Major attitude problem from one of the two guys at the counter right at the beginning of the interaction. Maybe he doesnt like his job or doesnt like certain-looking people. Anyway, this location kept my mail overnight. The transaction took place 9:20 am, Wed. What is the reason for holding it until Thurs night? I wont waste time at this location while the unprofessional and begrudging guy is working the counter. Lifes too short to deal with toxic people.

Rude - teller with no name tag basically refused to scan my (7) prepaid postage packages that wouldn’t fit in the drop off box. All I wanted was a drop off receipt and his exact words are “I can’t stand here all day scanning your boxes with a line of people”…. No one in line behind me… sorry for asking you to do your job. Maybe if people didn’t have their packages lost by USPS so often we wouldn’t need to get drop off receipts. This is a trend with the post office lately and I would be happy to have a union job with benefits.

Rude staff. This location is only a few miles from my house. Have stopped in 3 different times. All three workers that i interacted with were rude. They need to go back to customer service school 101.

Amazing customer service!!!! 10/10 would recommend this location. Even though I had a very complicated mail shipment, the postal office clerk really took the time to help us mail out our orders correctly. He was very helpful and kind towards me and my mother. Thank you for being so positive and courteous. This will definitely be my go-to post office for all my future shipments.

I always think they are helpful and funny. I’m assuming from the negative comments y’all think your stamps should be served to you on a silver platter. This post office is timely and professional.

100% rude . the employee is not nice at all. I keep losing my packages here because he wont scan it . not gonna dropped my packages again here . quit your job if you cant even do it properly. theres no one in the store except me and when i check the tracking their is still no updates for 5 days .

Rude is all I have to say. I had 7 envelopes to mail first-class and the guy on the left told me all of the envelopes were parcel and he did not even try to put them in the slot for an envelope and said all of them would be over $3.00. I took all of my envelopes and went to a different location and low and behold 5 of the 7 fit thru the slot and were only $1.20 and two were $3.90. This was the second time I have been to this location and the guy on the right wasnt as rude but both of them should look for different jobs with dealing with the public because they are rude and unprofessional. I WILL NOT go back there ever again, there are other locations just as close with friendly staff.

I come here to drop my packages off. The people I always see them dealing with are always The most helpless clueless people that want you to hold their hand and take their sweet time. How have you been an adult and still not know how to mail a package? I get why they are “rude”. People in line always turn around when someone goes to front to drop off packages in bin. Every time. It’s 2020 use the internet for postage.

Staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. I paid $1.50 more for the exact same thing I have posted before at another USPS branch and the lady didnt want to listen to me. Do not go to this branch, you will not have a good experience!

Rep Ozlem is not very friendly at all, I tried to use my Samsung pay, the machine read it but because she does not understand the technology all of a sudden we dont accept that. I then use my debit card as credit and because I dont sign it for security reasons she cant accept that form of payment. I finally just paid cash, she needs to be retrained on customer service because this was the worst experience Ive ever had at a post office

Abusive, hostile and unprofessional employees and management.When I voiced concern about how I was treated by one of the postal workers (male with tattoos on his forearms), Management was condescending and not open to discussing the matter.After I spoke to management, my package (that I handed to the postal employee with sleeve tattoos) mysteriously disappeared from the post office and never arrived at its destination.
