Honestly a waste of time... While the person I worked with ( Megan K) has been a rather nice person, in terms of following through with landing a job, it hasnt been at all successful through this company. This was my first time dealing with a staffing agency as well.The only reason I became involved with this place was because they made it seem like they were an actual job posting on ZipRecruiter. That was my fault for not looking closer. Once I knew what they were, I wasnt opposed to it. I came in, watched their videos and such. I took their tests, which were rather time-consuming, that they sent me.I didnt get timely responses to my emails. It felt like I was chasing them down instead of them helping me.That was just wasted energy that I couldve used to chase down actual jobs myself. Which of course I did as well.With my credentials, after continuing to look, I was able to find something else for the time being. And of course I would not be opposed if they actually reached out with some sort of work.Ive been told about only two jobs in the span of about a month from them. Nothing came of it.

I answered a work-ad that Meg @ Ultimate had posted and within 2 days I was in their offices watching the Employee Ambassador Program video - Meg and the staff were extremely approachable, honest and REAL when it came to my expectations. I have been registered less than a month with Ultimate and Im already on one of the best assignments ever. They dont bog you down with idle chit-chat; they find the jobs that match your skill-set. Proof is in the pudding and I recommend them.** One bit of advice, please be clear & specific with the Ultimate staff as to your needs/job site requirements (they are not mind readers). I am having a great experience witj Ultimate Staffing and Ryan Hammer. The office personnel are cery professional and go above and beyond to get their employees the right assignments. I would recommend Ultimate tp anyone looking for work.

$14/hr jobs. If youre college educated they cant help you but will want you to jump through hoops. They tried to recruit me. I did not ever want a temp agency or any temp positions. They post jobs that dont actually exist and their online site does not work properly ever. The girls in this office are not college educated and think $14/hr is something to beg for. Good Luck.

Difficult to locate. Service was prompt and staff was friendly and helpful. Received a phonecall same day to start a temp position, but wasnt what I was looking for. Reps are diligent and really do help a lot in the process of finding a position for you.

Kim emailed me the tests asap, called me with a couple of opportunities that sadly didnt pan out, but eventually she placed me in an awesome company where I currently am, and very happy. The company is very professional and friendly. Just wanted to balance the review scale! Kim worked hard for me!

The recruiter Randa Valor lied to me about a job opportunity. All she did was take my information and did nothing. She just sit in the office and do nothing at all. THIS IS A DO NOTHING AGENCY just like the rest of the agency in the Tampa Bay area.

This place is awful! You watch a short video then they give you business cards and never call you again. It has been weeks since I have heard anything and I have e mailed and left messages. Meg is terrible and the big, blond lady is rude too. Do not use this service.
