Very honest and fare and they do excellent work.

On Friday, I called to get a second opinion on my furnace, after having another company out three different times to look at my furnace. The other company kept quoting me for different parts and didnt seem to know what was actually wrong with the furnace. The next part they wanted me to replace was around $550-$600 and wasnt a guaranteed fix. After already spending hundreds of dollars, we couldnt afford to keep guessing.Baz was quick to come out and take a look for no charge. I have a newborn at home and was laid off right before having my son, so money has been extremely tight. They didnt have the necessary equipment to determine what was wrong with the furnace at the time, but told me that he would be back on Monday to do more tests and he got it working temporarily. On Monday, a different guy came out and figured out the issue by testing the furnace with the new part. It was working but would cost me $550 for him to leave the part in. Unfortunately, we have barely had money to feed our family, let alone shell out $550 on the spot for this part. The guy stepped outside to see if the price could be dropped any after I told him there was no way, we could afford that part and that I would need to discuss it with my husband to try and find a way to come up with the money. They said $500 was the lowest they could go to leave the new part in instead of putting the old part back in. I felt extremely pressured (as the new part was already installed in the unit) and we didnt have the money for the part. I had no choice but to have him put the old part back in the unit. After he put the old part back in, he tells me, it will just be $125 today then. This fee should have been mentioned at anytime prior, so I could have planned for this. On Friday, I had been told that they were going to look at it for free. I would never have agreed to them coming out, if I would have been quoted this $125 fee. All I needed was a day to talk to my husband and figure out how we could come up with the money, so they could come back out and install the part. It is very unlikely that I will use this company for the replacement of this part now and I had to use the only money we had until the end of the month to pay for a fee that was NEVER disclosed. The company being easy to work with and being quick to come help initially, was overshadowed in the end. After doing further research the part is $150 online new, so $400 for labor on a part that takes 10 minutes to install.

Flat out best in the buisness!!! Dan and his team get the job done on time and for a very reasonable price!! I would highly recommend to anyone!!

Dan responded within an hour to my residence. He was friendly, professional and fixed my furnace issue quickly. He had to return the next morning after getting the part, but was able to get the furnace working initially that first visit.I took two stars off because he was very vague with the price and charges. I had to ask him about costs and the ending total was over double what he told me initially. I would suggest getting a written quote prior to having any work done. Additionally, there is a 4% fee for using a credit card. This was not mentioned until I was asked to pay. I had even asked if they accepted Visa debit cards as payment the day before. This would have been a great time to mention the fee.Overall, I am satisfied with the work performed, but suggest others to be more conscientious regarding the billing and charges.If it is freezing outside and you need to get your heat going, they will respond quickly and do professional work.

8 degrees outside and my furnace will not run, I asked them for a couple of tips over the phone, the owner was very patient and walked me through a few steps. When that didnt work there was a tech at my door in 40 min and was up and running in another 10. Very pleased.

Brian and Rob installed a new furnace and duct work at my home. They were prompt, courteous and reliable. They left the basement cleaner than when they got there. I was able to receive an estimate and have it installed the next day. They have the best prices around and do amazing work. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Quality service. Dan came out to look at my furnace only an hour after I called him, and it wasnt even an emergency. He diagnosed the issue in about 15 minutes and fixed it in another 20. He already had the proper part on his truck without even knowing he would need it. On top of everything the price was extremely fair. The first place Ill call next time I have an issue.

My furnace quit working on 1-22-14, it was 11-f, called dan at 7pm he said he would be there in 45 min. at 8:15 furnace was running, service was fast and reasonable!;

Called them for my furnace blowing cold air. Thirty minutes later they were at my door, and 10 minutes later my furnace was running.

I get making money, but when you charge 3 times the original price for the product something is wrong.
