I had a great experience getting my car serviced at Alexanders. Staff was very friendly and they made getting my oil changed & tires rotated, quick and painless! Would highly recommend!

I didnt even make it past the phone call. I just got off the phone with the girl at the front desk. I asked her for a quote on an oil change. Without asking me what type of vehicle I have she just said a full synthetic oil change would be $64. I asked her how she knows what the price is without knowing how many quarts my vehicle takes and she says thats for 5 quarts and any additional quarts would be charged. I then asked her to give me a specific price based on how many quarts MY vehicle takes and she said most vehicles take five, which is NOT true... if you know anything about cars.So then I asked if she would tell me how many quarts mine will take and what the cost is and she told me in a very aggravated tone that she didnt have time to look it up...still having no clue what kind of vehicle I drive.I have never in 40 years had anyone not ask the make and model of a vehicle to find out what it takes and give a proper quote, let a lone be told they dont have time !! If you cant even get past the front desk, imagine how they run the rest of their business.

Staff here is very friendly mechanics are good they do great job on working on your cars or trucks etc they do have vehicles for sale sometimes

We are new to the area and are SUPER thankful we found Alexander Automotive. They gave great customer service, very professional and honest. The owner is very knowledgeable and understood the urgency we were experience with our only vehicle not running correctly!!Thank you for everything!

We don’t and won’t go anywhere else! Service is always excellent, they get you in ASAP, keep you updated and the prices are reasonable and they aren’t trying to get over. Typically saving anywhere from $200++.Thanks for saving my car and bank!

I have a need for reliable automotive service, and an high appreciation for good and reliable service.When traveling in the Clemmons area, I had an urgent need for some repair work. I stopped at a national automotive parts retailer to ask if they had a shop they would recommend. I was directed to Alexander Automotive.I received efficient and proficient work, at a fair price, especially considering the urgent need. I was able to sustain my schedule without missing an appointment.

This was my first visit to Alexanders. My son took my car to them on 12/19. On 12/20 I was contacted about the part I needed. With professional opinion, I decided on the used part. 3-4 business days for delivery. Most likely 12/26. I had to get a rental car on 12/19. On 12/26 no part . On 12/27 Im contacted and told that the part was sent to the wrong address, maybe it would be here 12/28. Nothing on 12/28. I get off work at 2pm on 12/31 and call them because I havent heard from them. The part was there..... This whole procedure was very stressful. They were aware of how upset I was and couldnt call but let me wonder all day if the part came. When I suggested some type of compensation for the delay due to the wrong address issue, I was told that is to be expected with used parts. No, I really dont think thats right. It was so cavalier to them, while it was costing me more rental fees by the day. My experience was tense, upsetting and tearful. Will not go back and cannot recommend them to anyone at this time.

Dean is great to work with. The guys (mechanics) always do a nice job at addressing the issuesof the cars I have brought to them for fixing. Should your CHECK ENGINE light come on....Alexanders is the place to bring your vehicle to.You cant go wrong with Alexanders Automotive.Lewisville resident

Great friendly service. Had a complicated issue with my car, but the crew was very patient and worked with me throughout the entire thing. I feel I got out of it all rather quickly all things considered, and for a great deal too.

Went in a few months back had my water pump replaced, they called and suggested a new serpentine belt, I went ahead and agreed to have the belt changed, and have had nothing but problems since then. The belt chirps constantly, the car SHUTS OFF because the belt slips, not to mention said belt wasnt put on right because parts of my heating and air system that worked BEFORE I took it in to this station now do not work. I will likely go in to deal with another two day wait to get my car back and probably be charged even though these parts are under warranty so they can fix this issue, that had it been done properly the first time would not have lead to me even having to come back in.We will see if they even accept the receipt after I had to remind the gentleman to ADD the serpentine belt to the receipt because it was supposed to be under warranty.

Mark is amazing! I dont even know where to start! We found a vehicle he had for sale on Craigslist, and made contact. We had a 3 hour drive with kids to get to him, and had to book a hotel. He held the car for us to get everything coordinated. Helped us find a nice hotel in a great area! And stayed in touch to make sure we made it ok. He had the vehicle ready for us to look at and everything went smooth! He even got me in touch with a mechanic to help with our daughters car! Then stayed in touch to make sure we made it back to Virginia safe! I 100% recommend this place, and will do business with Mark again!

Service like it should be! Alexander’s Auto has serviced my cars for the past 15 years. I can always depend on honest and reliable service whenever I take my cars to them for repairs.

I used their U-Haul service. Nice staff and prompt attention.

Called for a tow and he got there and diagnosed problem to just battery and had us up and running in 5 minutes instead of charging way more for just the tow. Honest and good business from these folks.

The only place Ill take a vehicle now. They know what theyre doing and how to get it done.Support your local, non dealership mechanics!

I just went to Alexanders and Brad was very ethical. He actually sent me away telling me my cars problem was nothing to worry about. He was honest and didnt try to take advantage of me whatsoever. Ill be going to Brad again whenever my car needs service.

Got my car inspected here. Staff was polite, and it was done quickly. Have rented a UHaul from them in the past and that experience as good as well.

Nice employees, fair on prices, couple places to sit inside & out, bathrm to use while waiting, drinks to buy, snacks also, & tv to pass time by while waiting..all-in-all very fair company for your auto needs...

Absolutely horrible service. Was completely ignored. When I called to voice my complaint I was called back by the manager who then cursed at me. Working in sales I found this appalling. I will never give my business to them ever again. I write this from Myers Tire, a neighboring business.

Great and quick service!

We rented a Uhaul from them. The check out and in process was a little slow and the vehicle had a cracked windshield and needed an oil change, but it ran fine.

Had them put on a gibson bolt on exhaust system on my nissan xterra, took them about an hour to do it and charged $60..I guess thats pretty fair
