I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like I should because this could be a very dangerous and unsafe place. They don’t know what they are doing. They had me soak my hands in acetone! that completely destroyed my nails and made my hands so dry. And then they made my polished super thick which causes the natural nails to be heavy and snap off. Of course that’s what happened. Also The nail technician also Filed a nail so short it started to bleed.Now I have you make sure I don’t get an infection.

Ive been here several times, the last few times I wrote off as language barriers. But today, I completely wasted my money for the LAST time. My pedicures are never anything difficult, regular polish. But I always have a few things I need specific attention to .... how I like my nails clipped and smooth calluses (which is SUPPOSED to be part of the pedicure I pay for). But the nail tech today was the LAST straw. She talked down to me, told me she knew what I wanted and was totally annoyed with small talk. She was just rude, unfriendly and didnt listen to anything I wanted. See you next Tuesday is the best way to describe her. No wonder there were only 2 customers in there. Clearly things went severely downhill and they get no more chances from me. Back to Top Nails for me.

This place absolutely ruined my nails. I came in to have my SNS soaked off and a gel manicure done in place. My nails were supposed to be matte black with one accent nail. The nail tech did not let the polish dry between coats and it bubbled. She then took a drill and removed those coats. My nails are short and completely thinned out from the drill. Waste of time and $40.The pics are the day after.

I showed one of the ladies what I wanted. She did them exactly the way I wanted it. And she was so polite I wish I would have got her name. they look amazing I love them!!

First of all my nails were shaped horribly. Secondly, when I went to remove them, the acrylic smelled like cat urine. Real acrylic was not used on my nails and my nail beds were horrible. Im ashamed to even post them. Also when I soaked them the consistency of the acrylic was slimy. Actual acrylic flakes off. The sizing of the nail tips were too small for my nails. I will never return here because the lack of care towards my nails as well this place using harmful chemicals on my nails so save money. Whole sale acrylic isnt that much. Stop being cheap and messing up our nails.

Kylie was awesome. I was a little worried going into the salon with some of the negative reviews. But being from out of town, I needed a quick polish change for an event I had to go to later that day. She was super sweet and did an amazing job. I went ahead with the pedicure and am definitely happy I did.

Peter is absolutely amazing! This was my first time getting a pedicure here. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. I enjoyed my pedicure so much and will definitely be back to be serviced by him. 10/10 would recommend!

Love this shop! Got the best pedicure that i’ve had in years from Kylie. She’s so sweet and professional. Peter is the absolute best! This is the third time he’s done my nails and i’m never disappointed.

I took my best woman to get her nails done for my wedding(the day before). She had one of the older gentleman do her nails. He was filing down her left index finger with the drill and split the nail. He didn’t put a new one on or try to correct it. He simply said sorry and kept going. After he painted the nails and was ready to check her out, he didn’t discount it or try to make it right. This nail is pulling a u-turn and that’s supposed to be acceptable. Needless to say, we won’t be coming back and if it’s for a special occasion, I wouldn’t waste the 100+$ dollars.

The older lady was working on my nails and she kept on filing my nails which makes them shorter than what you asked for. Nails was uneven, I asked to have them removed, than I asked to set up an appointment with Kelly and Kelly acted like she didn’t want to service me, I had to ask multiple times who do I set my nail appointment with and they acted like they didn’t care and did not what to do nails. I’m very disappointed because when I was a teenager I use to always go there, but now they don’t even deserve my money. I want someone that’s willing to do my nails right and not rush. And act like they wanna do nails .. this store was terrible and horrible. Not a good business to get nails done at.

Fifteen minutes after my appointment, I noticed that the polish on my toes was smudged. Went back in to have it fixed. They smudged a 2nd time, because she demanded that I sit at the table, not the massage chair. I got told that she was too busy to fix it. Asked if we could just remove the polish & got told that she has appointments & handed me the solution and cotton to remove it myself!! Which I did because they were a mess!! I should have asked for my money back!! Very rude & unprofessional!Went to the salon I normally go to,and got my toes repainted & found out I didnt even get a decent pedicure!!! Now I really wish I wouldve asked for my money back...but with the techs attitude, I doubt I would have gotten it back. Next time my friend wants to go get a pedicure, Im definitely suggesting where I normally go!!

I took my oldest here to get her first set of nails. Was not a bad place. Very clean and very nice. Just have to wear a mask even if you dont like them. Law at this time does not mandate but they make you. She had a good time. We will be back.

Kelly is amazing! The business is clean and practices mask wearing. I literally had no idea what I wanted. Let me tell you these are the series almonds Ive ever seen.

This place was very rude and unprofessional. I asked for the regular organic pedicure and the technician did not give me the full extent of the service and when I asked about it he lied to my face and said it was the nail polish removal. I had to ask him to do ingrown nail removal. No massage as listed on service I requested. And no towel treatment. Terrible customer service not worth the trip!

This is NOT a black-owned business so I am not sure why they are claiming to be one! Called for an appointment, a woman answered the phone with no greeting, leaving me to ask if this was Nail Time that I called.I then asked to schedule an appointment and was told to just come as a walk-in. I arrive to a sign on the door saying they closed early.

My nails look... not great. I came on Valentines Day and got a fill in ... they dont look great and make my fingers seem disfigured almost. Disappointed as I came from Ashland City because of their good ratings. Will not be coming back due to this unfortunately

Seriously one of the best experiences I’ve had at a nail salon! Everyone was so nice. I did not feel rushed at all. The gentleman that did my nails sits at one of the front tables. Not sure if he’s the owner but he was great! He pays attention to detail. My nails literally have zero imperfections. I got a pedicure as well and a lady did them, she was amazing as well! Paid attention to to detail too. Best pedicure I’ve received. I’ve been looking for a nail salon in Clarksville for about a year and now i can say I have finally found one! Thank you!

Got a Mani and peti. The 45$ #3 peti was absolutely worth it. Now the $55 I paid for my nails, no. I asked for gel and got dip with gel top. My nails were not cleaned around and my skin is stained. Also my nail are rough enough that I have snagged my shirt twice. I will not be going back. Only reason we went was it was in the mall.

Im giving two solely because they were quick, clean, and guy up front did fix my nails after the lady that did my horrible design refused to fix it. But the attitude and remarks they were making in their language were completely uncalled for and very rude. Wont be coming here again.

I never have to wait and they always do an excellent job on my nails. The prices are great also. But the biggest plus is it doesnt smell like chemicals because the place is well ventilated.

My first time here and this has definitely been a great experience. They are all so nice and patient and they take their time and you do not feel rushed. I showed the ladies a pic of a design that I wanted from something I found on pinterest and they did a great job making my nails very similar to the picture. Been going here off and on for years since highschool and the husband and wife still remember me even though I havent lived here the entire time. They moved up the sidewalk a bit to a new suite but the service is still the same! Great team work and Im always in and out within an hour. I recommend them for all services. Great place!

My pedicure was awesome. But I had acrylic nails done for vacation. The first polish melted under the light. He had to use the power tool to remove the melted polish. Made me bleed in several places. Polish stuck to my skin. Painful to remove. Charged me full price for the sloppiest polish job I had ever had. I ended up at another salon paying even more to get the polish corrected. My granddaughter was with me and received her mani/pedi and was charged the exact same price as I was yet she did not have nails put on, only polish on her own nails. Will not go back!

I came in at 7:10pm and they closed at 8pm. I was getting a pedi. Wait time about 5 mins but after I got my feet done thourghly and out by 8pm they didn’t rush anything and took good care of me. I will be back tomorrow to get my nails and eyebrows done.
