Our AC went out in the middle of the night last night, so I called Springdale and left a message. I received a call from them just after they opened, and they had a very friendly and professional technician at our house half an hour later. The issue was fixed within the hour, and the price wasnt bad at all. You just cant ask for better service than that.We were so impressed we went ahead and signed up for their biannual maintenance program too as it was a great value.

I had a great experience dealing with the team at Springdale. They replace both heating and AC units in record time. Matt & Chandler did a great job with the install and Ryan was very professional through the whole process.

Great purchase experience. From 1st phone call to the owner Dan coming to my home for assessment ( same day) to instillation in one week I couldnt ask for better customer service. After Matthew and crew installed the unit he detected sound and motion he recognized as problematic and diagnosed a fan motor that he felt wasnt in balance and ordered and installed a replacement motor within 3 days. I feel confident I will receive years of uneventful quality service from my new 5-ton American Standard unit and easy resolution of any mechanical issues that may arise.

As we have now used the new system for a couple of months, I thought it would be a good time to leave my thoughts on my experience with Springdale.Very happy with the new complete heat pump and ductwork system Springdale installed earlier this summer. Primary installers Chandler and Luis were competent and professional, as were others who assisted on the last day of the install to get it completed before the long holiday weekend due to adding new ductwork trunkline.The crew left the crawlspace and work area clean and tidy.The communications from the office are also very professional and timely. Price quoted was completely honored without any upcharges.Altogether, a good experience and I do recommend then!

Dan and his team were amazing through every step of the process. Dan showed up right when he said he would to get exact measurements of our home to ensure the system we were buying was the correct size and would meet all our needs. He was so friendly and gave us all the details to explain the science behind choosing the correct system. On the install day, the crew showed up on time. The put covers on their shoes to make sure my carpets were protected and they did the complete system change out much faster than I expected. When they left at the end of the 1st day, everything was cleaned up and they let me know of the few things that they would have to wrap up the following day. The team lead was very helpful. Second day everything was wrapped up and cleaned up and everything looks amazing and our house feels cool again. Thank you

This week Springdale came out to the house to install a complete heating and air system and replaced our ductwork. Let me tell you they are hands down the BEST. Corey and Louis were the techs and they were very courteous and respectful. The system is functioning great - highly recommend them!

My family has used Springdale for all their a/c needs for many years. Most recently they replaced the duct work and vents under our home. We could not be more satisfied with the work. Our AC stopped working Monday. I contacted our home warranty company and was provided a contractor who was willing to come out Friday towards the end of the day. With high temperatures and two young children, that wasnt going to work. I called Springdale from my google search and they were extremely professional and were able to come out and fix my AC Tuesday morning. The technician was very knowledgeable and was quickly able to address the issue and spent a few extra minutes to ensure the unit would continue to operate after his departure. I would recommend this company to anyone and will personally use them should we have any issues in the future with our heating/cooling system.

This is a great, reliable company. They service our church building. Because they have done such a fantastic job at the church, I now use them at my home. There is nothing negative to say about this company - only positive. They are less expensive than the previous company we were using, and they do better work.

We had decided to replace our 13 year old HVAC system for our 2600 sq. ft. home. We got quotes from three highly rated companies, one of which was Springdale Heating & Air (S.H.&A.). All three had been in business for a minimum of 15 years and had extensive experience with installing electric high efficiency heat pumps. We were very impressed by the presentation and knowledge of Dan Chord, the owner of S.H.&A. The quote from S.H.&A. was slightly higher than the other two, but we chose them for the installation and to do some additional ductwork insulation as well. The installation was completed last week, and Dan stopped by yesterday to see if we were happy with the work. We were very pleased with the attention to detail and the follow through of the entire Springdale team. We highly recommend them for HVAC work.

Dan and his crew went above and beyond what I expected from an HVAC installation. They were courteous from the moment we met until the job was complete. Dan came to my home and was very thoroughly inspected every aspect of my broken down A/C. He wanted to make sure that the new system that was installed would be able to deliver cool air at full capacity. He did a slight redesign of my ductwork to make sure every room received the air they needed. All other companies I called wanted to just put a new unit in without even considering the efficiency of the entire system.The crew came out and were so friendly and accommodating of my concerns. They had the unit installed, and the job site cleaned up as if it was their own home. They were not the cheapest bid I received, but I am so glad I used them. Quality always costs a little bit more.

No one comes close to their customer service. Absolutely no one. They have never failed to answer a call and respond within the hour and we have a lot of equipment to maintain: walk-in freezer and coolers, two heating and air units, and other cooled equipment. The technicians are very professional and helpful, and always pleasant, regardless of the time of day. We wont call anyone else, not even the company that originally installed the equipment. Springdale is RELIABLE, and the best.

Even on a hot day they were at my place of business to check out my AC in less than 1 hour from the phone call. I have been recommending them even though I had never used them but everyone that I sent to them was very well pleased with the service they received. Their prices are competitive. Great people to work with when getting estimates all the way through purchase and installation. We even signed up for the maintenance agreement and have our unit maintained and inspected semi-annually. They were professional and helpful with all paperwork and assisted with TVA credits and tax deductions at installation almost two years ago now.

This is a class act company. Very professional and they do an exceptional job. All paperwork and permits were submitted as well as all rebates by them. Springdale creates exceptional experiences. They installed a 3 Ton Variable Speed heat pump and a 12k BTU heat pump mini split. I will get my next system from them and have recommended them to everyone.

I had already diagnosed the issue with my heater but was unable to get the part to fix the issue. I called on a Sunday morning and to my surprise got an answer from a very helpful technician. He picked up the part and brought it to me, and I got my heat back on in no time.Extremely professional and helpful. We have a 17 year old house and Springdale has taken great care of our HVAC needs! Quick service calls, did a superb job replacing our upstairs unit when it croaked on us. Weve had to call them 3 times this summer on our downstairs unit, theyve been out the next or same day, friendly and professional service! Highly recommended!
