Absolutely horrible experience with Express Employment Professionals. My wife was scheduled to start an assignment with this company on a Monday, after receiving the job offer on Thursday. She received a text message from the recruiter, Coryn on a Sunday, that the assignment was cancelled for the following day, with no reason as to why. My wife called for 3 days asking what happened to the assignment and received a callback on Wednesday from Coryn, with no explanation, just a half- hearted apology. We believe that everything happens for a reason, and my wife is now a full time employee at a Fortune 500 company, however I would NEVER recommend Express Employment Pros to anyone! They are not professional & have extremely poor communication. I hope you guys get it together for 2021!

Originally, I applied to a hand full of jobs on a Saturday through the Express Employment website, and received a call to schedule a phone interview the following Monday. Within five days from that Monday, I had secured a job! My first phone interview was with Rachel, then my follow-up was with Tristine. Both were very quick, knowledgeable, and helpful!I recently began my job and I love it so far! I really enjoy the work, staff members, and atmosphere. The Express Employment website updates their job openings daily and a variety of different jobs to apply to; office, light industrial, certification related, etc. Sometimes websites like Indeed, Snagajob, etc do not have the range or the quick response time we are looking for, so I would definitely give the Clearwater location a try!To start the process, create a profile and complete the application on their website, then call the office location on an available business day. They will help set up an interview and look for jobs with you to get you on the right path to employment. I know the job market has become difficult this year, but this job agency is very helpful to get someone in the right place quickly and effectively! Happy job hunting!

I was skeptical about going to a temp agency when I first moved to FL. However, the entire team at Express is wonderful to work with! The pay rates for positions were all comparable, the clock in and out site was easy to use and weekly pay made life much easier.I didnt here anything for about a week, and began to get a little worried, but Shawn reached out to me soon after about a need at an Insurance agency needing an Admin Specialist. The office was extremely busy the day I went in to register, but it appeared tidy and professionally-run. The receptionist was quite efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. There was an IT issue with my application (something to do with my use of commas in the app), but that got straightened out. The job I went in for initially wasnt available, but I was placed on an availability list, never to hear from them again. I had to call back today, some three weeks later, because an Indeed email showed that another location had plenty of jobs. I was told that my resume would be forwarded to that location and that I should call back in a few days, which I will be doing. Well see what happens then...

I have been searching for a Job for the past 7 months. I have been to your office filled out the necessary paperwork. I had one interview, and 3 months or so later one, another one to consider. I have had to pull teeth to get a response from (SO VERY UNPROFESSIONAL) Shawn, which I finally just gave up on. I responded to the offer and never heard another word from him. To me that shows he is not very concerned about others getting a job. Why would I want to work for someone who doesnt care even before I am hired? I can imagine what it would be like if I was on your payroll. I feel he is there for a paycheck only. I am only talking about how I was treated by him. I would hope that the others have more consideration for others.
