I’ve been to a lot of repair shops/ tire shops and this one is BY FAR the best I’ve been to. All around 5 star service. The waiting room is temp controlled and the seats are very new and comfortable. No doubt the cleanest and most efficient shop I’ve ever spent money at. Also very good price and superb quality work for what you pay for. No price gauging or immoral standards here. The service is fast and every single mechanic is very friendly and wants to save you money. This is the third time I’ve been here for service and they NEVER disappoint. I’ll be back for oil changes, tire jobs, inspections, and anything else that they can do.

My experience USED to be good, u went to them with my work and personal vehicle and was treated fairly. They USED to suggest things I could do to save some time and money, and were helpful in getting authorization from my fleet service to repair my work vehicle and personal vehicle.Until my son went there for an oil change and inspection. They said he needed a tie rod. Quoted a time and price. Then waited near double time, and near triple the price for the part. No attempt to negotiate. No remorse. In previous times they would suggest while waiting for queue the customer could get the part from any of 4 retailers in walking distance to save money and time. They didnt do this for my son and overcharged for the part.He spoke to the manager who said... thats just the way we do business ...We appealed to corporate with no response. We took it to Facebook where someone reached out, but too late. 2 weeks too late. Do not let this happen to you.Not to me. Not to my family. Not to customers you want to keep. Goodbye.

Made an appointment for oil change, state inspection and tire rotation for 1200. Arrived early for my appointment and informed staff at which time the manager chuckled and told me I would need to wait 2 hours for service. Needless to say scheduling an appointment for service at this business does no good and staff then staff responding the way they did means my business goes elsewhere.

Nice family-run business. The personnel are friendly and capable. They will take care of you with, or without, an appointment. The only thing that I will fault them on is that it seems that their price for an oil change runs higher than the local competition. That is because NTB, Meineke and the others runs specials, where an oil change drops to $19.95. I know of no such deals at this place. It seems that they are always full price.

Getting my oil changed here was a very easy process. I didn’t even have to get out of the car. The staff was very friendly and didn’t pressure me to buy anything but did let me know I needed to replace my air filter soon. I had such a nice experience here that I’m sure I’ll come back for my next oil change and get that replaced then.

Dont have a clue about what their actual quality could have been. Although, I had an appointment, I was still left standing unacknowledged for 15 minutes before I left. Several employees who were engaged in usual activities, yet None came to check me in.But the experience sent me straight to Mock Tire at the Village. They greeted me immediately, fit me in quickly, and got me out the door in less than 30 minutes. So thats positive

I highly recommend not taking your vehicle to this shop for a wheel alignment. My truck was slightly pulling to the right, when I had my steering wheel straight up and down. After I got my truck back from getting it aligned my truck was severely pulling to the left. That told me that they half a** aligned my truck and didnt pay attention to what they were doing. The only good thing that I got put of this experience is that I got my money back.

Excellent service I always bring my cars to this place and I have never had any complaints about it. The mechanics are very professional and are bilingual, they speak English and Spanish.

Been taking all our vehicles here since just after they opened. Prices are reasonable even though you might find it cheaper at the big chains, I prefer quality work and strong customer service. Ive always gotten both here. I recommend them.

I have always had great experiences at this location. Kierra helped me today and was very professional. There was an issue with my inspection today, which at first glance appeared to be a wheel bearing or tie rod. After they evaluated the car, it turned out it was just a loose bolt, which they tightened free of charge. I appreciated the service and the professional manner of everyone working there.

The manager/inspector on duty refused to inspect our newly rebuilt car saying no cats were on the exhaust. Literally, on the cat itself, it is written they are compliant cats and what kind of cats. The messenger (the inspector sent some guy to tell us this news) said the inspector asked for the receipts for the cats. A receipt says nothing. Seriously, did he want to make sure I paid for them? Then he had another guy come deliver the message. Really. .. we are on our last temp tag just having ready readings, after driving 200 miles, and it is critical to get the inspection. This was unprofessional, inaccurate and clearly just an imposed inconvenience to us as the customer because he didnt like the pipes. Doesnt change the fact that they are compliant and will meet inspection requirements. So, tomorrow we will visit a serious automotive shop who cares about the customer...who knows cars... to get an inspection with our compliant cats.

Visited Express Oil for emissions inspection on November 16, 2020. Service was quick. However, not likely to return anytime soon. Covid signs posted for masks. Too bad employee at check out didnt feel he needed to wear his.

I have had 2 vehicles inspected here. Always in and out quickly. Friendly staff from my 2 experiences. They do actually check what they are supposed to, so if you need some junker to pass an inspection, I probably wouldnt take it here!

Arrived. No one there. Needed oil change and a tire rotation. More customers arrived. My car must have been finished. Car was brought to front of store. Waited 15 minutes. No one came to let me know car was ready. Went into garage. Received many excuses from a guy. He kept saying he would check me out. Never did. A girl finally checked me out. Explained absolutely nothing about the service I received. Got in car. Tire key on steering column. Went to put in glove box. They destroyed the once neatly arrangement glove box. I have been a customer for years. Even bought tires from them. I do not recommend. Many other places in area to get same services. I am done with this place.

Stopped by for a fast oil change & they delivered. Sat in the truck while they did it. Took less than 20 minutes. The crew is extra nice. They changed the oil, checked the belts & hoses, cleaned the windshield. Sprayed my door hinges to stop the squeak! Checked all my lights and horn, and gave me a rundown on things I might need to look into replacing. I love this place for its convenience as well as the records they keep to know everything is good with my vehicle.

Been using them for years. Quick and easy, in and out and theyre on top of their game. Might try to push tire sales quite often but they never pressure you into purchasing anything unnecessary. Friendly staff as well

Had state inspection last year on 2013 tahoe vehicle with factory tinted windows & they failed it. Told worker there it was from factory. Had other issues with over priced work on company vehicles. Stopped taking vehicles there, went to local guy in clemmons. Also took my sons car there & they failed his for window tint. maybe get update machine or reader or tell us might not pass before you charge us! still charged me 33.00. RIP OFF!!!

I went on a Tuesday. Every Tuesday is ladys day and you get a 5$ discount on your oil change and beautiful rose! Service was fast, professional and all around great. They checked and topped off my fluids, my air pressure and checked my belts and gave an affordable estimate. Highly recommended!

This is the place that I got my oil changed at on my personal vehicles and my company vehicle, since the staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to give advice on anything they see that your vehicle might possibly need. I wasnt sure about another oil change place opening in Clemmons North Carolina, but I was wrong. This place is where I always choose to get my oil changed.

I went to the shop from the last time I was there to get air in my tire and they where super nice. So I came back to get my oil changed and was greeted by a young man, and then Kierra was the one who helped me. She was super nice and made me feel great being there, she helped me with my car as well. I learned a few things I didnt know and reset my settings for my oil change which most places dont do. So great job Kierra and I will definitely be back!

Just pull in set in car while oil is being changed. No waiting outside while someone drives you car in. I use to have it changed other places with a appointment and have to wait 30 minutes to a hour. If they are not busy usually its a 15 to 20 minutes to get oil changed.

This place is amazing!!! So polite, knowledgeable, organized, and the shop is super clean, which says a ton because it is a mechanics shop. They have a methodical system and they all work as a team. Will never go anywhere else . By the way, prices are awesome as they just quoted me on a fuel filter change and I was blown away at the reasonable price! Love this place, customer for life!

Great experience at Express Oil Change! Not only did I get to stay in my car while they serviced it, but Ed was super helpful and informative! The whole thing only took 20 minutes - including the time it took to have an air filter delivered (because it was out of stock). Feel like I know a lot more about my car now! Ill definitely be coming back!

Ive been so impressed with the service and help Ive gotten with kierra and Carson, they helped me to overcome a disability I suffer from a memory problem, they have gone out of their way for me and my family I will be a customer from now on.

Have been a regular customer for a couple of years at least. Always pleasant staff that do not try to push me into replacement parts or maintenance, but do keep me up to date on recommended services per miles driven. Highly recommended.

Excellent service! My 98 F150 is approaching 300k miles, and they have kept it running well these last few years. Everything from worn out brake calipers to mysterious check engine lights caused by 21 years of gunk messing with EGR function... Theyve been able to get it fixed and keep my truck on the road. Oil changes are done quickly and they will point out work that may be needed at some point but they do not try to pressure you into services that you dont need. They take care of the basics and then some for all our family vehicles and I highly recommend them.

When Billy was the mechanic there, was able to get my BMW fixed any time there was an issue. He was very knowledgeable and explained things so that I could understand them. Now, the service has been horrible. The manager was rude on multiple occasions is rude, the mechanic cant quite figure out my check engine light issue. Going to find a place that actually knows how to work on BMWs next time.

You just cant ask for better service. This spot is always better than DIY shade tree work.

Went in for an oil change, they showed me the price and didnt try to sell other unnecessary stuff. In and out fairly quickly.

This place is a hot mess 😵 Phone lines were down so I cant get in touch with them about my vehicle I dropped off with a flat tire. So I go on my lunch break in person to talk to them. The manager says my tire is done being fixed, another worker says the tire cant be fixed today because he has to order tires. My car sat in their lot for about 8 hours that day while we went back and forth about what could be done. Picked it up and took it to the tire shop in Bermuda Run. We were done in 35 minutes with the same tires for $75 less! Skip the hassle and go to the tire shop for your tire needs!

Took 2 cars to get inspected & they would not inspect the first one because of window tint. Ok whatever. Took the 2nd car & they failed it because of one tire & still charged me. By the way they sale tires! The next day took both cars to another place & they both pass inspection. I will not be back.James Idol

This has a good scam going on, be careful. Went for a tire repair and was told it would be 15 minutes but we can do an oil change while you wait, halfway through the oil change it will be 2 hours for the tire. The ORIGINAL reason I was even there. Scam Artists

They are just a bunch of hateful crooks. Wouldnt recommend them from anyone. Not unless you want them to dig in your pockets.
