I had a dozen men stop by to help me change my spare. The tire was on there pretty tight, and no one could get it off without a better jack and a sledgehammer. In less than 15 minutes, Chrissy from Gifted Precision arrived and got the tire off in under 5 minutes. (And her nails looked fire.) Such reasonable prices so I could get to where I needed to go without paying for overpriced tow trucks. I would highly recommend her assistance—thank you so much, again!

Upon getting off work at midnight I realized I locked my keys in my car!! After contacting my roadside assistance and waiting an hour plus for THEIR 1st choice to my surprise they had no drivers and were NEVER coming! Highly recommend Gifted Precision LLC!! Very prompt and professional!! Excellent customer service!! The young man assigned to jump start my car personally called to let me know he was on the way. This was after the first company that my insurance had assigned didn’t show up. Once there he got my car running and made sure everything was ok before leaving. He was very kind and courteous. I had talked to the woman in the office and she also was very kind. This company really cares about the service they provide and the people they provide service to!! I let my insurance company know that I recommend this company for their roadside assistance program.

My Rental car had a flat and gifted precision arrived within 30 minutes and had my spare removed and put on my car in less than 10 minutes. Most efficient service I have seen.

I have just come home from waiting over two hours for another company (Jack Rabbit USA) to come fix a flat tire. My insurance company dispatched them and they initially told me 30 minutes. Every time I called to get an ETA they told me 30 more minutes. I inally had enough and asked that another company get dispatched to help me. Thats when gifted precision came to the rescue. They got to me within 15 minutes, were so professional and courteous and got my tire fixed in no time at all. I wish they had been dispatched initially. I would recommend them to anyone!
