Tod was Great! I was stuck on an overpass in my 1982 Mercedes on I-71 North just out of downtown. There was about a foot of space between the car and the traffic lane. He was intrepid! He knew exactly where the hooks were Supposed to go. He told me to get out on the passenger side and sit in his vehicle. I was very happy to leave my vehicle during rush hour!He got me home and put the car where I needed it in short order. Hey Tod it turns out that diesel fuel can grow algae since they removed the sulphur.. the fuel filter was clogged! We have a 69 Ford F-600 dump truck that needed towing about 40 minutes away. I can’t remember his name for the life of me but I think he was the owner. Brought the nicest tow truck I’ve ever seen, white and gold, came and got our truck for us for a great price. Got it exactly where we needed it, even under not the easiest conditions.

Okay so I am currently “feeling good” and was outside in my car when it died and the guy on the phone answered all my questions and solved all my problems and made sure I knew I didn’t kill the car it just needed a start and I needed water. And he was polite. Also I don’t even live in Ohio and they still helped me

My axle broke on my drivers side while I was driving. Luckily I was only going 20mph passing through an intersection. At that time I called AAA to get a tow. Not long after calling them, one of your drivers, Todd pulled in the lot to see if I needed help or a tow. He did not have to stop and ask me if I needed help. At first, I turned him down, because I had called AAA. He gave me his card and told me to call him if AAA took too long. An hour later, AAA called and informed me that it would be at least another two hours before I could get a tow. I did not hesitate to pull out that card and make the call. Todd showed up shortly afterwards and towed my car. Very professional service that I would recommend to anyone.

My car suddenly stopped working on the highway thank goodness I was right by an exit and was able to get to a safe spot. They came out quickly and had me home all within an hour and the driver was very nice. Thank you. I will definitely use again in the future but hopefully wont need to.

My 20 yr old son was driving a 12 hour drive home from college and his tire blew out near Cincinnati...5 hours from home! He was stranded on the exit ramp with no spare. We contacted AAA, who told him he would have to wait 1.5 hours...after 1.5 hours they called to say their truck broke down and they had no idea when they could help him!! (Not worth the membership fee) After another towing company tried to take advantage of our son financially (they were contacted by police officer), we contacted Katie at Millenium Towing and she was kind and understanding of our situation. She contacted the owner who got Dave involved. Dave personally went to pick up a driver to help. They were courteous, professional, understanding and got to my son in under 30 minutes! They even drove him to his hotel free of charge. Katie and Dave provided me (the worried mom) text updates each step of the way so I knew my son was safe and the service was completed. I highly recommend this company and praise the great efforts of Katie, Dave, and the driver (Troy) for a job well done!!

Broke down on I75 with loaded semi. The tow truck driver was quick to area, nice, professional. He knew exactly what to do to get my rig (which is longer than most) off freeway without causing any damage to my truck, trailer or cargo. After talking to him about how long it was going to take the service people at Western Star to just get the part, he recommended his repair shop, I am glad he did. Truck was towed to shop, pulled in a secured area for the night and I was on my way the next morning. Which I was looking at losing a whole day at the other shop. The mechanic was professional and knowledgeable, actually fixed a problem another shop done that caused the initial breakdown. I highly recommend this heavy haul towing and repair shop.

My car was towed to a shop previously and I needed to get it from the shop to my apartment to do the work myself on it. Called millennium and they said it’d be an hour from whenever I called back and needed it. Called back when I was ready to get it towed. They were there within a half hour which was awesome. Kevin who came and towed my car was so nice and friendly and got my car back to my apartment right where I needed it in no time. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Very reasonably priced as well. Semi broke down on I75, called around for a towing service with special equipment to tow truck and a loaded stepdeck. The wrecker driver was quick to our location, professional, and courteous, knowing exactly what to do to get us towed off interstate. I had the repairs done at thier shop. Repairs were done professionally and they fixed another repair shops mistake which caused the initial breakdown. The staff are professional and courteous, going above and beyond the call of duty. Mechanics are professional and the work was done faster than expected and done right. I would highly recommend this towing service and repair shop.

Im not sure of the drivers name on March 10, 2021 at the Shepherd Lane exit 13 southbound 75. He was very friendly and very laid back and professional too. Personally I never want a break down or blowout but if I had to relive last week it has to be with Millennium. The experience was awesome I want to be a tow truck driver but I would need training and no repo work because people are crazy.

I was about to leave Cincinnati, but had issues with my vehicle. It was especially concerning because I was by myself in a place not close to home. I called Millennium Towing & Recovery and they were exceptionally helpful. The customer service was nothing short of phenomenal.The gentleman Anthony (A.K.A. Tony) who towed my vehicle, made sure I knew when he was on his way to pick up my vehicle. I received both a text from customer service and a call directly from him. Then, he responsibly took pictures of my vehicle as soon as he arrived, so there would be evidence of the way my vehicle looked before he towed it. He reassured me everything would be alright.As I began questioning what I should do or what options I had, he offered to help me through the process, and was very supportive and understanding. I told him my situation and how I was trying to save money. I listed possible ways of how I thought I could save money and asked him for his input. He was quite helpful and I was glad to find a cheaper way to tow my vehicle.He said he treats situations like this as if his wife were in the situation. He would want someone to take good care of her, so he tries to do the same for others. He said he joined the business to help people, and I could tell that he was genuinely serious about that. He went above and beyond to make sure I would be alright. He even offered to help me with my bags when it was time to leave.I know it can be scary when our vehicles stop working. Especially when were in a foreign territory and/ or dealing with it alone. Thankfully, Millennium Towing & Recovery was there to help me through this challenging time.Im beginning to think the Recovery part of their name is not just for vehicles, but also for emotional and mental recovery since they made me feel better than I was feeling before they helped me. Tony was awesome, and the service was great. The only disappointment I have is that this company isnt global, but maybe one day they will become global if more people learn how great they are 😃👍.In addition, if youre not already convinced of how awesome they are, please keep in mind Ive also been trying to leave a review for a week. I used this company to tow my motorcycle from my home to motorcycle dealer in Cincinnati area in August 2019. The day I called they could not send anyone but scheduled an appointment the next day. The kind CSR gave me an exact price based on my to and from destination so I knew cost ahead of time. The tow truck driver called when they were in route the next day and arrived on time with 2 gentlemen who helped me get it on the tow bed, tied it down really well, were kind and professional and delivered my motorcycle to the dealer with no problem. They also took pictures so there was no descrepancy on what they received and what was delivered. My payment was processed and the receipt was text messages to me, which was nice. I loved the service and would use again.

I’ve been driving for 30 years and a large part of that was driving a commercial Truck so you could say that I have had to utilize a tow company several times over the years. Last Thursday I was in Cincinnati and the DEF system went down on my truck and I found myself needing to be towed to Lexington Ky, so I jumped on Google and called around and got in touch with Millennium, he quoted me a price and a time he could be there and I agreed. He arrived earlier than when he stated and right away I noticed his truck/equipment, first of all the quality of a tow companies equipment is a large factor because they are hauling YOUR vehicle and if they have junk equipment they could damage your vehicle, Millennium’s equipment is very modern and exceptionally good, well kept, high tech and top of the line. The driver was absolutely the most knowledgeable tow driver I have ever seen, he knows his equipment and how to use it AND he’s super nice and Punctual, he hooked to my truck and had to remove the drive shaft and was ready to go in record time. So we hit the road and right away I noticed that he was very careful with my truck and very skillful and that’s very important because he’s in total control of your investment/vehicle, we arrived at my company warehouse and he unhooked and even reinstalled the driveshaft for me. I am 1000% satisfied and happy with every aspect of this experience and I can’t say enough good things about Millennium Towing, I will say that my company has a fleet of 59 trucks and vans and I WILL definitely use Millennium Towing for ALL my towing needs from now on!!!!

Great experience. I hate dealing with auto care people but this awesome. I found the info on google and called them. A woman named Emma answered and she was so nice and helpful and answered all of my questions. It was a small town not just trying to take your money vibe. The driver Dave was also super friendly when he called and just as friendly in person. I hope I don’t have to get another tow for awhile but if I do I will definitely call them again. My truck breaking down was super stressful and I appreciate them helping alleviate some of that stress. I highly recommend.

My grandson’s tire blew and it was the day before he was to leave for college. We needed someone to tow his car to a tire shop right away. I Have never experienced such a quick show up in towing like Millennium before even though I have tow cars several times. They promised me like 30 minutes and showed up within 19 minutes. I asked and later found out that they tow police vehicles, then I realized why they keep up with their time. Their drivers are friendly too.

I was very pleased with the service. Professional, fast and reasonable. It was on a Saturday and the first place I called didnt answer or ever call back. Millennium ansered on first ring and set me op in less than 30 minutes. I was at work so it was a big help to get it done. I know where to go NOW!

Nice individuals, communicated reasonably, speed was about what you’d expect.I’d give them 5 stars but they dropped my car off at the wrong location - supposed to go to Discount Tire NOT Tire Discounters.Possibly still a reasonable mistake except that I gave them the exact address and confirmed multiple times, and then was forced into panic not knowing where my vehicle was. I ended up playing phone tag for half a day, being put on hold for a half hour at a time over and over again. Only to be finally told by the operator that the driver finally admitted “there were a lot of tire places nearby, maybe it was the wrong one”.They offered to come back and move it for free, but I did it myself since I didn’t want to sit on hold again. Just a lot of headaches were caused due to a careless mistake.

This was the best experience I could’ve asked for while having to get my car towed. Right off the bat the customer service woman (I was flustered so I can’t remember her name) was so nice and helpful and patient while I gathered all the information she needed to get someone out to help me. She was soothing and reassuring. The time response for the truck to get to me was also very reasonable. William was very helpful and nice with a welcoming smile and was quick and efficient. We followed behind him to my destination and he drove very responsibly on the highway. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a quick and efficient tow where you’re very taken care of.

Recently, 5:30am otw to work my 2001 suburban decided to quit (fuel pump issue). I randomly called Millenium towing, 24 hr service and they promptly answered my call for help as I sat on the side of interstate 275. They arrived in about 15 minutes, Tim, the driver suggested I sit in his tow cab to warm up. We were otw to the repair shop quickly. Tim, the tech, was knowledgeable, friendly and carried on a conversation during the trip. I have Milleniums number in my phone as their service was top notch! Thanks Tim and Millenium! Mike D.

The receptionist is AWESOME!!! She always remembers your name and she is always so polite and professional. Very easy to work with and super knowledgeable and honest. Every driver that I have had the pleasure of interacting with has ALWAYS been very personable, congenial, knowledgeable and efficient. I have never seen a time where they were compromised by the situation and they seem to have a solution to whatever problems arose. I use them often, not of out convenience, but because they ALWAYS prove that they are not in the towing business, they are in the people business!

This was the second best told I ever had. My first tow with millennium went SMOOTH with no glitches the dispatcher is a sweetheart and the driver was excellent, the price was great! so approximately 7 years later I needed them again and they hit another homerun. Honda had to tow my car for a recall, and scheduled with Millennium for us. James from Millennium towing showed up on time and was beyond helpful. I forgot when I scheduled the tow, that we had a pallet of large, heavy tile behind the car. I felt terrible we didnt remember it was there. James, without question or concern helped me move the boxes of tile with caution and consideration. He then towed the car away to be repaired, leaving me confident my car would be safe. It was returned later that week (by a different driver) safe and sound. Thanks to James, if I need a tow in the future, Ill be sure to call Millennium first.

My tire checked out on the side of 71 and AAA wasn’t going to be able to get to me for over an hour. I called Millennium and they had the car loaded up in about 30 mins. A1 service!!! I had an unusual problem and they fixed it. We got a Bobcat stuck in the mud 50 from the road and they sent out the proper equipment to extract. They were on time and did an excellent job for less than I thought it would. I didnt know they did heavy equipment but they had what it took to pull a heavy vehicle (and bigger) and they were an exceptional value!! The operator was experienced and very professional. They will be my first call when Im in trouble in the future no matter what Im operating.

My sister’s car was totaled yesterday after a bad accident that left her shaken up. She had the car towed by this company, and forgot to take the license plates off the car. Anthony Campbell came out to assist after my tire blew out on the interstate. He called me to let me know he was on the way and offered safety tips to keep my dog and I safe while we waited for him to arrive. Upon arrival he made sure we were able to enter the vehicle safely and even offered us extra safety tips in the event of a future emergency. This experience was miles above any experience I’ve had with a tow company in the past. Without a doubt I will use Millenium Towing & Recovery for any towing needs I have in the future as a result of this experience. The hazard lights even drained my battery so he recharged my battery for me, Anthony is a great asset to your team!
