Ok so I dont like to actually provide negative feedback for any companies. However these people are something else... The agency itself does the bare minimum as a staffing agency. Staff is not very customer service oriented or helpful. On my first assignment I was sourced out to a commercial laundry facility which is actually a very physically demanding position to work I felt like I had died about half way through my 1st shift. I ended up getting very sick caught a cold from someone at the employer agency. Called Southwest sick as a dog at 6AM I mean you could hear in my voice I offered to get a Dr note for calling out. They just basically hung up on me. I called back and was advised they were just busy but got my message. So I reported to work the following morning only to be fired on the spot. The employers did not speak much english and the message was communicated through a translation app on phone. I just feel very mistreated and was so overworked for the bare minimum wages!! That is all I can say at this time -_-

The absolutely best temp agency. The staff genuinely care about their employees. If youre going to use an agency, go there, no matter what your history is they will do their very best to find you a job.

They will tell you that youre getting paid on one day then keep switching it. Terrible business. Id give it no stars if I could. If you like working with no pay, go to southwest staffing.

Well dam ...i posted a review last week and i dont see it up here ..For 1 .... This staffing agency shouldnt be sending out anyone to GA FOODS because its a set up from the go.I was almost slashed by a razor blade / box cutter twice by an irresponsible worker ..And than the whole place is full of DRUG ADDICTS .I dont think any staffing agency should send people to places where there in danger .On top of still not giving me my pay on my rapid payment card, Funny that my husband worked with me and has his pay added to card yet mine over a WEEK now and nobody wanna give me mine !!Nobody answers phone.They claim to help you into multiple jobs right.... LOL LOL LOL LOL LOLNot !!! They only send you to GA Foods where they know your gonna get a DNR ( Do not return )WORST PEOPLE EVER !Dope heads are good here .

Ah slave west staffing. I worked there awhile ago for the g.a. foods account, and really that was it. They dont call it the g.a. foods plantation for nothing, that was before liberty took that account. In any event, my time there for the most part was good. But after working for another company and returning to simply update my app for the year, they were exceedingly rude and totally unprofessional. Oh and the fact they love to get tax breaks for putting people in work release to work making food for the us armed forces.... Yeah that doesnt violate the law sure

Terrible place to work for. Little pay and they send you to slave jobs. They tell you youll work 8 hrs but really it 10hrs. Rrad my review DO NOT APPLY!!

I just moved here from Indiana and up north we go through staffing agencies so I decide to go through one here today was my first day at work and shortly after my shift I got a call from the staffing agency tell me they no longer needed my services and then the lady proceeded on the phone to tell me that they couldn’t tell me why but I was being let go . So I thought on it for a little while and then ended up calling back and asking for a reason they took my name down and then I got a call from Kathy or Catherine the manager there and she was very rude to me on the phone very unprofessional kept telling me not to worry about it and that it happens all the time in a very rude to avoid us and then proceeded to tell me it’s Friday night I’ll talk to you about it Monday when she’s the one who called me on a Friday night so I thought on that for a little while and then ended up calling back and asking for reason they took my name down and then I got a call from Kathy are Catherine the manager there and she was very rude to me on the phone very unprofessional kept telling me not to worry about it and that it happens all the time in a very rude 10 of Waze and then proceeded to tell me it’s Friday night I’ll talk to you about it Monday when she’s the one who called me on a Friday night to speak about my complain about not being told while I was terminated . 10/10 would not recommend getting here.

The worst, unprofessional, uneducated, disrespectful, untrained, the worst florida has to offer.

Most of the staff is actually quite pleasant and helpful however the young lady who works in the front I believe her name is Rosie is detrimental to the progress and growth of your company. I spoke to a family friend who worked as a client of Southswest staffing and a manager who specifically told me that he NEEDED more people, however Rosie kept insisting that there were no openings, if I had ever treated an employee while being a project consultant for an international translation company I would have been terminated on the spot. Her behavior is extremely good unprofessional. I came to SW because I recently came here to FL however I found a CS job thanks to Rosies incompetece, maladroitoness,and downright balmy behavior . I had a family emergency on 2/13 and couldnt make an assignment and for a week straight Rosie acted nonchalant and in such a manner that is was blatantly obvious she was was being spiteful, acrimonious, odious and EXTREMELY rancorous, I have 4years customer service experience and never have I seen such child like behavior or been treated in such a deragotory manner by a grown women who is working directly in Human Resources and Customer service. This isnt quantum physics. How hard is it to behave as a grown adult and not have malicious tendencies . The rest of the people are Wonderful however the blemishes created by Rosie will be detremental to the company. Anyone who worked in Customer Service knows, one bad Client experience leads to many lost projects and clients .

Rude and tried to tell us how to file on our W-4s. I have done tax work before and unless you are a licensed TAX ATTORNEY, it is completely illegal to tell an employee how to file or what to claim on a W-4.

The Spanish lady who works in the office is very rude towards people. Very limited on job opportunities. Only pays minimum wage no matter the job you take.

The owner is very disrespectful and have no regards for their employees well being. The customer service is horrible and have the nerve to want to curse you out because of it. Worse place to work.

Would not work for this place. They treat their employees like dogs and pay very little.

They lost my application then had nerve to have an attitude with me because i couldnt understand her thick accent.
