I called and was given an estimate on arrival. They showed up early, and I was informed I didnt actually need a tow, was then suggested an auto shop as well. Im not from Cincinnati but now reside here and have found a towing company for any issues that may arise. Bear was friendly and extremely helpful.

Got car towed tire flew off was told about 45 min wait time and Im dead serious when i say 5 mins later Bear pulled up and i was home within an hour of breaking down. Bear was friendly, fast, efficient, and handled everything smoothly.

Their tow truck was driving in the middle of 2 lanes on Kellogg after over a tenth of a mile I honked my horn for him to choose either left or right lane. He then flipped me off raced pass me on the right cut. Back over in my lane with. O signal then slammed on brakes and tried to get me to get out of my car after that he hand gestured for me to follow him down a side road. Happened today around 330-4:00 pm.Would never let someone that drives like that tow my vehicles or trust him going to help a family member.

Called 3 other “24hr” tow companies that claimed they were booked for the night. Thats when I decided to call Northgate. They said they could do a tow, came literally in 10 mins, and were extremely professional. 5 starts and a 10/10 in my book. Real person not a robot within the company.

Chris, came to my rescue when my tire busted in the middle of I-74. Safe to say he came in no time but the thing is, it was ine oclock in the morning! Drove the car back to my house where I was finally able to out the spare on. Without his help my car would have been stuck on the side of the highway for days. The ride back was not awkward either made everything clear about what he was doing and his passion for the company.

Tire shredded on the highway at 4pm needed it to be towed to tire discounters (TD) in less than in hour for TD to fix it before they closed. Terry the driver was there in 4 min and at TD by 4:45 everything was fixed in an hour and it didnt cost me an arm and a leg. Thank you.

My entire family uses Northgate Towing and unfortunately weve had our fair share of cars brake down. I have never been treated unprofessionally or disrespectful all the drivers and office staff have been very helpful and accommodating. I love their customer service, pricing and fast service. I now use them at my work also if a van brakes down. I will not let anyone else tow my vehicles.

I was so pleased with Northgate towing. I had to have my car towed to the mechanic and not only did they tow it, but 30 mins before the tow happened, I got a call from the tow truck driver saying he would be picking it up in 30 mins and verified the location. Since I wasnt there to meet them, I really appreciated the call. Will DEFINITELY be using them again if I need a tow!

Had one of their drivers pull off the shoulder of I75 n today in front of another car.The car swerved to miss the tow truck and they about hit me in the process.I called and told their dispatcher and she didnt care one bit.She told me I had an attitude problem.You would to after one of their trucks forces a car out of the lane they are in into your path and you just about run over them.What a horrible company.I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy.

Forced my husband to give a $10 “tip” due to not having change, however a cash only company. *Yes we always tip our tow truck driver* Sarcasm. Needed assistance again and the Driver charges my husband $50 when it was to only be $30 per whoever answers their phone. THEFT at its finest and no accountability. No customer service what so ever. Now we have called Colerain police and filed a complaint to document for a civil case all for $30, no morals and truly no business ethics.

This place operates straight out of their a**. They came and hooked up a vehicle that I bought, looked straight at my boyfriend and said my payment had cleared, and towed the car. Well over a week later, they very unprofessionally come at me and my boyfriend saying we never paid. It turned out the card had never been ran, and it was well over the 72 hour period in which the money would be withdrawn. I could prove that the money was in my account during that entire time and they never withdrew it. Without attempting to resolve the inconvenience and take responsibility, threats were instantly made. It was like pulling teeth to get an apology for the poor training and communication, and my boyfriend was harassed for his review when attempting to leave. Make sure you operate around whats convenient for them, or youll be threatened. We used to be such loyal customers but no longer.

There is never anyone in the office. You have to call ahead to have someone meet you there. They only accept cash, no debit cards. My girlfriend just wanted to retrieve her phone charger, and Vape from the car, but The guy in the office called the Flippin cops on her just for arguing with him. Shysters Crooks and a holes.

They said my payment went through at the time of tow. Then proceed to call me 2 weeks later claiming the card was declined. They tried to say they had called 4 times. My phone company had no record of them calling. When I tried to inform them of this they shut down as far as trying to figure it out with me and proceeded to threaten to come and take my vehicle out of my driveway if payment wasnt made in full within an hour of the alleged 4th time they tried calling. I would never use this company if I were anyone out there looking for a tow. They will try to screw you over if they have the chance. And then they will make threats to you if you dont comply immediately. Even if you are at work and tell them you will be by after. Its not good enough and they will try to illegally repo your vehicle. AFTER I MADE THIS REVIEW THE OWNERS DAUGHTER PROCEEDED TO HAREASS ME AS I WAS DRIVING OUT OF THE LOT. AFTER I HAD MADE PAYMENT. this is wildly inappropriate behavior and I just dont want anyone else to have to deal with this. I said illegally repo my vehicle because at the time of tow the driver who towed my vehicle had informed me that the payment had went through. Then Im told 2 weeks later that they never received it. The company poorly communicates things amongst themselves and I was verbally threaten by chris himself. I just hope no one else has to go through what I just had to go through.

November 18th, 2018, 7:15 A.M. on Ronald Reagan Cross County Highway (126): A truck from this company was recklessly swerving all over the highway, and almost rear ended a person. All with someone elses car on the back.

Dont do business here you will regret it. Theres a reason why its a repair shop and a used car lot.

Where to begin? I needed assistance with a flat tire at 4am on the highway an hour from where I live so I called north gate and after talking to the north gate tow truck driver he said he would be there in 15 minutes. So 45 minutes later than he said, I called another service and once the Northgate driver finally came my tire was changed but still on the jack because I told the other company I had it from there. The Northgate driver argued with me and my gf about getting paid for coming out (which was $60) but we refused because he had done nothing except show up extremely late. Once we said we wouldnt pay he then took the tool to lower the car off of the jack and put it in his truck and demanded money before he would give it back. After being fed up and just wanting to go home we gave him some money so we could get the tool back, he then proceeded to say a racial slur to my girlfriend. Im at a loss for words on how unprofessional and criminal our experience was. Please for your own sake just avoid any interaction with this terrible company who will be hearing from my attorney.
