Brought my Toyota Camry to Roger Marion for a suspected timing belt break. No appointment and near the end of the week, so it took about two days. What I loved about RM is they offered a free loaner car while they fixed the belt. I had an alternate car of my own, so I didnt need it, but knowing they were willing to provide for my transportation needs impressed me. They were friendly and knowledgeable and had my car running better than it did before the belt broke. I wouldnt hesitate to use their services in the future.

Repair was done ok. Labor and part quotes were too far off for me. Part price was almost double what all local part stores show it to be. Labor $100 over quote. $400 to replace a power steering pressure hose. With no call to verify the added cost. I hesitated to go there because thats happened with them before, but wont happen to me again.

Rodger Marion Automotive in Clemmons North Carolina, is great customer service, and definitely will not break the bank when it comes to repairing your vehicle. Always up front and honest about repairs on your vehicle, never suggesting anything that you dont need like some other places. My wife and I take our vehicles and our daughters vehicle there for repairs from now on since this is a family-owned business, and they are a pleasure to deal with.

Took car in to have exhaust manifold bolt removed from block, they drilled out threads and damaged engine block. They charged me 400 dollars to remove said bolt. It is still in the engine block. Headed back when they open to resolve this issue with them. I will update.

They replaced my power steering pump, and after it failed due to no fault of their own, they repaired it again at no charge. They provided excellent service, even a loaner vehicle, best service ever!!!!

I have been coming to roger for years.. he a good business man, professional and you want. Feel like u are being taken advantaged of like some women feel. He stands behind his work, never had a problem. I had moved to charlotte back in 2008 and let a person work on my suv... left me with wires and took my $$. Roger sent a tow truck and had it towed to Clemmons, NC fixed my suv, I will not let anybody else touch my SUV, but roger and it has over 230,000 miles and still going strong. Thanks roger and staff. :)
