estimate to replace the unit.
