Please, don’t hesitate to do business here. My car got towed here after it was stolen and abandoned. They were so nice and helpful. Seriously, they went above and beyond to make a terrible situation bearable. They’re experienced, professional, understanding, and definitely not *just* out to make money. I’m a young woman and plenty of garages have tried to take advantage of me. This is NOT that kind of place. You can be confident that this is a place that will treat you fairly.

The dispatcher I spoke with on the phone was able to walk me through releasing my frozen parking brake, saving me from being stranded in the middle of a street. Above and beyond!

Donated a vehicle to St. Vincent DePaul. They assigned this company to pick up the vehicle. Three weeks later the vehicle had not been picked up. Called St. Vincent DePaul back and explained that this was unacceptable. We found a more efficient method of donating & Daryls was replaced.

My son was in a car accident and the police insisted on towing the car instead of letting him use his own insurance towing service. It went to this place. It is in a back alley and hard to find, no way to park, and gross, and then they charged 285 dollors and would only take cash. They take credit cards except for tows by police. That is so shady. Kickbacks? What other reason would their be??? total fleecing, completely disgusting. Preying on people who have the misfortune of being in an accident. They should be ashamed of themselves. Daryls and what ever deal/scam they are running with the police.

Many, many thanks to Rick and all the gang at Darrylls for assisting at the end of day on a Friday, when I was traveling home to TN from Indiana on I-75, and my alternator bummed out on me.. Everything from the tow, to the diagnosis, to the resolution was all done efficiently and with great attention-to-detail. Labor cost was honestly way less than I would have expected too. I truly appreciate you all.

I gotten myself into a situation where my car was towed. Yes it was fairly expensive but it was totally my fault. Even though I was embarrassed the driver was totally cool and the receptionist was easy too work with and answered my questions. Once I paid they brought my car within the hour. Couldve been worse and more expensive elsewhere.

My vehicle needed some super maintenance and they got me in last minute and took care of everything I needed . Id give them 10 stars if I was able to . Super professional & excellent customer service .

This company hit my car and didnt want to provide their insurance information Antwan went missing for months. He said he would take care of the car. I had to hunt this company down and when I did Chris nor Tracy wanted to give me the insurance information. She was more worried about how I retrieved her number. Im so thankful for smart phone and text message. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone if they could hit your car no telling what else they would do to your vehicle dont trust them. Im also filing a report with the better business bureau. I had no choice but to give them a star but they get no stars from me

Darells towing is an awesome service i broke down one night and called for a towe and they responded quickly and I failed to tell them that I was driving a e-250 work van and I had a bunch of ladders on top that would have made the roll back to tall.But that wasnt a problem they had one that was a low rider they called and got it out to me promptly no extra charge they were very professional took me right to my front door put my van in my driveway all for a reasonable fee from rt.4 to Norwood thanks darells towing.

I want to thank Darrylls towing for fast service saving one of my customers broke down in Norwood Ohio towed to Riseing sun IN. Last night at the last min.the city was going to tow their truck in the morring Tracy owner of Darrylls towing was not going to let that happen also Antwon the driver has skills he tows like a professional very nice........

They didnt even have my car 24 hours and wanted to charge me $240 this place is a rip-off bill dont even work with you and they make their own prices and when I went to pick up my car I sat there for almost an hour waiting on now and then I had to follow them to get my car very rude woman and charge me an extra $30 because she had to come in on her off day

These guys are the EVIL. one of the my car got towed form a customer of my it was finance deal. So I got notes after 2 month with, they want $150 for towing and $25 a day. If I would have got the notes with in a week that would be fair.
